My washing machine worked fine until they came out to replace my hoses. Now it doesn't work anymore and all they can tell me is it's your washer you need to buy a new one. They spent all of 5 minutes looking at the problem. Do not trust these people in your home. They do not know what they're doing

Our hot water stopped working and they were able to come out in the same day, replaced our garbage disposal at the same time, hot water is working! Very impressed with how fast they worked and they were very neat and clean. The communication was perfect.

Our pipes in our house have been backing up for over a year and no one was able to fix it for the longest time until this company came out. We are so appreciative for these guys coming and working til late in the night to make sure everything was working smoothly! Never been so excited about plumbing until now haha you guys are great!

What a great experience I received by Zack and his helper today with my plumbing issue. It was refreshing to have a subject matter expert keep us updated with root cause and next steps. Guys replaced a toilet in my guest bathroom pretty quickly and did a great job and left everything nice and clean.

After locking down a time that worked, the team came and spent minimal time figuring out what needed to be done and completed the work quickly. They cleaned up after their work too. Overall extremely satisfying to have them do the repairs for the place I am renting.

Live at The Bellmont on Firestone Road. Plumbing company nextdoor doing some work in the downstairs bathroom. I had beem downstairs for maybe 20-15 mins. Making myself something to eat. Had to use my downstairs restroom. Go in do my business; while doing so I could hear voices nextdoor, them some drilling. Finished up my business, exited said restroom. Upon exiting I hear normal knocking on the front door; which is literally maybe 8 feet away. Head to open door, again, a normal knock on the door. As I started to grab the door knob to open the door, the door opens and it's the plumbers that were working nextdoor. They said they needed to get into our downstairs bathroom due to a leak nextdoor. Ok, no problem; but DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT OPEN A RESIDENT'S FRONT DOOR AND LIE ABOUT HOW LONG YOU WERE KNOCKING. The guy said he was knocking for 10 mins. BS. My granddaughter was asleep on the couch and clearly would've heard a knock on the door. She heard a kitten meow the other night whils sleeping, I'm sure she would've heard someone knocking. Said he knocked loudly at that. What if I was walking around the house naked. IMO, He should've contacted maintenance and had th escort them in the our apartment, which is how it's normally supposed to go if entering for the 1st time. Younger, skinny white dude with short hair. I felt like this was a definite invasion of privacy.

We had an emergency call and the 2 plumbers got here in less than an hour. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They were very respectful and professional.

These guys are super fast and extremely professional.

Our sink had a leaky pipe, and we first had a handyman check it out. The handyman threw some adhesive on it and called it a day… Not Florida Empire! They’re techs instantly recognized the problem with how the piping was installed, and were able to replace and fix it within an hour.

Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Been taking cold showers for over a week and every one else kept trying to just do the minimum telling me I'll have hot water the next day but it never happened, Travis (I believe I remember that name correctly) came out with his green horn and got me hot water that night. They did the hard work no one else wanted to do! I'll say 10/10

Recently moved to Jacksonville and the house I moved into needed some repairs. One of which was a leaky shower valve. My property management company has great reviews and it's obvious why they chose this company to do work for them. Noah, the lead plumber, was fast, profesional, and super clean. He cut an access hole on a wall opposite of the shower valve with marksmanship accuarcy. His assistant Vlad was almost 2 steps ahead at every phase of the process which helped cut my down time tremendously. I was without water for less than 30 mins and when done they worked together to leave everything as clean and tidy as they found it. Im willing to bet if this is not the best team they have on their payroll its one of the best. If I am in need of any other repairs I will make sure to ask for these two by name. Did not listen to a woman. Proceeded to wide hands full of caulking on the bottom of the tub. Left a mess and did not communicate properly.

As a Property Manager for a vacation rental company, time is always of the essence — and Empire Plumbing consistently delivers. I live in an apartment complex that hired this company. A pipe was leaking inside the wall in my apartment, to the downstairs neighbor. The two plumbers that made the repairs did an awesome job. They knew that I was stressed out about the wall being cut and the mess. They cleaned up and put everything back exactly as it was, and even though they were extremely thorough, they finished an hour sooner than they thought they had anticipated. I highly recommend this company.

They had a all day job here that involved digging a good portion of my back yard and front yard. I was really impressed with them! They showed up at 10 AM and wrapped up before 5. Highly recommend!

These guys are some of the last professionals left in the Jacksonville area. They replaced my sewer main line, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do, on the timeline they said, at the price they quoted originally. The whole process was flawless. They were so careful with my yard and my Irrigation. And I feel like the owner, Elvis, really cared about his crew. Great company for an intimidating project.

I called Roto Rooter to clear my sewage drain around around 8:43pm they showed up at 9:45pm which is reasonable and the technician David was very nice and polite and seemed to know what he was talking about and told me it would be $489.00 to clear it. With no real choice since sewage was backing up into our bath tubs and toilets, and us being new renters at the property and it being after hours at our property managment office we agreed to pay it. After about 45 minites he told me he couldnt clear the line and another technician with a stronger machine would be along in about an hour and that hed be able to get it clear so then it was back to waiting. The next gentleman Jose showed up about an hour later and he was also very polite knowledgable seeming, etc snd he got to work. Around 12.45am Jose told me that my drain pipe at the street had been collapsed by tree roots and would require "excavation" to fix and and that there was nothing more that he could do. At that point he took payment while apologizing for the failure while blaming everything on the property management company at the same time. The next morning my property management company dispatched Florida Empire Plumbing snd we were told they'd bed there sometime between 11:00am-1:09pm. We left the house to use the facilities at a local buisness and then recieved a phone call that they had arrived nearly 20 minutes ahead of the appointment window so we rushed home and when we got there they were already packing up and as I got out of the car and walked up the older gentleman who was handling the repairs (who's name I very much wish I could remember so I could mention him personally) said "its fixed!" So astonished I told him about our roto rooter experience and their diagnosis of the issue and he told me "ive been a plumber for 22 years alot of places will let anyone who can afford a van the insurance and the tools be a plumber these days". So there you have it if you have any plumbing problems dont call a big name because they spent alot in advertising call Florida Empire Plumbing theyre amazing!

Excellent service! The plumbers were punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. They completed the job efficiently and left everything clean. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Learn to slow down in neighborhoods where not only my kids play but so do other children. Come through like a bat out of hell speeding driving in my neighborhood. Very unprofessional way to represent your business. Will be adding video footage from our cameras later.

Then to add almost ran into the side of our vehicle from driving so fast around the corner. Even the passenger in the work van was in a panic as he was bracing for impact.
