Driver of van #15 has anger issues, would never let someone that unprofessional in my house. Surprised you don’t have multiple lawsuits because of the way he drives.

Not only did they come out and fix my emergency (busted pipe in my master bathroom) but they cleaned up after themselves and were extremely professional the entire visit. It was cool to have plumbers that I could trust!

Horrible!! I was very ill hospitalized for 5 days, finally home. We made an appointment for them to fix something. Out of the blue I had to go back to Mayo. Since we didn’t cancel they are charging us $75.00!! Shame!!! For this company! He (owner) could care less over the situation all he cared about was $75.00!! This company (owner) had no sympathy. I did talk to an employee and he was very considerate and understanding to reschedule and absolutely understood. But not according to the owner he didn’t care. He wants $75.00. Scrooge

I saw some of the workers at a neighbor's house and stopped to inquire information. After calling the number on the van to set up an appointment, the guy that answered was very rude. I told him I needed to make an appointment and he was rushing me, asking if I was a property manager. I told him no, he said well we are too busy and don't have time. So, I asked, are y'all not making service calls to residential properties? He said no, we don't have time ok!!! I politely hung up. Then after, I had two missed calls from the same number. It only takes one time to be rude and I will take my hard earned money elsewhere. Y'all need to do a better job with your customer service.

This company has an extreme lack of communication; it took 3 days to repair a faucet. Repair personnel came out on a Monday, stated they didn’t have the parts and they’d be back either that day or the next. Wednesday rolls around so I reach out to see what the hold up is. Apparently they had forgot about me, and was now trying to reschedule me for a future date. I kept trying to explain that I’ve already taken 3 days off work to be home when the fix was promised to be done within two days, an employee over the phone stated, “come get this phone before I cuss this b!t*h out”. Do not recommend at all!!!!!

Great job! These guys were quick, saw the issue and redid the drain pipe for a sink that was leaking. They tested the drainage before leaving and took the trash with them. I am super satisfied with their professionalism, service and quality of the job.

Company is very unprofessional. Checked my house for leaks and did not put everything back the way it was resulting in my entire laundry room flooding. When I contacted the company about their mistake that was made, they denied and took zero accountability for the issue and left me to take care of it. Owner said he would contact me back and never did.

Glenn and Matt came out super quick and repaired a leak coming off my main valve. From the call to them being finished was crazy fast. Showed me the work they did and were really nice. Very professional crew.

Had a clogged pipe downstream of my toilet and shower, so sewage was backing up into my shower. The mess was not all bad before I called for a plumber, as we were able to identify the problem and contain it. Two pretty unfriendly and shady looking guys came to fix it. I warned them ahead of time that sewage was backing up into the shower every time you run the sink faucets and shower. I told them what the problem was and how we had tried to fix it. First thing they do is run the shower so sewage just gets all over. I don’t see why it was necessary to flood the shower with sewage when they can tell it’s blocked by running the sink. I also explained what was going on! I let them do their thing and go tend to other chores until they were done. When they left, my entire bathroom and shower was flooded with sewage water. Poop was everywhere. They tracked it all the way through my house to get out of the front door. I spent the next 8 hours cleaning and mopping up raw sewage. I’m also pregnant might I add and obviously so. They didn’t bother to mop ANY water up or clean any of the mess they made up. They didn’t tell me what they thought was wrong. No communication, no cleanup and no common courtesy. Terrible company.

We had a plumbing emergency, with sewage backing up into our shower. They were wonderful! They came out very quickly, easily addressed the issue, were very polite, and got everything fixed quickly. Greatly appreciated!

Blake did an amazing job resolving an issue with our shower drain being clogged. He arrived exactly on time and was so pleasant and personable. Would recommend!

On 11/26/2021 at 1420, the driver of van #10 got out of his van when behind me at a red light, screamed at me through my window, got aggressive after I rolled my window back up, then attempted to open my driver side door after I refused to open the window again. I hope the manager will contact me about this and separate this driver’s employment, as I would not trust a company continues to have violent employees on their payroll.

We live in a complex that they hired Tristan and Marcus they were awesome and very professional and wow it's beautiful and it sounds like a real toilet now thank you guys for your hard work and waiting for me to get unpacked to get to the door thank you again

David and Tim with Florida Empire Plumbing were called out to my apartment on an emergency call for a water leak. When they got here they could hear and see the damage was bad. The sheet rock was soaked and moldy and just collapsed when touched. I know it was late on a call, but I very much appreciated Tim and David coming out and doing what they do best and fix it. There’s still sheet rock to be repaired by the apartments, but they did a great job fixing the water leak. Thank you guys so much!!

Elvis’s team did great work on my house. I had a broken spigot on the outside of my house. His technicians responded timely and the issue was taken care of in less than an hour. The owner, Elvis, also fully reimbursed me with cash out of his own pocket for a piece of my own equipment that was inadvertently broken in the repair process. Can’t recommend them enough!
