Antwann replaced my Backflow preventer yesterday because it was damaged by the freeze. Did a quick professional job and even repaired a leak that developed when two of the sprinkler pipes separated. This is a great company to deal with.

I want to personally commend Ms. Brandi Ortez & Mr. Antwann Tigner for their assistance, professionalism, & expertise. A week before we were to close on selling our house our irrigation backflow preventer failed the JEA test. Ms. Ortez expedited our maintenance request and within days Mr. Tigner replaced the backflow preventer, tested & certified it, and sent the test report to JEA. Ms. Ortez quickly sent me a copy of the test report that I was able to pass on to my realtor & to the buyer's realtor. We closed on the house sale 2 days later, thanks to Ms. Ortez & Mr. Tigner. I give them both my highest recommendation.

Our back flow valve was inadequate for its intended use so we called Bob’s Back Flow and they sent us Daniel Ball.

I have used Bob's Backflow for many years. This just proves why i use them. My backflow testing was due for inspection from JEA. The backflow failed the inspection, but they knew it was under warranty from previous work. Bob's Backflow completed the work free of charge since it was under warranty, I did not know it was under warranty but they honored it and did the repair needed for free. Talk about honesty in a company. If you are not using Bob's Backflow then you need to switch.

Woke up this morning to a broken irrigation backflow. After over a decade and all the recent freezes it gave out. Fortunately a quick call to Bob's Backflow got me taken care of before the morning was over. Daniel Ball was my tech and he was quick and super professional.

My backflow preventer was flagged as failing and some of my neighbors passed. I was hesitant on getting this repaired thinking it was a scam. When I saw my next door neighbor getting theirs replaced, It looked so professional compared to the builder grade mess that was there. Antwann from Bob's Backflow & Plumbing did a very clean job on my neighbors and I immediately called his company and requested that he do mine. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with the work that was done. The price was better than their competitors and the work was very professional.

I had the pleasure of meeting Antwann today after working with Stephanie to get an inspection scheduled. These two were totally awesome! Stephanie coordinated with me in the most professional manner and gave me complete flexibility. Then Antwann showed up super promptly and got the work done quickly. This was all prompted by a JEA initiative that was very poorly rolled out. Not only did Antwann and Stephanie provide exceptional service, they educated me along the way making the experience invaluable. Will definitely be calling them back!!

So my reclaim water backflow system was 15 years old and needed replacing. Daniel came out and had a very positive attitude and unfortunately for him my system required extra piping. This required an extra 45 minutes on a very hot day. He tackled the issue without complaining and did a great job. He showed me his work and gave me some recommendations to keep the system working well. The overall price seemed fair as I called around for other quotes and I would use them again.

Our backflow preventer froze and split in a cold wave. I called Bob’s Backflow and had a plumber, Daniel Ball, at our home within an hour. Daniel replaced the old unit with high quality equipment and insulated it from the cold. This is a very professional company, and we were very impressed with their service.

Shane came out and installed our back flow preventer on Emerson St with ease and he was very informative and polite and courteous and a pleasure to work with.
