If there were six stars, it would be a six star review excellent knowledge on the technician excellent disassembling and Encapsulating all the plumbing from my old solar water system, The plumbing around the water heater and sediment filter is aesthetically pleasing, and the technicians bring me up to speed on the water heater functionality was great and best yet the install was 75% of the estimate. The plumbing technicians had great logistics support from the warehouse on parts needed to complete the installation. overall a fantastic job.

Sebastian installed a new water heater for us in record time. Super clean and neat installation allowing perfect access for maintenance and cleaning. Kevin arrived promptly to assess and repair our clogged main drain after we had tried everything to do it on our own. He was fast and efficient when we had feared the worst as we live in an older home with cast iron pipes and thought it could be a result of a collapsed pipe. We used Turner plumbing recently for a complete bathroom remodel. They did an excellent job and we are so happy with the result. We made a few unexpected changes during the process & Turner worked with us on everything, coming back numerous times, & never once made us feel as though they resented it. They were also very attentive to even the smallest details that were important to us. Nick was our go-to guy throughout the process and he was phenomenal, making sure every request, big or small, was handled efficiently. We will definitely be using them again for our downstairs bathroom very soon.

In the beginning I was very disappointed because our appointment was between 2-4 no one showed until after 5. Sebastian showed up and changed my outlook he was great it was very cold outside he did not complain but did his job in a very professional manner. He even gave us options and discussed them with us so we had a clear understanding of the issue. I would definitely recommend Turner Plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber.

Rob installed the new bidet toilet ver quickly. Also in 2018 Turner completely replaced all in coming and outgoing pipes and the water heater. I have not had any issues with it. I highly recommend Turner.

I had an issue with my washing machine and took a shot in the dark calling Turner plumbing, I didn't know who to call! I called them on February 9th, got an appointment for February 10th. Matthew came earlier (with my approval) then I expected! He was quick, professional and very courteous. He solved my issue, saving me about $150 off of what I thought I was going to have to pay ! He did a great job cleaned up after himself , double checked his work and was very nice.

TLDR: No Price Transparency

I recently contacted Turner Plumbing for a quote on a new hot water heater. I want to be fair and mention that the technician who came out was professional, pleasant, and got the quote to me the next day as promised. However, the business practices regarding pricing transparency forced me to take my business elsewhere.

The quote I received was a single 'all-in' figure with zero itemization. I requested a breakdown because the technician recommended a Rinnai unit (when I originally asked for Rheem) and I requested a specific add-on (a Wi-Fi module). Naturally, I needed to see the cost difference between the brands and the parts vs. labor to make an informed decision.

When I texted them to ask for a breakdown, the response was, 'We do not itemize our quotes.'

I found this incredibly disappointing. The total price was actually within the range I expected, but I cannot move forward with a company that refuses to be transparent. I recently had a roof installed where every cost—from shingles to flashing—was clearly listed, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. It is unfortunate that Turner does not offer the same clarity. They lost this job not because of the price, but because of the policy.

Our pipes froze and burst. Despite it being Florida and doubtless inundation of calls over pipes, help from Turner came the very next day. Sebastian Guerra walked in the door on our crisis with such an air of confidence and competence that we immediately felt everything would be already. He assessed the problem in a glance, offered a range of options, estimated costs, then fixed everything. We had a number of holes, cracks and leaks; he found them all. A lesser plumber might have opened the drywall, found the first hole, and we'd have sealed the wall back up before realizing they were two more. Sebastian has an unparalleled work ethic. He checked, rechecked, did everything right the first time, found everything. They say that with all things, first you get good; then you get fast; finally you get good and fast. Sebastian has achieved master level.
Turner, I hope you realize the absolute gem this man is; you are lucky to have him representing your company, and are paying him top tier to match his top tier excellence. As a customer, my biggest hope would be that you elevate Sebastian to a training and management role where he could create more plumbers of his caliber. He showed up wearing a Superman S-Shield hoodie against the cold and, by Krypton, he was worthy of it. By the time he left, we were just straight up referring to him as Superman.
