It was a joy to work with Golden Hammer. Dania Fadeley was wonderful in helping us through the process, and made it easy and fun. She is absolutely amazing. In addition, all the staff who worked on our roof and behind the scenes were very nice, professional, and helpful. The end result spoke volumes about the company, with superior craftmanship and excellent clean-up.

From the time I first spoke with Jess from Golden Hammer Roofing, she had me convinced that this was the company that we wanted to do business with. From the start of the process to the end of the build, whenever I had a question, Jess was always a phone call or a text away, day or night!! Golden Hammer as a whole is very professional and willing to help in any way that they can. Plus my roof was finished from start to finish, in only one day. Best of all, it looks great!! Couldn't ask for a better roofing company to work with!!

I would highly recommend Gold Hammer Roofing. Dania Fadeley was amazing at explaining the process from start to finish. The team that worked on our roof was professional and cleaned up everything at the close of each day. IF you are looking for a new roof, Golden Hammer is who you should call.

We had Golden Hammer Roofing come out to our home and Michael was extremely personable and easy to talk to he ran us through everything and when our insurance denied a full roof replacement he fought with them for almost an entire year for us! Once we got the insurance taken care of they came out got our roof done in a single day! Havent found a single nail and our plants werent damaged! They did a phenomenal job, I highly recommend Michael!

10 out of 10 they came out quickly next day after storm for my what I thought was a roof leak. Thankfully Justin debunked where the water was coming from. Not my roof but my ac duct was soaking wet. He was honest and so nice. Not wishing for roof leaks but so happy to have an honest roofer to call if I do.

We went through numerous roofers for quotes and upon. Meeting Larry and seeing his dedication to his job and his clients we knew he was the one. Dania of Golden Hammer Roofing was the best. She over saw my roof replacement from Inspection, Insurance Claim to Installation. The final product is awesome and have encountered no issues.

If I could give no stars, I would. We have a collapsed ceiling as a result of Golden Hammer installing a complete new roof just 4 years ago. We complained shortly after and they came and made a few adjustments; however, this was insufficient and we continued to have leaks. Recently we were told the company has a new owner. The same person that was in charge of our roofing project. "Same soup warmed over".

Golden Hammer is a great company for any of your roofing or restoration needs. Tim and Lisa are very compassionate and understanding to the customers needs. They go above and beyond professional work. They helped me and my children when I had Arson done to my home during a divorce. They stepped in and were our saving grace. I owe them so much. Thank you, you're wonderful people. I would refer their work to everyone I know for exceptional customer service !

We are so thankful for Avi and his thorough and detailed explanation of replacing and repairing our roof. It is apparent he is very knowledgeable about the products and timeline. Avi’s demeanor and professionalism made us comfortable and confident in Golden Hammer roofing.

I just had my entire roof done by them. They did an amazing job on the roof. However, not one OSHA safety policy was followed, and when I said anything about it, I was told not for this pitch of roof. I'm a new home project manager and 30 hr OSHA safety certified safety manager. Until you understand OSHA, I give 1 star. If you want to take the risk of using them, go ahead.
I had 2 of their supervisors on site day of work, and this is what they did. No call to the office would have fixed this.

Ed and his folks took care of our roof and helped us navigate the ungainly and at times infuriating process of filing a claim through FIGA after our homeowners company went into receivership. The quality of the work was amazing and all the folks were super! I would highly recommend them for anyone seeking roof repairs in the Jacksonville area!

This was the easiest and most amazing experience we had had with a contracting company in the Jacksonville area. From the inspection, roof repair, working with the insurance and then the complete redo of our roof everyone we have been in contact with who works at golden hammer has been stellar, responsive and genuinely cared about our family. Words can not explain how great it was talking with Kris Stocker! He was very helpful with us making are decision to go forward with getting the work done on are home. They kept us in contact through phone and email before and after the job was done. They arrived on time and made sure everything was cleaned before finishing the job. 5 stars is not enough to say how happy we where with this company and their employees. I will be recommending them to friends and family. Very happy!

I called Golden hammer to come take a look at the roof and gutters on my home. Dania was prompt and professional. She gave a lot of advice on how to extend the life of my roof. Also she mentioned the need of one gutter section and tips on how to keep them debris free and working properly. I had a friend use this company and they did a fantastic job!

This company is AMAZING! They came out & inspected the roof when they said they would. Dania Fadeley coordinated everything. & they worked with the insurance company to get it taken care of. They came out & replaced the roof in a timely manner. Everyone was extremely professional & friendly. They took care of my mom's roof for me too. Dania went above & beyond to help my mom understand the whole process & she kept me up to date on everything!. Anytime I hear of someone wanting or needing roof work, Golden Hammer is the ONLY company I recommend. I reach out to Dania & she gets it all taken care of!!
