Bill was absolutely the light at the end of our tunnel. We have had one really rough year and it topped off with our pump being inop and our tank overflowing into our yard. Bill was out to our house quickly and fixed our issue and had us up and running in no time. We will forever be thankful for what Bill and TotallyHooked has done for us. I contacted Totally Hooked Plumbing & Drains through a Google ad because I needed a company with the ability to run a camera through my drain pipes. My owner’s suite shower wasn’t operating correctly, and I wanted to make sure there weren’t any roots in the line.

Scheduling was very easy, everyone I spoke with over the phone was helpful, clear, and professional. Communication was excellent. Collin, the technician, was available earlier than expected, and instead of just showing up, the office called to confirm if that worked for me. That alone was impressive.

When Collin arrived, he was friendly and professional. He greeted me by name, shook my hand, and got right to work while still carrying on a pleasant conversation. He asked thoughtful questions to better understand the issue and shared information that I didn’t know, which will even help me in guiding my real estate clients in the future.

He went above and beyond by also checking our water filter, which hasn’t worked since we moved in. I really appreciated his honesty and the time he took to walk through everything with us. The estimate was free I just had to pay $69 for the drain cleaning.

In today’s world, good customer service can be hard to find, but Collin made me feel like a person, not just another job. I look forward to working with Totally Hooked Plumbing & Drains again in the future, and I’ll be sharing their information with my network.

I dont even know where to start, and apologize if I forget names or say wrong names. I cannot recommend totally hooked plumbing enough. We unfortunately had to finally bite the bullet and replace our septic tank and drain field. From the first phone call to the office and the young lady that was soooo sweet to me and answer all my questions to the best of her ability. To bill and another young lady coming out and explaining our options and solutions. To the actual project being done and completed by Bill,Randy and Bobby and to the owner who dropped something off and thanked me for my business. They answered ALL my questions and concerns and gave me piece of mind with all there decisions and work. I will reach out to them for all future plumbing needs and I will recommend them till im blue in the face. Also remember it doesn't hurt to ask and In Bill we trust.

Responded very quickly to my request for service very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Gave us an original free estimate that was reasonable, and then when they found more problems and had to do more work, they still only charge us the original estimate! Would definitely recommend this company very reputable! I will definitely call them again for all my plumbing and drain needs!!

What an amazing experience. As soon as Scott walked through our door we knew. He was an open book. Explaining what needed to be done. The next day we had the great pleasure in meeting Damion!! He was above and beyond in his customer service as well as knowledge. We knew at all times what was going on and what to expect. We had a plumbing emergency during the holiday weekend and were having a hard time getting in touch with our property management company. We called Totally Hooked Plumbing and spoke with Jayden. She offered to help by calling our property management company service department and when she couldn’t get in touch with them she called a realtor with that company just to be able to get approval to send a technician. She went above and beyond to get us help. Then once she was able to get approval for us, Jarrett came out to unclog the toilet. He was professional, friendly and very helpful. He got the clog cleared up and took extra time to ensure everything was in working order. I am very impressed with the service we received and will definitely always called Totally Hooked for any future plumbing issues.

Drake with Totally Hooked Plumbing came highly recommended by my daughter and she was right. He arrived at my house right on time and quickly found the issue with my toilet. He also installed my new bidet and took the time to explain how to use it. It was a pleasure to meet him and I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I called and spoke with Aubrey about me needing someone to look at my garbage disposal she was very polite and answered all my the questions I had. We then made the appointment for 12-5 Brandon showed up at 11:50 am ready to go. He installed a Brand new garbage disposal for me in 30 mins he then explained what was going on with my old disposal and showed me how it was really damaged. He didn’t try to upcharge me and made sure to answer every question I had and even told me how good getting a water softener is which I will have them install in my next home I’m building. I then had a problem with my dish washer a few days later and Drake came right at 12:50 pm and the appointment was at 1pm ( I love that each technician was on time, I hate using corporate businesses because they’re never on time or they upcharge you) he came in seen the problem and immediately fixed it took him less than 20 mins he showed me the problem how he fixed it so in the future I can do it myself and they didn’t charge me for being a repeat customer. I love this family owned business and I’ve already recommended them to many others!

Bill is an absolute gem (give that man a fat raise!). He tried his hardest to figure out a solution for our aerator—trying multiple times to fix it. He was honest with us the entire time and didn’t sugarcoat the problems we had. We ultimately had to replace it but we always appreciated the time and effort he always gave us! All the technicians from Totally Hooked were amazing. Kristopher installed our new aerator and was professional/kind during the process! The girls in the office were always so kind and empathetic with my septic issues. They were quick to put me on the schedule (almost ALWAYS next day) and answered every question I had. I can’t thank them enough! BDC SEPTIC did us dirty, but totally hooked saved us. Thank you so much!!
