Brian recently cleared over an acre parcel and did a fantastic job of getting rid of brush & vines, downed limbs & trees, and overall yard debris. Highly recommend SE Forest and Land Management as he had the right equipment for the job and met all of our expectations for a reasonable price.

Brian with Southeast Forest and Land Mgmt. exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with the job he did at my neighbors pond but figured his quality of work would be too expensive for me. I was pleasantly surprised when he quoted my a price that i thought was more than fair. He kept in touch leading up to the day he came and cleared/cleaned my pond. He cleared my pond of all the weeds and overgrowth and it now looks pristine. Brian was very careful of my yard and after he left the only evidence of him working on my property was a perfectly cleaned out pond. I would recommend Southeast Forest and Land Management.

Brain was wonderful. Due to life, I had let my land go uncared for. I realized my property was an overgrown mess. He came over, walked the property and listened to what I wanted done. A few days later, He did it ! Better than I had hoped for. He is a hard worker, caring and charged a fair price.

I am always nervous when I hire a contractor to work on my property - Brian is fabulous! He drove out to give an estimate, and put up with me waffling back and forth on exactly what I wanted done on our 10 acre plot. He reached out to confirm our chosen date a few days prior, showed up on time, and worked hard all day long. He is very pleasant to work with and is an extremely skilled yet humble operator. I contacted a few companies advertising land clearing. Southeast Forest and Land Management wasn’t the first company I contacted, but they were the first to respond. I had several text conversations with them and had an appointment scheduled for 7 AM the next morning before I heard back from any of the other companies. They showed up on time, we agreed on the price and the scope of the work, and they were mulching by 7:30. They did an excellent job, we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. Highly recommend them for your project.

Want to thank Brian for helping bring a dream to reality for me. He cleared 1.25 acre full of pines and and palmettos in Palatka, from the pics you see the excellent job done. He also cleaned up part of a freshwater channel running at the back of the property. He is fair and keeps you well informed on your projects. He also did some forestry mulching in Jax for my home. That also looks fantastic. It changed the entire look to the property. Make him the first and only call, I know I will.

Brian was prompt in timing from the original quote, coming out to view the property and the day of work, he showed up and went above and beyond the services done from tree removal and clearing out the back portion of my overgrown property. ZHL is the best in the business. We had a failed drain field and a cracked septic tank that hadn’t be fully pumped/inspected in years (due to poor service from other companies that didn’t do the job right). Replacing your septic tank and drain field is an intimidating job as a home owner. ZHL’s communication, attention to detail, customer service, and professionalism made it as easy as it possibly could be. While I hope I don’t have to replace a septic tank or drain field anytime in the near future, ZHL has earned a lifelong customer here. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I highly recommend Haley and her husband's company. They are a family owned business here in Jacksonville.... I needed a septic tank company to come in and replace the septic tank within 2 weeks to make a closing happen, and they were able to get it done ASAP.... they also beat everyone else's quote.

If you need your septic pumped out read this…last year we had our septic pumped out by Acme Septic, big mistake. I now know a septic has a divider thus requiring two separate pump outs. Acme only did one🙁. This left us having to have another pump out in 12 months time. Fortunately ZHL was referred to us and we are very great-full as they now are our go to on any septic issues. Joe showed up with his partner, who didn’t talk much, but he had mastery of a shovel the way Bob Ross did with a paint brush. Joe after locating our septic informed us that only one of the baffles had been pumped out originally, our filter was missing/never installed, and our lid was faulty all of which would allow sediment and stuff you don’t want in your drain field. Btw, the price was the same as Acme Septic they just did the job professionally and correctly.
They are our new septic go to now, plus billing was easy in the form of a text. Only downside was they didn’t have refrigerator magnets on hand for reference next time, as thats the gold standard in our house, if you get on our fridge then your the 💩

They were fully capable of handling the job, but due to unexpected scheduling shifts, they let us know right away rather than making us wait. Instead, they referred us to another trusted septic company that could take care of the issue sooner. Even the company they referred us to spoke highly of them, saying they would’ve done right by us as well.
