Rob did an excellent job installing our new Toto Bidet. He was timely, cleanly and a perfectionist in his work. Rob was friendly, respectful and very polite in his mannerisms.

Another great experience with Turner!! Ton came over to trouble shoot a softner issue.. he wasted no time and was able to resolve the issue.. he was very professional and knowledgeable as all of the techs here are!!

Sebastian from Turner Plumbing came to install a new toilet replacing a 60 year old toilet. He did a great job working quickly to make sure the new one fits over the now not standard existing plumbing. Also gave advice on how to maintain to avoid excessive wear snd tear. Very happy with my service.

Excellent service. Appeared when they said they would. Did not try to upsell or anything. Was respectful and wore shoe covers to protect the floor. Price was very fair. Would highly recommend. He fixed two faucets on separate floors of my home.

Turner plumbing has been my go to plumber for several years. They’ve handled larger jobs and smaller jobs for me and are very reasonably priced. I’ve shopped around on a few projects over the years and Turner is always at or near the lowest quoted price. Sebastian handled our recent hybrid heat pump water heater installation and did a great job. Would definitely recommend at least including a quote from Turner on your next plumbing project.

Sebastian very very friendly, knowledgeable and assessed the issues quickly and advised me of what repairs he would need to perform. I was very impressed by his listening skills and keeping me informed through the entire process of the repair. He is very customer driven with a great attitude. He made a point to advise me after all work was performed that if there are any issues with the repair to please call immediately for a resolution. Sebastian is definitely an asset to your team.

Turner plumbing assisted with an emergency leak our garage recently. The response time was faster than expected and beat all the other companies that were contacted. On top of response time, the tech was friendly, thorough, and ensured we got the issue fixed. Ben even called me for a follow up after the repair to ensure everything was handled correctly. After using Turner plumbing, without fail for over 20 years as well as recommended they to everyone i know, including my mother who has used them for over 10 years, an era is coming to an end. I call early in the week and detailed explanation the jobs that needed to be done. Toilet over filling in half bath, take a look at master bath shower faucets and the biggest one, remove sink, faucet and garage disposal in kitchen and place in all new. Window was set from 1-3pm with me explanation that I would be in an appt till 1pm and home 1:20 at the earliest. One plumber arrived at 12:50. When I got home and explained the jobs, first plumber said I can't do this by myself. Call office, explained what happened. Was told another plumber was in the area and would be over soon. Its been over an hour, so called office. 2nd plumber still 20 mins out. I asked if there would be some sort of billing concessions on labor since the correct number of people were not dispatched in the first place. I was told no. No concern for my time and inconvenience. This will be my last contact with Turner plumbing.

Jacob was fantastic! Communicated everything that was going on and resolved our issues very quickly. Everyone was very professional and I am definitely adding them on as my plumbing service to call in the future.

We just had a complete re-plumb on our home. I’m so glad we used Turner Plumbing!! They sent us John & Devin. What a blessing! They were the perfect team. Every morning, they communicated with us their goals and what we could expect. At the end of the day they went through and explained what had been done and checked to see if we had any questions or requests. They were both very professional, courteous, friendly, and kind. I would rate them a perfect 10 because they are talented in what they do. They are detail oriented and they did their job with pride and precision. I loved that they took excellent care of our home and even our plants when they worked outside.
Our first contact was with Ben who gave us the estimate of price and described the process. He was also there to get the gentlemen started and to be sure our goals all matched up. We were off to the perfect start. Lisa at the office was very supportive when we called with questions and she facilitated the process with scheduling and payments. The entire team is excellent!!
