Bob’s Backflow- Daniel Ball was prompt and courteous. He described what he would be doing and the length of time it would take. He gave me a quick tutorial for monthly maintenance for the Backflow apparatus. I appreciate his service.

Nick from Bob's Backflow replaced the backflow preventer for my home and he was a pleasure to work with. He actually arrived early after calling to confirm, and once he arrived he explained the replacement process and went right to work. Bobs Backflow does a great job on two fronts! First, they have been doing my regular residential backflow report for the city for the past few years. You cannot beat their price or service anywhere- I switched to Bob's after stumbling through other several plumbing services, We won't go back! Second front: the backflow burst during the abnormal freeze that burst everyone else's pipes in the area as well. Bob's Backflow came out and got a new backflow installed faster than other services, and at a much lower price. Daniel Ball, the tech, did a phenomenal job insulating the new assembly and even sealed it up below grade. Gave great tips on maintenance. Great work, great price.

Thank you all very much! Our company has been using Bob's Backflow and Plumbing Services for at least 10 years. They saved the day with the freezing temperatures in Florida, and I'm sure they had alot of calls in. Matt assured me they would get over as soon as possible and they did . Shane quickly diagnosed our leak for the system and made sure they had the part delivered in no time flat. What a great team. Shane made sure my system was extra protected with insulation and inspected it again. It was perfect and I can't thank Bob's Backflow enough. Daniel Ball is fantastic. Incredibly professional, competent at his trade, and great customer service. He explained everything in a simple manner, easy to understand, and showed the before & after replacement of our backflow preventer.

Daniel also shared simple maintenance to extend the life of the unit, preventing rust and keeping debris out and what to look for if the unit requires future maintenance.

Daniel did a an outstanding job in installing a new Backflow for us. He answered our questions and was very courteous and helpful. If we need future plumbing services we would like to use him and are very pleased with Bob's Backflow as a company.

As a business we have been working with Bob's Backflow for over 5 years now. They are fast, friendly, affordable and efficient! They are currently helping me sort out another problem that another company did not report to JEA, and I couldn't have done it without the help of Cheyenne at their office. Jimmy was fantastic to work with. He was patient and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, not just what the issue was, but why it happened. That kind of honesty is rare.
He also walked me through the differences between the old backflow valve and the new one, so I understood exactly what was being installed and how it improves things going forward. This is especially important as I am a real estate agent and needed to articulate exactly what happened to the owners who aren't local.
What really stood out was his follow-through. He promised to send pictures, and he did this expediently.

Bob’s Backflow technician, Antwann, replaced our backflow prevention valve today. He was highly trained, professional, and most importantly to me, very personable. He was happy to share his knowledge and very amenable to my watching and photographing his process and progress. Antwann would be my first round draft pick if I was hiring for his position. I've seen Bob's Backflow tags every time my backflow preventer gets inspected. During a recent cold snap, my existing preventer burst and leaked—I needed it replaced. I called Bob's. They were busy...a good sign in my opinion. They signed me up and in not too very long, they sent out Daniel Ball. He is a polite, personable, professional installer with years of experience. He installed a good quality backflow preventer at a very reasonable price. The whole process didn't take too long and the site was cleaned up when he was done. From now on, Bob's Backflow is my first call for my preventer needs.

Art was a nice fella. The repair was good but art needs to get in the habit of cleaning up after himself and leaving the area as he found it. Showed up when he was scheduled and completed the work in a timely fashion.

Phenomenal. Jon was super professional, customer service oriented. The bill came in UNDER what I was expecting and Jon showed me how a previous company had basically LIED to me about the condition of my pipes to try to upsell me on a 15000 service.
