The River Ridge roofing crew came over to fix what I thought was a small leak in my garage roof and it turned out most of one side of my roof was rotted out due to water damage. They pivoted and replaced not only the shingles, but also most of the wooden support for the roof. The price was exceedingly fair and the service was excellent.

We had an excellent experience with Brad & his team at River Ridge Roofing! We had a leak that needed repaired right away, and Brad had the job quoted and repaired fast! He was super communicative, made recommendations for other areas of the roof that were at risk, and even sent before/after photos! It was on the front of the house so I love how seamlessly he matched the tiles, so you can’t even tell where the old roof ends and new roof begins!

Had an issue with our home owners insurance telling us we needed to fix a patio roof that really did not need to be fixed. Mike had our best interest at heart and was very quick and responsive to notify our insurance company that our roof was in good standing. Saved us a lot of time and unnecessary money to be spent. Galaxy Builders did a wonderful job re-roofing our church. I was extremely impressed with that the owner, Mike, explained the process in detail. Where the dumpsters were going to be placed, how long it would take, etc. The owner came by several times during the process. We are very pleased.

First, Mike came out and thoroughly inspected our old roof, and recommended re-roofing.
Mike's crew removed the old roofing, all of the way down to the wood, then replaced any damaged wood, installed water barrier, and new roofing material and shingles.
And, they did a super job of cleaning up the construction scraps from the yard when they had finished.

To us, Mike Rooff is the face of the business. He is professional, knowledgeable and a trustworthy estimator. Mike stayed with us through the entire project. He came in the rain to give us an estimate on a roof replacement when others cancelled because of bad weather. Mike Roof was amazing!!!! The roof is a very high pitch roof which has created all kinds of problems with water flow. They were able to come up with a solution and fixed that problem. They also explained why I was getting water damage in one of my exterior walls and fixed that. Mike explained everything thoroughly and their estimate was accurate. Mike came every day to explain what was going to be done that day. The crew that did the work was on time every day and worked really hard. Everything was done on time and Mike even took care of getting the HOA approval for my parents. She has had several neighbors ask about the roof and she is gladly sharing Galaxy's information. -

Galaxy Builders was referred to me by a professional in the construction industry. I was in need of two roofs, due to the insurance companies policies for roofs 20 years and older. I hired Galaxy to do the work that was beyond my own abilities. They removed the very old roof and replaced any rotten wood, installed the roof and added a beautiful skylight to the kitchen which brightens up the entire house. There have been 3 issues with the windows they installed but the problems came from the manufacturer, not Galaxy. Mike Rooff has been very reactive to the issues and has fixed/replaced any defective windows. I would strongly recommend working with Mike and the entire Galaxy Builders crew.
