I required both plumbing and electrical assistance for removal and replacement of my existing water heater. I received exceptional service from Chase Green and Tyler Westberry. They extensively explained the available options, made recommendations, discussed the process involved with each option, the associated costs, and answered all the questions that I had. When unexpected issues arose and additional approval was needed to complete the project, it was handled efficiently and in a cost-effective manner. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I called David Gray last night after an outdoor faucet pipe broke off in my hand and water gushed all over me. They had Issac Kringe out to me within the hour. He was polite, friendly, and efficient. With the wind chill and temperature dropping, he determined it would be too cold for the pipe glue to cure, but what I appreciated is that he explained in a clear manner, giving me the information, and gave me a choice. We decided we would wait until today. He gave me a rough idea of when he would come back today, and when he was running late, he kept me informed. When he arrived, he was efficient, answered my questions, checked the other faucets, insulated the new work he did, all in a pleasant and friendly manner. I have called other plumbing companies in the past. I just erased their contacts on my phone.

I was very impressed with both technicians who came out to access my air conditioning system. They were both thorough, courteous and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Got my system back up and running. I’m very pleased.

David Gray is the best. They came out twice (for different issues) diagnosed the problems and made the necessary repairs on a budget we could agree on. The workmen were all very respectful and explained everything to me before proceeding with the work. The only thing negative I have to say is that their office is sometimes difficult to reach. But your patience is worth it for good service in the field.

We’ve had David Gray come out a number of times to redo electrical work that needed to be fixed at the house. Adam is “our electrician” and always does phenomenal work. Today he installed 2 electrical boxes for us and did it quickly and efficiently. He’s a great representative for the company and we always ask for him by name.

From the start I give this company 5 stars; among 3 companies I contacted for this service, David Gray was the first company to reply, also the one with better rates for just the initial visit and estimate. The tech that was assigned to my call was Jacob Montalvo. Jacob was on time for the estimate, I also received a text to confirm the appointment prior to the visit. Upon arrival on estimate day, Jacob listened and understood my concerns; because of his knowledge, he was able to assist me and not only he answered my questions, but offered solutions. He discussed with me critical information about my breaker box, which helped with my decision. That same day I was able to get a price estimate and schedule the appointment to have the work done. Jacob arrived on time for the service and he did an excellent, clean job! Every breaker in the new box was checked, labeled, he showed me the work before placing the cover and talked to me about warranties, services and about the upcoming inspection. I feel safer and happier with my new breaker box!! I highly recommend this company and I greatly appreciate Jacob's experience, courtesy and professionalism.

Our Tech (Tim) was excellent. Explaining the issue with the new faucet and that he believed that the issue can only be settled by installing another replacement faucet obtained under warranty. Kohler agreed and the new faucet is enroute. We will definitely use David Gray to install it when it arrives. Excellent staff.

Jake came out for an estimate and I appreciate his straight forward approach. He didn't give me the standard salesman bs. Meat and potatoes and good points when he explained why they would be better.

Still considering all options but the interaction I had with Jake L really set him apart from the other salesmen that gave me quotes.

Though disappointed that my 3.5 yr old Rheem failed and was not covered because it was already a warranty replacement-see the trend-David Gray tech Brad arrived the next morning with a Bradford White replacement. Brad said I needed to flush the old one though I have been annually but agree the amount of sediment that came out was too much so may do more often. Brad said they have been losing money with Rheem failures and they no longer use them… would have been nice to know when a new install was nearly a grand cheaper! Overall Brad was professional, honest and did a perfect install. David Gray has a high rating for a reason!

Our technician Adam was so excellent! First let me say me and my husband love David Gray!! They are always so professional and their customer service is excellent. From the customer service team to the technician. They have serviced my house since we moved to Florida and everything they do is impeccable. Adam was so thorough and went over everything we us. He checked our entire electrical system and made suggestions. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you Adam for your professionalism and kindness and also to David Gray for their team!

Dominic is the best in the business. He has serviced 2 of my homes and always does a great job. He is great at explaining and showing the problems. I had a leak in my shower and he had to open up the wall to access it. He took several pictures and explained everything thoroughly. He cleaned everything up and left it in better condition than when he arrived. Highly highly recommend Dominic at David gray.

To the manager,       Totally UNSAT job from David Gray Plumbing Jacksonville!!  Job was not complete and sir, please don't overcharge Seniors who  barely live on a retirement paycheck. . You connected two elbow PVCs to the new back flow preventer and glued to the standig PVC posts. Supplies Estimated cost: $20.00. I provided you the parts that I purchased from one of your suppliers for $330.00.

This new unit needs test certification for submssion to JEA immediately upon installation.. Cresta, your clerk said that I have to pay another $99.00 to get it certified, why i have to pay again?? You know, I have no assurance that Irrigation water will not flow back to contaminate my House POTABLE water unless certified. HEALTH HAZARD sir.. I can't wait another 10 months for JEA to perform their annual test certification.

In addition, your technician refused to insulate the new unit to prevent damage from future freezing temperature He said I have to do it myself..

I know I hired your for that.  Should I have known, I would have said to the technician not to proceed. !!STOP!!!

I paid your services $508.25.. Material less that $20.00 Labor? $508.25 with out you providing the BackFlow preventer is exorbitant. I dont mind what I paid you, if youre willing to test certified or insulated it, which give me peace of mind..

NOTE:  What you did forced me to canvass around on a similar job. They said the whole job would be less that $600.00 which include backflow preventer, PVC connectors and certification that they provide

DeJarius was prompt, very polite and handled my request with ease. Very personable and provided great customer service. He installed my new faucet and took the old one for disposal. Educated me on what I needed to do later down the road. If I needed service again will definitely utilize David Gray plumbing!

The service tech’s George and Darrell S. were very knowledgeable and highly professional. They explained every detail of their process and effectively addressed the homeowners ( me) concerned and questions. Would certainly recommend without reservation.

Daniel Brady was amazing! Helped us out so much! We just moved here and they claimed they empty the tank and they did not but a huge thanks to Daniel for helping us out and saving the day! Junior was very professional, prompt and a fast worker. He went above and beyond to repair my lift station for the septic in a calm and professional manner. Would highly recommend.

Junior (technician) was very professional & courteous. He ran across an issue with the piping in the dosing chamber while he was replacing the pump and went above & beyond to get the job done correctly.

Metro Rooter went above and beyond from start to finish. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. The technician Daniel B. was knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and clearly explained the issue and solution. The work was done efficiently and at a fair price with no surprises. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing reliable plumbing or drain services!

I highly recommend Wind River and especially our Plummer, Donald Thomas. He made sure our toilet was working. Very impressed with his work.
