Tim and his team helped my Mom in her time of need after Hurricane Irma. I highly recommend Tim and his team to help you and your family in your time of need. They are great people and do a great job. Not only do they restore your home after a disaster, but they also help restore your life. You can rest assured you will be in good hands.

I have multiple signs on my door to avoid knocks and doorbell rings. One of which states we are a "High Risk Household". These people chose to ignore those messages no less than twice during COVID. My family was shocked to hear people on our roof. My family has never felt that unsafe in the several years we've lived here. I can't believe they decided to come back to my door. I had to tell them to leave my property more than once. For the integrity of this review, I have avoided using opinionated information. UPDATE #1: The two people took the flier with them when they left but I have a photo of it with the number you've asked me to call, just to confirm the business. UPDATE #2: I received a letter in the mail yesterday from Golden Hammer and expected it to be an apology at the very least. I was wrong, it was yet another sales tactic in the form of a mass letter. I don't even want to get into the fact that my insurance company didn't want to do business with GHR. I have SO many opinions on this matter, but I just hope the rest of you draw your own conclusions based on the facts presented.

I used golden Hammer for an issue I had a few years back and they did great work. I reached out to them again for another problem and Dania quickly and professionally diagnosed it by reaching out to partners they work with. I am looking forward to working with them again to fix this problem!!

Highly recommend this veteran owned business!!! The service is amazing, very responsive, quality is top-notch, and the employees are wonderful. Golden Hammer Roofing showed up as promised installed gutters and made sure I was happy with their work!

Let me preface my comments by first saying I normally do not give reviews about work or workmanship I receive for home projects that is average. I am hard to impress and perform most home maintenance myself. However, in this instance, I feel compelled to write this unsolicited review.
Yesterday I had gutters installed on my home using Golden Hammer Roofing. The gutter crew arrived exactly on time. Their vehicle and trailer were clean and professional in appearance. I was greeted by two young men, courteously, and respectfully. They asked where to park their vehicle so as not to inconvenience myself or my neighbors. The entire operation was professional, organized, and systemmatic. Attention was paid to detail, not only in the gutter installation, but to my property as well. Cleanup was great and where I had a previous gutter installed, they even offered to touch up spraypaint some exposed areas to make them look new despite the fact they didnt do that installation. I cannot express enough how professional the entire experience was. Very unexpected today where only the minimum required to get the job done and get paid is the attitude.
I would recommend Golden Hammer Roofing to everyone looking to have new gutters installed.

I cannot say enough about Golden Hammer 🔨 Roofing Company...from meeting Jess Garcia our sales rep and her assistant Erin Devine we knew we had to say yes to resurfacing our roof.
I might add that I really appreciated the knowledge and professionalism that Jess provided us.

The roofing crew arrived at 7:00 AM and did not stop until they finished the job at 6:00 PM. Once they were done not only did they clean up after themselves they picked up all the debris in the front yard and my backyard.

They also trimmed my sago palms which I think was not part of the deal LOL (BONUS) although, my husband grilling hamburgers and hotdogs for the crew may have been a slight incentive 😄 nevertheless, they were courteous and polite and very hard-working.

A really huge thank you to everyone for doing such a GREAT 👍🏻 JOB, I highly recommend this company.

Can you say professional and exceptional customer service!!!! Omg, Larry was awesome. My husband and i were so nervous and stressed just thinking about having our roof replaced. From day one when Larry arrived, he immediately took the stress off of our shoulders and placed it on his. He never made us feel pressured or rushed. Larry walked us through the entire process and gave us a sense of peace of mind. Not only did he just wow us, but he was kind, courteous, and made sure that he followed up with us every step of the way. I never once felt i was speaking to a contractor. I felt like i was speaking to a close friend who had my best interest. There are not enough stars available to score the excellent quality service we received. I also cannot thank Larry enough. My experience was great! From the start Michael was quick to reply and thorough in his answers. He walked me through every step and everything happened exactly as he said - no surprises! The team who fixed the roof was great as well - the day of was seamless and easy. Would definitely recommend.

Mike Boen came to my house the day after Hurricane Irma. He dealt with my homeowners insurance. Sat down with me to pick out the color shingles...trust me, this is a big assortment too! In no time I had a brand new roof. It was a big upgrade from my previous one too. We are completely estatic! Highly recommend Golden Hammer!

Amazing experience and super quick! From quote to install everything went smooth and everyone was so courteous. Dania was amazing and kept the communication flowing. Hope I don't need them again for a long time but if I do they will definitely be my go to.
