Sent a total 3 different plumbers for 1 simple job.. my bathtub is worse off than before with 4 extra issues I didn’t have before.. posted my issue and rant on a community Facebook page and had a random guy I didn’t know point out the issue from a picture and fixed everything in a hour... do yourself a favor and call a reputable company and stay far away from these guys

Very responsive and helped us out of a jam a couple of times. They seemed to care about the work they provided and followed up to make sure the repairs solved the problem. Definitely recommend!

This place is HORRRIBLE! They couldnt fix a toilet to save there lives!! They do very cheap work and use very cheap products. They will scam you out of your money, stay far far away from them. Juliano has no idea what hes talking about nor any of the employees that work there. I would give negative stars if i could.

07/13/2020 3 PM - 6:30 PM Now I am in an apartment so the money aspect is of no concern of mine. What should be a concern of the company is the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the older gentleman. Between cursing and yelling I would like to compliment Garrett on keeping his composure through the afternoon. He was nothing but respectful to my wife and daughter during the repair. I understand it was late and he wanted to go home it still doesn't excuse the behavior. I will be also sending a copy of this to the apartment complex. With myself being an electrician I know that this is not how I would want my employees and or coworkers representing my company in such a manner.

Great company with awesome employees, I called told them I had a leak under my sink they sent a guy out 5 min after I got off the phone with them, Alex from floridian plumbing came out, showed me exactly what was wrong and fixed it! Definitely give them a call for all your plumbing needs!!

Do not use Floridian Plumbing. They sent two guys who did not wear face masks. They spent about 45 minutes trying to fix a toilet flap that kept sticking in the upright position. After they left, it was still sticking. They made a mess which they did not clean up. They left dirty foot prints all over my bathroom floor. I asked for a different plumber to come out the next day. He was able to fix it but after my first experience I would never call Floridian again.

My home warranty company recommended Floridian plumbing to fix a plumbing leak. I was able to make an appointment in the same day that I called them. They came out on time and my technician Corey was wonderful. He explained what the problem was, what he was doing, and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend and use Floridian plumbing again.

I called a plumber out to replace my shower valve and they did an excellent job. On time , professional and very affordable. I was sure they would have given me a high price like the other companies I called. Very reasonable and very experienced. I would recommend them to anyone on a tight budget. I will definitely call Floridian Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

Floridian Plumbing saved the day! Their team was able to get me scheduled quickly and clear a clog that 2 other plumbing companies couldn't. They took the time to communicate with me through the process and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them for their great customer service from the office staff and the field guys and their determination to get the job done!

This company came in to fix the water heater in one of the restrooms in the home supposedly. Mind you there was absolutely nothing wrong with my second bathroom. After this company left my toilet it the bathroom with the water pressure issue started spraying water everywhere and over flowing, the water will not drain out of the shower. Not to mention they gutted out the tile wall and duck tape it. They also cut panels of my wall in the living room leaving holes for animals and insects to enter my home. Also in the one bathroom that didnt have a problem now the pressure not working at all . Me and my kids have been unable to take showers or baths in or home due to backed up sewage . The company keep giving me the run around about fixing the issue after being paid over 4 grand to completely demolish the bathrooms . Horrible service

Man Floridian Plumbing to rescue again!!!! 4 months ago sink wouldn’t drain. Now shower pipe busted. Had to shutoff my water at the main. I was freaking out cause it’s Saturday. I didn’t think this would get fixed til Monday. I didn’t even finish my coffee and they were already here. Repiped my shower In no time. Best company in the world. Thank you!!!!

DO NOT USE First Impressions and Floridian Plumbing LLC. They are incompetent, dishonest, and unprofessional. We purchased a home in which they were utilized by seller to make repairs. They did not do the job correctly the first time, and failed inspection. They were unprofessional and deceitful, trying to avoid replacing polybutylene piping under the house. Then they tried to charge us to fix their mistakes.

The initial work was not done correctly and they failed inspection. They had to make multiple visits to correct their work, delaying final inspection. They only replaced a small portion of the pipes that we requested to have replaced. They tried to cut corners and told us that polybutylene pipes were “gray PVC”. Fortunately our home inspector caught it. After they finally passed the city inspection and we closed on the house, which was delayed because of their shoddy work, we discovered that the hot water valve for our guest bathroom was broken. Their employees also left our washer inoperable post-repair by failing to remove an old spigot connected to the washer hook ups. We had to have them come out an additional time, and they initially tried to charge us for the bathroom work which was eventually covered by warranty.

On the final visit, the plumber offered to “switch the washer hose” very quickly and that it was a $10 part. The technician made it sound like it was a favor since he was already there and it was no big deal. It took him maybe ten minutes to perform this while the water was already off for our warranty repairs. No quote or invoice was provided to us beforehand.

They then sent us an invoice for $295 dollars for 10 minutes of work, when they were already there to fix things they broke.

They repeatedly fell short with their work, and did not care to make it right. Their incompetence cost us time away from work that should not have been necessary.

Collin and Austin did a great job! I have had an ongoing issue with my drains and they used a camera and suggested a more permanent treatment. I'll definitely look into it in the future.
Scheduling was easy and they showed up the same day.

Jarrett was awesome! Got the job done with great explanations and was not rushed. Addressed concerns that could come up in the future and explained solutions that would make sense for our plans with the house, but never felt pushy at all. Great service! Will be coming back in the future!

We had 2 outside spigots replaced, cleaned out our 3 sink drains (very slow draining), rebuilt our drain plugs and provided estimate to remove and replace the plumbing when our new sink arrives

Colin was amazing and helpful. I called at 1:46 pm and they had me on the schedule for 2 pm - 6 pm, same day. He explained the situation in a manner that I could understand and offered two solutions for the problem. I really appreciate the one-time $69 flush. He explained the cost of her head to come back out but also was honest as to what I should do. I'm so grateful. I've used Totally Hooked for my personal home and rental properties.
