This is my second time using duck duck rooter for a septic tank pump out and I absolutely love their services. Tempest helped me schedule my appointment today and she was so sweet .

I have used Duck Duck rooter several times now and will keep using them. They are always on time courteous and professional. Dani was my last technician for a plumbing issue and I would recommend him to everyone. He was amazing helpful and polite. Told me what was going on step by step. Duck Duck rooter is my go to and will stay that way

It's the second time I used them now. First time was for them to pump my septic, and then this time I had a drain that I just couldn't get unclogged. Tristan was amazing and professional! He made sure that it kept on draining by checking the main line as well, not just making sure that the clog Yes moved from one part of the house to the other. And believe me, they were the best priced by far!

It’s bad enough to have a septic system backup but it’s worse when no one returns your calls. Duck Duck answered the call and came out within a couple of hours. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He located the problem, gave me all my options and repaired the system. He wouldn’t fill it in until he was happy with its performance and I appreciate that. I will definitely call them again although I hope I don’t have to.

Cody was exceptional in all facets of his task at hand, septic inspection and pump out. He worked at a rabid pace exposing the lids and identifying the clog causing the tank to not function correctly. With a great attitude he explained what was going on, the remedy, and how long it would take. He finished ahead of his estimation, put everything back together and took payment by his trucks headlights on the hood of my car. Cody restored my faith in this insane, what’s in it for me world we live in where caring about ones profession and going above and beyond are usually found in memories of the past.

11/6/2025 Cody and Evan came out today and drained our septic tank out and also fixed any clogs from grease and what not today,they also filled in a ditch i dug myself, which they didn't have to but did any way to help me out. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was working and flowing fine. They were very professional and explained everything as they went and answered any questions I had. And when they were done,knowing I had a dog and kids they double checked to make sure everything was filled in and safe. And the ladies that took my call were really cool and had a truck out there within the time they told me. If you guys are looking for a professional crew to get it done, if possible ask if Cody and Evan are available,if not, im sure the other guys are cool to. Great job!!

The tech. Dylan was really nice, and knew exactly what the problem was, and had it fixed in minutes. He was very professional and we would highly recommend Duck duck Rooter (and Dylan) !

Paul and his coworker were very kind and knowledgeable, plus they arrived earlier than anticipated. (Thank you Kitty). I stood around and watched. Friendly and helpful customer service! It was the holidays and they really tried hard to keep the cost low for me so I didn’t have a major expense this close to Christmas. The specialist came out and was friendly, joyful, and really helpful. Love working this the Duck Family.

From the moment Megan answered the phone, I knew we were in good hands. She was kind, professional, and so helpful in setting everything up. Paul and Onner arrived quickly, even on a Saturday, and were absolutely fantastic technicians. They were thorough, efficient, and did an amazing job from start to finish. We started having plumbing issues while we were out on vacation and learned about the issues from my daughter and her friends who came home for the UF/UGA game. The initial issue seemed to be a grinder pump issue. I spoke to at least 4 or 5 plumbing companies from abroad. One did not have any experience with grinder pumps, one didn’t show up, one said the issue belonged to St John’s County utilities, etc….i felt like I was lied to by every plumbing company in Jax. Then I remembered from probably 7 or 8 years ago that Duck Duck came out and did good work an issue. I called them, and Maynor came out that day. He did his due diligence which was extensive. He determined the remedy was the jetting machine as it turned out I had a clog in my line from the septic to the road (we have a deep lot), however, it would be available the next day. Compared to other plumbing issues we’ve had, this was a tough job. I think they give Maynor the tough jobs because it requires someone like him to get it done properly. Michael also helped on day 2 and was very knowledgeable as well. They got the clog cleared and repaired a small leak near the street. Duck Duck will definitely be my first call the next time I’m in need.

Duck Duck showed up the same day we called for Septic Service. Due to where the septic cover was, they could not do the service that day. So we ended up paying for them to show up and not help. We followed up with pricing to get the job done the next day and are still waiting on pricing. Good news, Another company has finished the job and did not ask for money just to show up to estimate. The septic system was pumped and we are happy customers of another service provider.

Can't say enough good about this company. I have used them several times for septic tank issues. They are always fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly very fairly priced. They are upfront with pricing and scheduling is a breeze. Most recently had Coty out to diagnose and fix a broken pump float in my tank. He and his partner were great and had the job fixed in no time at a fair price. No sticker shock here! Call the Duck!

We use Duck Duck Rooter for our septic and A/C and they do great work at a fair price. Naturally, we called them when we needed some plumbing work and they did not disappoint. Tristen came out quickly and gave us an estimate. It was a great price so we agreed and everything was done in a timely and professional manner. We love Duck Duck Rooter!

After calling half a dozen other “open 24/7” big name Jax plumbing companies, Duck Duck Rooter was the only one who was able to assist us on a Sunday evening. They provided compassion for the situation (no one likes coming home from a long holiday weekend to a main water line leak) and sense of urgency - just really good customer service. Our technician, Franklin was wonderful to work with. And the leak is fixed - Thank you!

Septic is not fun. But! The team at Duck Duck Rooter were fair on their price, on time, professional, and finished up well. They kept me informed, communicated well and are just a great team. Totally satisfied and we are back in business! Pun intended! Thanks DDR for a job well done!

I'm new to being an older home owner. I was told by the previous owner that it was on the city sewer system. Well, That is a huge lie. It's Septic. Duck Duck was very informative and helpful. Explained all of the steps and structure of how a Septic System functions. How I can take care of it. Then started the search for the vent, septic tank and video taped the journey for me to see all of my obvious issues underground. I'm grateful for their honesty and service.

Justin was great and very professional, I had a clogged washer drain and he explained the entire inspection process from low to high. He tested for an overflow twice and asked if he could do it a third time before he left and cleaned up behind himself, If I ever have any problems in the future (hopefully not), I will definitely call Duck Duck Rooter, and will highly recommend your services!

Had septic tank service performed by Marc and Jordan. They were on time and did a great job, professional, and very thorough. Discovered that my pump was bad, which I suspected and had me scheduled for pump replacement the following day. I recommend this company and will be using them again.

Brandon was very nice. He was able to explain the whole procedure and was able to locate the main sewer line. As of now I am still waiting on the estimate to connected the RV to the main line and install two clean out pipes.

I had to call on Saturday and schedule for someone to come out. Shawn Kenney came out and worked so hard and never gave on getting my issue resolved. He was very professional, polite/friendly and kept me apprised of the situation the entire time. I have always had good experiences with this company. Thank you so much Shawn of taking good care of us.
