I've had issues finding a gas plumber in the past. Turner plumbing was easy to work with from start to finish. I just needed maintenance on a tankless water heater. They communicated the day before and the day of my appointment on timing which I appreciated cause no one wants to wait around all day. Tyler was pleasant and quick. I would recommend this company and use them again.

Mac and his assistant rang our doorbell at precisely the time arranged online, diagnosed the problem (a cracked pipe) and got to work. We shared with them that our house is on the market and extensive repairs would make showings difficult. Within an hour, they had fixed the problem with no damage to the walls, cleaned up, and given us a very reasonable bill, all with a friendly attitude and presence. Is there a six star rating for these guys? They were fantastic!

Turner plumbing was amazing, and they’ve made me a lifetime customer! They answered the phone very quickly, and gave great communication regarding when a plumber would get to the house. Sebastian was beyond amazing, I wish I could give him 10 stars. He was great at explaining everything, and he worked very quickly to fix my burst pipe. He was very friendly and I was very happy with the overall process. The pricing and speed at which they came out was all very reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough.

We were looking into getting our pipes redone (house built in 1980) but didn’t know who to trust or call. Then a week before Christmas a leaking pipe was discovered under my son’s room, which Turner came out and fixed right away. They did an excellent job there so I knew I had the right people for the repipe. First off, they outbid competitors by a long shot and had better accommodations. Kaleb and David did the majority of the job. They said a week, and it took just that. My house, not surprisingly, put up a bit of a fight and there were unknown complications that had to be addressed but not a single issue since! Our expectations going into this were: water pressure will drop and it might take a while to get hot water to the back of the house. NOPE!! Our water pressure is better than ever, hot is HOT and fast (no water heater adjustments made) and for the first time in this house COLD COLD water from the tap! We are still in awe and forever grateful for Turner. And we are more appreciative of Kaleb and David than we could ever say. The customer service, kind nature, and easy going and comfortable feel of these guys was unreal. Can’t say thank you enough!

This was an emergency request to repair the water connection for a new refrigerator. Jon arrived quickly. He was very friendly and professional. He explained what needed to be done. Due to old pipes he had to make some additional changes. His work was meticulous and timely and he made sure everything was clean and completed before leaving. I would recommend Jon Turner Plumbing.

Called to get our water heater tuned up; technician was at the house within the hour. Adam was very knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond with tips and recommendations to help us save money. Will absolutely continue to call David Gray for all our AC/Plumbing/Electrical issues moving forward. 10/10

The technician did a great job under my new sink which only took 30 minutes for him to do. Attached are before and after photos. I feel the price I was charged was extreme.

First service call with David Gray. Right from the start I was impressed. Great, cheery,
live human customer service. Very speedy service- The tech, Brady, was onsite in less than an hour and was fantastic. Finished the job with higher quality replacements and left me with an increased peace of mind. Highly recommend this company!

Worst experience ever. Waited two months for a plumbing parts quote after a service call to replace two of my American standard Douglas valves, they come back with a $930 quote. Not to mention I had their electrical division here same day and was charged $100 to flip a GFCI switch in my kitchen and when I complained they initially were going to give me a credit towards the above service, and in the end the employee who offered it hasn’t been back at work and the office staff refused to honor it and sent me the $930 quote. Absolutely insane. Stay away if you can.

Roy was our tech and he was amazing. I called in at 8:15 am and Roy was at my house at 9:15. He explained to me in detail what was going on with our system. Unfortunately it was an issue on the well side which they do not work on. He did direct me to someone who does though. Great experience and I highly recommend. Thanks Roy.

Dominic did such an awesome job for an unexpected issue I had after-hours. He showed up quickly, was very helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain everything and got the job done efficiently and professionally. I would definitely recommend him and David Gray!

Best experience I’ve had with a plumber ever. Roy our plumber was actually our second opinion we scheduled when we really weren’t sure we had a honest assessment of our plumbing situations. After he reassured us and made his recommendations it was just a minor fix. The first plumber had us paying over 5k for something we didn’t need. So though they didn’t make a lot on this visit they earned our respect and our business in the future. It’s hard to find a person you can trust but we did today. Malcolm explained everything about my air conditioner. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He was very personable. I highly recommend him .

Scheduling was easy…I received reminders of the day of service as well as the name of the technician (Eric) and his arrival time. Eric was a quick trouble shooter. Figured out the faucet was probably the culprit not a kink in the copper piping. So, a quick fix and not a big problem. I would use David Gray Plumbing again.

Christian did an excellent job of checking our existing unit, diagnosing a critical issue, and providing us with options for replacement. He then made quick work of changing the hot water heater for a new hybrid with a great warranty. Thanks Christian!

Great experience with David Grey Plumbing. This was an after-hours call, and they handled it quickly and professionally. Frank was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and he explained everything clearly. Really appreciate the fast response and quality service. Highly recommend.

We had some duct work repaired that had not been sealed correctly when our home was built 5 1/2 years ago. The workers did an excellent job. But prior to the beginning of the work, I was presented with an estimate of $856.98 but there was not detailed information on what that cost covered. When I asked for a detailed invoice, the worker called the office to ask his manager for the information. The manager was put on speakerphone, and I was told that I was not going to be provided with a detailed invoice. We went ahead and paid the bill and let them do the work because we needed to stop the moisture which was growing mold in the A/C closet. My husband even called the office to try to get more information, and no one called him back.

Would you pay $856.98 to a car mechanic if they did not provide you with a detailed invoice on what amount was labor and what amount was parts? This is not the way to run a business. I have no problem with the quality of the work. I have a problem with how they run their business. So be prepared to get a bill with no explanation of how much is labor and how much is materials. Buyer beware.

Job was not completed. The faucet was still leaking after he changed the knob. I called company and They sent the same man back out and he should not be representing a well known company. He was rude very rude!
I will never use them again.

My invoice did not reflect the job done. I am waiting on someone to call me back and tell why it says he did work on my washing machine.

Then I was told if I had the work completed I would be charge a fee for coming to look at it. Well I was charged any and now they want to try and credit it back after questioned my bill.

Horrible experience.

David Gray Plumbing delivered top notch service during a weekend emergency. A 5 star experience from Erica answering the phone to the wonderful plumber Dominic! Dominic was friendly , explained step by step the problem & how to repair. Was most impressed that I received an estimate prior to arrival. Will definitely recommend to everyone and use again.
