Julian was absolutely phenomenal. He was the first person to call me me back and didn’t cost anything for him to look at it and give me a quote. He came in, fixed what needed to be fixed (clogged AC drain line), was very professional, and the price was significantly less than any other company. Please use this guy if you need it!

Julian was great and very responsive. He fixed a clog, a drip, and a hot water line. I really appreciate his honesty and versatility. Will definitely use him again if I have plumbing issues.

Julian came out,was very professional and was at my home within 2 hrs.Need a great plumber who won't overcharged for not needed repairs.Call Julian.Fixed my sink clog with reasonable cost.Others wanted twice as much and wanted me to wait 2-4 days.Ask for Julian.

I wanted to remodel our guest bath as a “surprise” and needed to replace a toilet. I called Rooter Express late in the day, and he was here with a new toilet within 30 minutes!! It looks great! Thank you very much to Julian. I called him for a drain back up causing my shower to flood and my sinks and toilets not draining. He was super responsive and was at my house in 20min at 7pm on a Thursday. Took care of the problem promptly. Would recommend to all neighbors in the Mandarin and Jacksonville area.

Called around 9:30am and Julian was here before 10am. Julian checked out the issue and fixed it immediately. The price wasn’t bad at all. Will definitely recommend 😊

After getting home from work and discovering a clogged drain, I called Rooter Express at 6:10 PM on a Monday night. Jullian arrived within 30 minutes and had everything unclogged by 7:21. I was impressed with how fast and efficient the service was. No upfront fees, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

My plumbing backed up today and I called another company and was told they would be out in 30-45 minutes. An hour later I was still waiting. I called back and was told it would be at least another hour. I called Julian at Rooter Express he was at my house fixed my issue doubled checked everything and was finished in less than an hour. He is very professional his work is excellent.! I highly recommend him.

We had a sewer line backup. I called and immediately Julian gave me a time he would arrive (within 90 min.!) A short time later he texted back and upped his arrival by 30 min. He was very prompt and I liked the fact I could directly text him instead of going through a phone call and a switchboard (which means a delay and a middleman.)

Julian is a no-nonsense type of guy - no chitchat, just "Talk to me." :) He had my drain cleaned and all water free-flowing within 30 min. Didn't leave until I was assured everything was okay. The only surprise was that he doesn't take credit cards, only Zelle, etc. But he accepted my check, a point that older people need to know who don't pay by all the newest apps.

I found his charge reasonable for what he did, and I definitely will use him if I have another plumbing issue. He has a great work ethic, promptly texts you, arrives when he says he will be there. He gets the job done without distractions, and won't waste your time. In and out, problem solved. Yes, he's a rare find these days! Highly recommend!

This company should not be in business! They've made holes in my home that were unnecessary and then screwed the piece of dry wall they cut out into the pipes in my wall?!?!!! They never told anyone in my leasing office that they made this particular hole. I discovered the hole when for the 2nd time I came home to my bathroom trashed after their plumbers left. And they covered up the hole with my painting! Never use this company! They have no clue what they're doing and they definitely don't care about anyone's home!
