We chose Lettow Plumbing to complete a whole home re-pipe for us. We also had our hot water heater location changed, had whole home filters installed and had a bathroom renovation completed by Lettow Plumbing during/after the re-pipe. We were very pleased with the work! Chris and his staff are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time that Chris took upon the initial consultation/estimate visit to thoroughly walk through our home and begin to problem solve some unique issues that we had. From that initial visit to the final walk through visit that he did, everyone took the time to listen and respond to questions and to explain daily progress. We look forward to calling upon Lettow Plumbing in the future should there be a need and highly recommend the company to others!

I used Lettow Plumbing on several projects including my home. I will say that they are good, fast, and very clean. Their employees are also very nice and hospitable. In my home they help me with a kitchen remodel. It was a pretty good size project including trenching out the concrete floor. They also moved water and drain lines around the room to accommodate the new placement of my equipment. They would arrive just when they said they would which to me in huge. They did their job and cleaned up like they have never been there. Chris Lettow even ran the gas lines for my new cook stove island. So I will say that their pricing was also right on point. Not high and really not low. I never take the low bid. They really were worth every penny we paid them and they really went (to me) above and beyond the contract we had. If you need any plumbing work or gas work I would highly recommend Lettow Plumbing. A good honest tradesmen.

This company is amazing!

Most home repair companies will either tell you that it's going to be less to fix something, or worse, fix it for cheap just to earn your business. Which always results in more repairs and more money. NOT THESE GUYS! Lettow Plumbing came out, gave an honest quote, and took the time to explain why certain things need to be repaired and the cost of doing it cheap. On top of that, they were professional, expedient, and just a great team. For me, this is my GoTo plumbing company!!!

My husband and I interviewed many contractors for our septic project and Chris was by and large the most patient and kind of anyone. Chris won’t be the cheapest option for your septic project, but he is definitely someone I would trust recommending to others to do an excellent, thorough job. If communication and good customer service is what you are looking for (who isn’t) Chris is your guy. I know who I will be calling when we have plumbing issues too! Thank you, Chris for being incredibly patient and kind with us as we navigated this huge project. We appreciate you tremendously and will be happy to send anyone your way.

Really appreciated the two personable young men who came to fix my bathroom sink plumbing and install my new vanity. They were a pleasure to have in my home. They were fast, efficient, professional and paid attention to details. Did a great job cleaning up. Now I can complete my bathroom renovation. I will only use Letto Plumbing from now on. Efficient & reasonably priced. Couldn’t be more pleased. 😁👍

We had Chris and his crew cut into the slab of our house and change out the sewer line the week before Christmas. Talk about a stressful undertaking. He and his crew handled it with such finesse that they removed our stress and made the whole thing surprisingly easy. As soon as we met Chris, we knew he was the right guy for the job. He was kind and courteous, detail-oriented, and followed up on all items discussed. That was not just a show to get us to sign the contract. He and his whole crew were like that the whole way. Chris always kept us informed of what was going on and what the next step would be. He would answer every question we had and make sure we felt comfortable before moving forward. It was one of the best contracting experiences we have had. We are already planning to use him again on other big projects.

Lettow has repiped my house and also added on a half bath for us. They consistently do top quality work and employ top quality plumbers. Great outfit.

*I called and spoke to Chris about a water leak coming from the wall between the kitchen and porch. He sent Lonnie and Dalton out and they confirmed the leak was coming from under the foundation and concrete needed to be removed to get to the cracked pipe. They arrived at the exact time they said the next morning and, in about 3 1/2 hours, had finished the work, repoured the concrete and left everything exactly as it was before they started. So thankful for this company, Chris, Lonnie and Dalton. Consider me a customer for life.

Our backflow preventer failed inspection and needed to be replaced. We decided to go with Bob’s Overflow as they are contractors through JEA. Antwan arrived as scheduled and in plain terms explained the replacement process. Highly recommend Bob’s Overflow if the need arises. Prompt, professional and friendly.

Quick service, arrived on time, worked throughout the time he was here. The technician was Daniel Ball and he was courteous and clearly seemed very knowledgeable. Most importantly to me, he answered every question I asked about the Backflow replacement (I had a bunch), showed me maintenance tips and did a great job.

Daniel ball came to my house to repair/replace the backflow valve. He was very nice, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I watched him do a very thorough job. I definitely recommend
