Contracted by my landlord, we had them out for the HVAC system. The gentleman who came was extremely knowledgeable and showed me how to properly maintain the unit (something that nobody ever told me). The last servicemen didn't tell me this.

Thank you for an awesome job! Keep up the excellent work! Remind your workers to be explicit and to he sure they remind and teach others how to properly maintain them.

I paid Christian Brothers Electric to install new meter banks and breaker boxes in my house. Ryan was very kind, straight forward and easy to work with. However, they installed the wrong breakers for my AC units. This is an easy fix and instead of admitting their mistake and just fixing the issue, they expected me to pay them more money to fix their own mistake, even after I have paid them over $10K so far.

I would have easily been posting a 5 star review if it wasn’t for their complete inability to admit to their own mistakes and make things right. I will gladly pay someone else to fix their mistake rather than give them another dollar.

I also invest in real estate and was planning on using Ryan on multiple projects due to his personality, but thankfully I was given this clear warning early on.

So impressed with company. We've had them work on several properties now. One that was so complicated that our previous HVAC vender declined to work on it. Not only are they professional (on time, clean, respectful) and extremely competent) but their price was better than other company's quotes. Shout out to Johnny, in particular. He made us feel like family. I feel like I am a good judge of character and the folks at CBH&A are good people. I met the owner also. He came by just to make sure all was well and discovered a better way to solve our problem on a commercial property. Can't recommend this company any more highly.

John came over and found it was still under warranty. And the company I bought it from didn’t bother to tell me so they replaced the compressor. I was only charged for labor and Freon. Then the coils went out. They came back with a window unit because I had to wait for the part. The work with the new coils and Freon again no charge! Honest and stand behind their work! Great job!

I’ve been using Christian Brothers for almost 10 years now for all of my air-conditioning and plumbing needs. They’ve always been super quick to get back to me and get someone out to look at any issue I have going on. I would definitely recommend giving them a call for any of your plumbing or air-conditioning needs.

The girls at the office were kind and friendly, even though I must have driven them crazy with all my calls with questions. They answered all of them with a kind voice. Cost was a little more than I'd like but that's the world we live in, unfortunately. They did give me the least expensive quote though. Marsus did a wonderful job. He was kinda quiet, as I like to talk, but he WAS working and trying to concentrate. He was very kind, knowledgeable and ETHICAL. I had him replace a water valve that wasn't in the original quote. He told me he THOUGHT he was going to have to charge me $10 but he wanted to call the office first to make sure. I told him he was supposed to charge me the extra $10 because the girls at the office had already told me. Just TO BE SURE he called them anyway. I recommend Christian Brothers often and have used them several times. Great service and very professional. However, $200 for 1 hour's labor last week on this faucet did give me sticker shock and they do not have any military or repeat customer discounts, which was disappointing. Charged $187 in parts for faucet and cartridge .

Duck duck rooter was awesome! They came out fast and fixed the issue within the hour. I plan on doing future projects with them going forward.

Replaced entire septic system with new infiltrator system. The installation was expertly done. They removed the old tank and drain field and hauled it off. Grading and clean up was good. I can highly recommend duck duck rooter

Was trying to call and get some help/estimate because my septic light alarm was going off. After giving details and asking questions about estimated pricing for overnight and emergency services, i was told to “just think about it” then got hunged up on. Took my issue with Metro Rooter, A Wind River Company they provided me with all the help I need for my emergency!

Was able to get amazing same day service on the weekend and without the service call Price being skyrocketed. Dylan was very personable, knowledgeable and got the problem fixed. Will definitely call this company again

Aj and Paul came out today and cleaned out my septic tank. They were very nice and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using this company for further work on my home.

Duck Duck was awesome from the first phone call to estimate to installation. Sean answered all my question beforehand and Elvis was great during the installation. I would highly recommend using the for all your plumbing needs.

We have a lift station at our home that had been causing us issues, stopping the use of 3 of our restrooms . Duck Duck Rooter came to the rescue ! When American Home Shield began to drag their feet helping us , The manager , Lia , called me directly and got me someone to our home quickly to diagnose the issue and got us some relief through the weekend . Then Monday morning we were made a priority , talk about Awesome Customer Service !

Yesterday, two Duck Duck Rooter technicians came out to our house; the first one was Justin Le (plumber), the second one was Timothy Suarez (air conditioning). Both technicians were very knowledgeable, kind, and provided great service! This was not our first time hiring this company and it certainly won’t be the last! If you’re on the fence about selecting this company for your needs, just book the appointment and relax, they’ll treat you right!

I called with an emergency situation, they sent someone out in 40 mins-Dylan was personable, knew what he was doing and just all around a cool guy. He finished quickly and we were very satisfied with our service!

Coty was on time, knowledgeable, and very patient with my septic tank questions. I have used Duck Duck Rooter ever since I had them inspect my tank when I purchased this home. Every experience I have had with them has been top notch!

Excellent service! The person who took my call got me on the schedule quickly. The technician was out within the time frame that they said he would be. He was very helpful and professional and got my problem fixed with no issues. I would highly recommend this company to anybody for the service they provide

Our repair tech, AJ was honest. Base on our issue, he could have drained the entire septic tank, which would have cost a lot more. Instead, he did the minimum which still repaired the problem and it cost us way less. Because of his honesty, we will use your services for now on. Thanks AJ!
