Knew what needed to be done and after damage to ceiling and insulation was cleared out by the restoration company, they returned to repair the leaking pipe. Cleaned up behind themselves.
After seeing how simple the repair was they reduced the originally quoted price. Makes any customer very happy.

Great service and plumber was excellent.

This is the second time I have used the company. In both cases, it was to repair a slab leak in different parts of my home. Both cases they were very professional, timely, and did an exceptional job on the repairs.

I would recommend this company based on my previous experiences.

Contractor was sent out to evaluate the system. He placed a call to another person and briefly described what he saw as he was not skilled to make an assessment and diagnosis himself. He informed me the entire pump needed to be replaced.
I asked him how he would know that without proper evaluation and his response was because the guy he called has been doing it for years.
I knew from a previous assessment that it may just be the capacitor however he told me I was wrong and wanted to charge me about $1700 to replace it.
A week later I called another company and they replaced the capacitor for $210 and the system works fine.
Needless to say I’m glad I followed my guy and didn’t get ripped off. I did however pay $100 service fee for an “evaluation”
So overall I would say they are either highly unskilled or just ripping people off.

Stephan did really great on our shower piping and pan! Worked hard on it and it came out great! They were also flexible with appointments which helped us out a lot!

Shawn with Northeast Florida Contractors provided prompt, knowledgeable and professional service with our plumbing issue. We will call them again.

Our technician communicated clearly with me. He was extremely professional! We utilized NE FL Contractors through our 2-10 warranty. In less than 24 hours, NE FL Contr. called me to schedule and they were performing a repair of our plumbing issues within 2 days. Amazing service and kudos to our tech for his work.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
Their plumber was working in the condo upstairs. He flooded our condo. That was 5 nights ago. So far, NE FL Contractors and Maintenance has refused to do anything about the water dripping from our kitchen ceiling and all the other water damage, even though they have a Maintenance division who could do the work. I get a different excuse every day from Erica, their manager. She never calls when she says she will, forcing me to call repeatedly.
Do not do business with this company. They are dishonest and incompetent.

Tyler was the technician assigned to my work request. He arrived on time and was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He resolved the problem for me. My tub drain is now flowing smoothly. This was my first experience using Northeast Florida Contracting & Maintenance. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend this company.

This business responded immediately to my home warranty company (2-10) and within a day, I received a phone call from NE Florida Contractors for an appointment the following day! I was impressed!
The service personnel, Tyler showed up on time. He was very respectful, knowledgeable & professional. He also has a very positive aura that made me feel he values his job and the company he works for. That means a lot to a customer like me.
I will surely seek this company out FIRST for any future home repairs or installations.

I got a phone call within minutes of me placing my home warranty claim. Within forty five minutes aaron was at my door. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to show me what was wrong with our garbage disposable. He then fixed it and was on his way. Thank you for your service Aaron.

Curtis led the team that did my kitchen remodel and my living room lighting enhancements. I can't wait to have them back next year to do the bathrooms! On time, on budget and a great bunch of guys. Not only did a great job, but were extra careful with my elderly mom to be sure they left no trip hazards. Highly, highly recommend!!

I highly recommend this business. If you have AHS as your home warranty company refuse all other plumbers/contractors and insist on this company. They have been to my home 2 times for 2 different services and have been responsive, professional and always got the job completed timely. Great communication by both the office staff and the contractor sent out. 10 Stars!

This company sent out a plumber to replace a garbage disposal on August 22nd. It’s been leaking water off and on ever since. I open up my cabinet today and a ton of water comes spilling out. I call them, and they say there’s nothing they can do because of the amount of time and the fact that they were hired through our home warranty company. So now I’m probably going to have to pay because one of their incompetent plumbers don’t know how to install a garbage disposal correctly.

We live in a much older home, lead pipes were replaced inside the house before we moved in, but not from the home to the street. We did not know that at the time, but constantly had to call plumbers for backup issues. About a year ago Northeast diagnosed the underlying problems with special cameras. They fixed the major issues. Every so often we have minor unrelated issues (home flippers don't necessarily do everything well) and Northeast always sends excellent plumbing professionals. No matter which plumber comes for a fix, they are all professional, courteous, kind, and persistent in producing the diagnosis and fix.

Absolutely the worst!! I wouldn’t recommend them to my enemy. I called them to repair my living room ceiling after 2 squares were cut out due to a water leak. They did a terrible job covering the holes. Their guy who was nice told me it would look better after it dried. It did not. So I sent them pictures and took off work so the guy could come back and fix it. It still looks terrible. I left town due to a death in the family and when I returned I sent pictures again. The guy came to look at it and I didn’t hear from anyone for over a month. Then I finally go a call and was told the owner said they would have to redo the entire ceiling and I’d have to pay. I was so exhausted with dealing with them I asked for a quote. A month later never heard from them! Once they get their money they don’t care about the mess they leave behind. Very Bad Business.

It was the fastest hot water repair in the history of hot water. The technician was like a plumbing ninja. Looked at it, he sensed in the force what was wrong with it. Said “Ill be back” in his best Arnold Swartsenager voice. Said he needed tools. 2 minutes later . . . Problem solved. They were early, fast as lightning, courteous, explained the issue, and complimented me on my dog. You cant get better than that. 6 stars for petting the dog.

We had a blockage in our drain line and used Northeast Florida Contractors to snake the line. Dewayne, our service provider, was very professional and explained everything in terms that I understood. The fee was less than I expected and I greatly appreciate that.

GREAT service. Highly recommend. We had been having an issue with slow toilet flushing, kitchen sink issues and what brought them out this time was gurgling in the tub. Well Aaron found the culprit. It was a pencil that was probably in our toilet for about 6 months or so. We could not figure out why the toilets kept stopping up. Soooooo happy he found the issue and fixed it. Great company
