I have to say the crew was so professional and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure they could fix my issues at a decent price. Nothing is cheap anymore.
We have a 1960 home with iron sewage pipe. We had all of a sudden a bad backup problem. Turns out we had breakage in our sewage pipe.They were able to repair and put a liner through the pipe. Even if the iron pipe crumbles more through the years, the liner will last up to 50 years. As said...the liner is better than PVC.
If you are in the position I was in consider Totally Hooked.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company.

I was charged $6,800 for a full water heater replacement, and only after the installation did I discover that the unit installed was a 2024 water heater, not a new model as I reasonably expected for this price. This was never clearly disclosed to me in advance.

Even more concerning is what happened after they took full payment:
Since charging me the full amount, the company has stopped answering my calls, has been completely unresponsive, and has provided no follow-up service or support whatsoever.

I chose this company specifically because of the many positive reviews, but unfortunately my personal experience has been the exact opposite. I feel misled, overcharged, and abandoned as a customer once payment was collected.

This has been a very regrettable experience, and I would strongly caution others to be extremely careful before doing business with this company.

Jarrett (technician) came to my house and gave me a free estimate for a shower repair. He was able to fix my guest shower handle that wasn’t working properly. He was very professional and definitely persistent to get the job done. I was pleased with his work ethic! Thanks Jarrett I truly appreciated you being able to get it fixed same day! Winner! Gods blessings !

We discovered a water leak Tuesday evening and had to shut off the water to the house. Cayden, in the office, scheduled a technician for the same afternoon. Jarrett gave us 30 minutes of his arrival. He, along with his support team, asked thoughtful questions as they searched for the cause. As the hour grew late, we made a plan for the next day. Mark arrived and was able to replicate the leak issue. The culprit was the dishwasher drain. We were very impressed with the perseverance and thoroughness Mark and Jarrett demonstrated in resolving the issue. They also made time to install a water filter for us. Each interaction with all staff was professional and customer-oriented.

Justin S. Was very professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about the immediate issue and kept me informed verbally and with pictures of the broken pipe. I felt comfortable discussing other non-emergency work and he was able to provide rough cost ranges. I was happy to learn there is a customer loyalty program! I am very pleased with his work and look forward to being a long term customer.

Collin was fabulous. He asked questions to make sure he knew what the issues were. Then he checked things out. He explained what he was going to do and made sure it was okay with me. He got the job done quickly. We have other issues we still need to address and he is putting together some plans to get those fixed. I was very happy with the service. And I love their work vans!

I wasn't at home whenever Justin came to the house but from what my wife says he did an awesome job and was totally professional. What I was quoted over the phone is what we had to pay, I am glad that we used totally hooked, and if we ever have any more problems we will definitely use them again. I am just hoping we don't have to for a while lol

Used them for the first time this week when my washing machine and kitchen sink drains clogged. It won't be my last. Justin and his helper were great. I wish I could remember his name, he seemed to be newer and in training. They scoped the drain with their camera, showed me the issue areas, then snaked and cleared the clogs. When it comes time to replace my cast iron plumbing soon this is who I'll be calling. Pricing was very fair, and they were quick and efficient even while training. He explained the issue and options well without being pushy, which goes a long way with me. I would highly recommend them.

Collin, Drake and Mike (and Mike's helper whose name we unfortunately did not catch) were very helpful and friendly! The explained everything perfectly and answered any and all questions we had. We look forward to working with you guys again in the future!

These people were readily available, showed up on time, and did an excellent job installing my whole house water filter. They also worked tirelessly to locate and repair a leak in our plumbing. I would highly recommend this company should you need quick & expert service.

Today, we had Jarrett and Kemo (i think I got the name right?) come out because we knew something wasnt right when running the dishwasher filled the tub up...

They looked at our system and we were were able to identify issues that other plumbers we've called didnt even mention or look at. They were kind, good with our family, knowledgeable, and affordable. And they didnt leave until we had some sort of fix that made out life better. So incredibly grateful and happy we reached out to these guys!

Excellent service, knowledgeable, quick, neat, and thorough. We remodeled a full bath and used Totally Hooked for all the plumbing. They were easy to work with and very knowledgeable.
As thorough and professional as they were, I would definitely be calling them back.

We had hydrojetting done to clean our pipes and their team performed it in a timely and professional matter. They were super kind and easy to work with. Highly recommend! Sean and Collin were great!

Had service done and my resident. Had a cartridge needed replace with severe calcium buildup. Jarrett the service tech did a great job replacing it. He provided additional service quotes that would help with hard city water filteration systems. He was professional and informative. I would recommend this company for plumbing repair and services.

Justin S. is by far one of the most professional and knowledgeable technicians I’ve ever met. His passion for his work is obvious in the quality and care he puts into every job. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about both his craft and his customers, I would highly recommend Justin and this company every single time.

Brandon was our technician, he was excellent! Brandon is very professional, kind and very knowledgeable he identified our problem explained the issue and had us up and running in no time, he went above and beyond to help. I will be using Totally Hooked and requesting Brandon again if I ever need anything to do with plumbing in the future!

7-24-25: Matt M. came out today to assess my leaky toilet and he was great. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and strong. He moved the heavy toilet by himself. I again recommend Totally Hooked.

Jarrett was here Friday, gave me a very reasonable quote for a new water heater and garbage disposal. Devon was here today to install them both. Both men were very professional, knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions patiently. I'll recommend Totally Hooked again and again. Awesome communication from Riley on the phone too! 10/10.

Had family over at my house and plumbing decided to act up. Called totally hooked Ms Audrey sent Mr Jarret came to save the day! He was professional, courteous, and highly efficient. Not only did he solve the immediate issue, but with his camera he found another issue I didn’t even know about. He had a remedy in mind right away and I will be following his advice to prevent further issues and solving my underlying issue. I HIGHLY recommend using totally hooked plumbing to anyone who wants a professional job don’t fight and peace of mind (along with a video record) showing you the problem is truly fixed. Sean and a helper came prepared to install a bathroom vanity. And the whole works. These men were courteous worked continuously and cleaned up to a tee. Sean also repaired a toilet waste drain line. They keep you posted on everything they are doing and are just very professional and proficient. I would certainly recommend this company. The price was definitely fair.

It is very unfortunate to say this used to be my go to company until a recent experience completely changed my mind. Sean was out recently and was badmouthing one of my favorite plumbers who I guess is no longer working there, which I am also very upset about. Sean was using an extremely obscene language had a bad attitude and was also saying inappropriate comments about Scott and Tyler, who I know personally. After getting a hold of the new manager, Zack in the office to discuss the situation with Sean, he got extremely aggressive made me feel uncomfortable. It is sad to see a company get destroyed from the inside out. I will no longer be using Totally Hooked Plumbing for any services I will also tell all my friends and family to avoid this company by all costs. Everybody deserves to know the truth about this company. It is turning into another lickety split, and Snyder. I would not recommend this company to anybody.
