The plumbers just got here maybe 30 minutes ago. They were here within the window that they were supposed to be here in. The work is being done now so it remains to see if it's been done properly or not however I want to.comment on the plumber. He came in the door with an attitude, cut me off when I was trying to explain the problem. Then proceeded to mansplain to me that the maintenance man didnt know what he was talking about and tried to tell me it was something different, without doing anything but turning on the tap. The work might end up being stellar but I would never call them again if I were paying for it. Dont talk down to me because Im a woman.

After months of back and forth with another plumber and my mgt company, two men from Empire showed up 20 mins earlier than the window we had agreed on (which I would prefer over being late, just be mindful of that and get dressed. Lol), and breezed through the repair in about a half hour!!

The previous plumber said there’d need to be a building water shutdown, which is an extra headache as a renter in a condo community. These guys did it by just turning off the water servicing my unit.

They were both really pleasant. Also I realized after they left that they went above and beyond and even tightened my toilet seat, which has been loose for months, but I couldn’t fix it on my own because of dexterity issues. So I really appreciate that!

Thank you Travis and Cole! With 27 years of combined experience they came in and immediately handled our plumbing issue with our tub and sink. They communicated everything that they were doing and what preventative measures to take in the future. Great service and quick work. Happy with their work.

All four of the individuals who have serviced my home have been incredibly professional, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Elvis has been very polite and given accurate arrival times. The plumbers all showed up on time, explained everything in detail, and were refreshingly not condescending while talking about plumbing with a single female. I would highly recommend Peyton Plumbing. All of the drains started backing up into the house late in the evening, we tried everything we could to fix it without success. We called Scotty with Peyton Plumbing in the morning and he was here a few hours later. The problem was found quickly and was fixed in less than an hour. We haven't had a problem since so we are very pleased with the service. He was very professional, explained what the problem was and what was done to fix the issue.
