Tree reviews in Jacksonville, Florida

Boyd and his crew were so efficient and professional I hardly knew they had come and gone! Our palm trees were in dire need of trimming and they came to the rescue. Job big or small I’d recommend Odom’s Beaches Tree Service to my family, friends, and neighbors. Their work is top notch, safety is a definite priority, and last but not least they’re friendly and professional. Thank you guys for a doing such a quality job.

Sincerely,

Danny and Amber Romano

We received a code violation for a large dead tree in a property we manage. I am out of state and called this company and they were responsive and completed the work in due time. Great work, highly recommend them for your Jacksonville tree needs!

Boyd and his professional crew were outstanding! We had three trees removed from our back yard- one that was dead and two leaning precariously over our house. They carefully brought in their equipment (to the delight of my young grandson) and by lunch time you would have never have know they were - nor the trees. Polite, meticulous and professional!

I had two trees threatening to topple over onto my neighbors property. Odom’s responded within 24 hours and was amazing regarding the planning and very fair pricing! When the tree crew arrived they were on time, courteous and professional. I was blown away by their proficiency and job excellence! I will definitely use them again in the future!

Boyd and his crew were fantastic to work with. They were extremely professional. They took down a huge water oak with the assistance of a crane. They took extra care to not damage our grass or driveway with the challenging job at hand. They executed the removal quickly and they really impressed me with the clean up. Please use this company, you will not regret it!

I can’t say enough good things about Odom’s tree service! We were having our fence replaced and urgently needed a tall pine tree removed ASAP. They were able to fit us in between jobs and took care of it just a few days later… which is unheard of! The owners are great people, family owned and operated and original Jacksonville natives! Support local family owned businesses, and don’t hesitate to hire Odoms Tree service!

We had an enormous blackjack oak removed due to lightning strike, and additional oak removed due to hurricane ripping out the top of the tree. Supervisor Boyd came, with his crew, & did an incredible job, at an reasonable price. They cleaned up and removed massive amount of debris. Their team was professional, kind, prompt and very clear regarding communications. I highly recommend this company and their staff!

Boyd and his crew were great! They were able to get in the backyard through a 42" fence to trim and prune our large oak trees. Super happy with the service and the price was better than 3 other quotes I received. In a time where it's hard to find reliable people, this company is reliable and showed up on time! They didn't rip up my yard and they cleaned/hauled all the debris away same day. They also were able to grind a stump down from a tree that fell back in September. I would highly recommend them for tree services.

I woke up Saturday morning to a decent portion of my maple tree down in my front yard. I reached out to Odom’s that day. I got my estimate on Monday. They did the job today (Wednesday). Quick turnaround. Mind you I have my powerline and utility cables running underneath some big leads on this maple tree and with zero hesitation it was not a problem for them. They have the equipment to take on any job. I was at work all day came home and can’t find a twig in site!!! Kudos to Boyd and his crew!! Job well done!!! 👏🏼

My tree will rest in peace thanks to the amazing service by Kelly and team.

Pelfrey did an excellent job! They did a more work than expected and I am very happy to have the tree out of my yard!

Great experience. Crew is very knowledgeable about the health of the trees and where to cut. They do quick work and cleanup. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for this type of job. Absolutely 5 stars

The Pelfer Company came out and removed a few of my trees and pruned some of the others ones. I hired them for their professionalism and they did not disappoint. They executed the job phenomenally and I will definitely be using their services in the future and recommend you do as well!

Great customer service, prompt, thorough, and worked clean. I can’t say enough about the work these guys do. Thanks Andrew, Lucas, Randal and Nick!

The Pelfry Tree service representative came to my home to construct a proposal for the services of removing a tree. Parker spent time describing how the tree would be removed, which was important to me because it was in a difficult to get to location, close to the house. I found him knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. The cost proposal was sent to me the next day. I found it to be a fair price for services. The tree removal was scheduled in a timely way. On the day of service, the team arrived at the house right on the agree upon time. Taylor was managing the project and answered all questions. He was also very knowledgeable and respectful. When the tree removal was completed, the yard was cleaned up to my satisfaction. Overall, I would highly recommend Pelfrey Tree Service.

The pelfrey team is hands down the best. Our prior be for flaked on mulching 3 of our properties and the pelfrey team came out with a short notice and got the job done. Communicated with us every day- let us know where they were working on that day and for our places looking amazing!

Thank you guys!!!

Pelfrey Company Tree service was very professional and timely. From the initial phone call for a quote, to the follow-up on scheduling, to the crews, everyone I interacted with was very knowledgeable and professional. Based on prior experience with some of the other tree companies in the past, dealing with Pelfrey Tree definitely exceeded my expectations. They are now my go-to for tree work, without a second thought.

I, Stephanie Fisher with Gaston Tree Debris Recycling, has had a wonderful experience working with Pelfrey Tree. Taylor Peck is very professional, knowledgeable and dependable to work with. We have done multiple jobs with Pelfrey from us picking up loads from their job site, which are always neat, assessable and ready, to Pelfrey helping our company during the storm clean up when Ian went through Jacksonville in 2022. Taylor went above and beyond to help get crews put together and ready to dispatch when needed.
I look forward to working with Pelfrey Tree and Taylor again. They are an amazing company to work with.

Parker and Bruno and the whole team were amazing from start to finish! Very professional, courteous and had fair and clear pricing. They took care in what they did, showed up when they said they would and you could tell just wanted to do a great job! I would highly recommend and I will be having them do all our tree work going forward.
