Pyramid receives my highest possible recommendation. We used various lawn care companies from the LawnStarter app for 2 years before finding Jose and Byron at Pyramid. Thank goodness. They are absolutely incredible! Thorough, consistent, professional and outstanding in every way. Before our son’s wedding this week I wanted everything to be perfect. At the last minute I decided everything (lots of garden beds at our home!) needed mulching and I couldn’t possibly fit it in. Pyramid Lawn Services, who do our weekly mowing came in and did a phenomenal job. Juan oversaw the work to make sure it was perfect. They are worth every penny. THANK YOU Jose and Byron and crew!! The folks at Klean Cut have been taking care of our yard for years. It's amazing how difficult it was to find a company that would continually show up. We went through a handful of lawn companies who would show up a few times and then disappear. We've never had that problem with the crew from Klean Cut.

We have used Silverman Fence for two fencing projects and couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism, work, and integrity. Kimball understood what we wanted and although there was a minor issue, that was fixed the same day I called. I highly recommend Silverman Fence if you're looking for fair and honest work.

Edit: i was reached out to after this and was able to set up an appointment with an apology given on behalf of new staff. Definitely appreciated it. Estimator was very kind and prompt. We did get several quotes and theirs was by far the highest but I did appreciate them trying to correct our initial experience

Awful customer service experience. I submitted for a quote online and received a call back early monday. I tried to explain to the person on the phone that it was a bad time and if she could email me instead. She said it would be very difficult to email me and instead just tried to get me to agree to a schedule day with the her inspector. I then asked jf she could call me back after 2pm as I would be done with work and able to figure out my schedule. Her response was “I actually dont have time to call everyone back twice so how about you give me a call if you want to get on his schedule “ I laughed and told her no thank you and hung up. Beyond rude and unprofessional.

Despite some misunderstandings (mostly on my part), Silverman Fence did a fantastic job installing my backyard privacy fence. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and fast. Their customer service was immediate upon encountering a problem. While they were here, they accidentally nicked a ground pipe and fixed it within a half hour, no problem. They definitely earned my trust. I would highly recommend them for any fencing job you might need.

Had Silverman put in new fence in July and they did a great job. The installers were very friendly and hard working. They got it all done in 2 days. Great Company, great price

I contracted Silverman to construct an 8 cypress fence at my home last year. I chose cypress because of Silverman's comment that pine tended to warp over time. One year later, I am having problems with the pickets pulling out of the framing boards due to warpage and leaving gaps because there is VERY little overlap. I called and asked about my warranty and was told the fence was out of warranty (completed on 8/19/22). I was quite surprised as it has been only 14 months so not the best customer service. Nice fence, good construction, poor customer service.

This is a great family owned business who prides in customer service and satisfaction of their customers. I know from personal experience that they take no money down and will not attempt to collect unless you are completely satisfied by their workmanship and install. I have had several fences and would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a quality job to call Lynda at Silverman fence. I will continue using Silverman and their office staff will make you feel like your part of the family and will go out of their way to ensure your happiness.
