The best plumbing in town hands down

On a Thursday afternoon my well pump failed. I had no water to the house. I called three of my go to companies and they all had no availability for 3 days to get a technician out. Doing a search I came across RiverCity Plumbing. Their technician came out in an hour, diagnosed my issue and provided suggestions on repair or replacement options. No hard pressure sale at all. Very professional and knowledgeable. They were easy to work with, they fully explained everything and had patience with me until I was totally informed.

Exceptional in every way! A rare gem in the service industry. Nadav, Dustin, Trevor the entire crew are professional, informative, efficient and went above and beyond. They quickly assessed the problems, went over our options and went out of their way to get the water back on as soon as possible. Customer service is fantastic.

They came and re-pipe my whole house in one day when other companies said it would take multiple day great company.

Amazing service! They came out at 9am and did not leave until the job was finished at 7:30pm. We had a leak underneath the slab of the house and had been without water for almost 3 weeks. They were extremely respectful and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. I would recommend them 1000x over. Will never go to another plumbing company, we found the one.

One of the most best plumber I ever dealt with in my life. I’ve been a home owner for over 20 years and never in my life how I experience someone was so kind and so honest before. So I had an emergency Friday night. I had a severe leak in my front yard that I had nobody to come out and help me. Called Julian because my sewer line was clogged. He came out within an hour. He was efficient, courteous, and professional. He unclogged the line at a reasonable price. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Great service and positive attitude. Julian helped me out of some real jams--went up on my roof in a downpour to help me with an urgent problem, and he did not even complain about getting drenched. Rooter Express was there for me when the big guys were either too pricey or unavailable. My only regret was not calling him sooner. If I ever need a plumber again, this is the only business I will call.
