Tree reviews in Jacksonville, Florida

Very quick with taken care of the trees. He came out to give a quote and the next day him and his team were outside working. Gave me a fair rate vs competition! I definitely recommend them for any of your tree service needs.

I recently had an urgent need for a tree removal service, and I was absolutely blown away by 904Tree. From the initial call, their responsiveness was incredible – they were at my property within 30 minutes! This immediate action was a huge relief and demonstrated their commitment to quick service.
Cassidy was thorough and professional, taking the time to clearly explain the necessary work and providing detailed pictures along with a transparent estimate. This level of communication gave me complete confidence in their assessment.
However, what truly stood out was the impressive and professional crew that arrived from 904Tree to perform the removal. They were not only skilled and efficient in their work, but also incredibly mindful of the surrounding property and my neighbors. The team took extra precautions to mitigate any potential issues for the neighbors, ensuring no debris fell into their yards and even proactively addressing a precarious branch that could have posed a future risk to their property. This level of consideration and professionalism was truly remarkable and deeply appreciated by everyone involved.
The entire process, from the initial call to the final cleanup, was handled with the utmost care and expertise by 904Tree. They exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a reliable, responsive, and genuinely professional tree removal service that goes the extra mile for both you and your neighbors, I wholeheartedly recommend 904Tree.

904tree was wonderful. The crew was polite and efficient. They worked with me on getting a great price! I’m very thankful for the amazing communication through out the process. Cleanup was done fast and meticulous I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Very are very satisfied with the work we had done by 904tree. As you can see from the pictures they cleared our property which had deep underbrush and unruly growth. The quote was reasonable and they hauled away the mess. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I admit that initially I did not have high hopes that Cassidy would even show up to my house to get me a quote. Over the last two years I had been stood up or never contacted again by contractors in a range of different fields. Well Cassidy not only showed up, he was on time and gave me a quote on the spot. He then scheduled the removal of my trees for the following Monday. Monday arrived and his crew was there at 7:30 in the morning ready to work! I needed two extremely large Live Oaks removed because they were both almost completely dead. One of the live oaks hung over my house, and the other over my buried septic tank. This was not an easy job. They had me sign a waiver for their crane operator and then got to work. By 1:30 in the afternoon, the only trace of the trees was the mulch left behind from the grinded stumps. Not only that, but they cleaned up after themselves, and even climbed up on my roof and blew off all the debris. I cannot say enough good things about this company!!

Quick response and great work! We are very happy with the work 904tree did for us! They took down the leaning tree shown here with ease then tackled another dead tree not previously discussed. Great guys and excellent customer service. Thank you!!

I had the unfortunate circumstance of a very large oak tree limb fall on my Ram 1500 parked in a driveway midday on a Saturday afternoon.
Cassidy with 904Tree was one of the few that took my urgent call. He mobilized a crew and came to my rescue within a few hours. But there’s much more to the story. With the tree limb removed from the hood, it was clear that the only damage was to the radiator. The next day, Cassidy had his Mechanic pick up a radiator and install it on a Sunday afternoon. After ratcheting the hood securely, the vehicle was safe to drive.
On Monday morning, Cassidy had his crew along with a crane and all the appropriate equipment remove all of the remaining limbs that reached over the house to mitigate any recurrence of this happening. This was more than I would’ve ever dreamed a single contractor could perform in a three day period. Bravo to Cassidy and his team!

They were very professional and quick with their services. Cassidy was helpful with backyard advice and very knowledgable on the trade. I had 2 100ft pines in front and backyard and they took them down with ease. And hauled it all away. I would recommend.

904Tree was fantastic. They came and trimmed up our trees at an amazing price. They also removed a few trees that we added to their busy schedule. Definitely will use them again.

I have contacted several companies for my tree removal. This company was the best I found. Not only they’re fast free estimates, but really really good reasonable price. After all that the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this company for anyone.

I am a senior who looks for customer service, professionalism, respect and consideration. This company was extremely honest and provided an amazing referral because they could not get to me that day. I will always provide this company service to anyone in need

I had a large sweet gum tree cut down, removed, and stump ground out about a 4 ft circle. I also had a portion of my concrete driveway removed, roots ground down and cut out, and then the driveway re-poured. They did a great job at a very fair price. They also remove of all the debris and everything looked great afterward. No damage to anything else in the process. Great job!

Cassidy came very quickly to remove the remnants of a tree fallen from our property. Very efficient and excellent service from honest operator.

Absolutely Outstanding Service!
I don’t even have the words to express how amazing this company is. My backyard oak tree broke in the middle of the night, and I called them first thing in the morning. Within 40 minutes, they were at my home assessing the damage. Just one hour later, they returned and immediately got to work.
They removed the broken tree quickly and safely—without causing any damage to my fence or my neighbor’s. The entire area was cleaned up beautifully in less than two hours!
The owner personally came by to check on everything, and you can tell he really cares. His crew was professional, efficient, and incredibly respectful. What a fantastic company. I recommend them 10000%! Thank you for turning one of my worst days into a smooth, stress-free experience—and all at a fair price.
Thank you so much!

Great experience with these guys. Unlike other tree companies they gave us an honest price quote up front.
They were very professional and did a great job removing our tree. They also spent a lot of time on the cleanup. Don’t waste your time shopping around, just go with these guys.

He showed up the day he said he would. His crew was quick and professional. Even the clean up process was great. If you need tree service this is your guy. I had 4 trees done. All the mulch is mine. The trees were removed within 1hr of job completion.

We had our 2 big trees cut down today. It was done safely. They are very professional, responsive to questions and affordable. We definitely recommend them. Job well done. Thank you and more blessings to the company.

904tree was great! I called on a Saturday and they were one of the only ones that answered while the competitors were only taking voice messages. Their pricing was competitive and they even offered me a discount when they couldn’t come out on the day that was promised. They did a great job with the tree removal and stump grinding and left my property clean. Highly recommend

904Tree was great! A tree fell onto the house in the middle of a three-day weekend, but they came out with a full crew (including a roofing expert) and put the tree on the curb and a temporary roof patch. I am impressed with the high-level customer service approach.

Great service! Wood delivered same day! Incredible! Very professional and good equipment!

Will order again!

These folks are INCREDIBLE!! Made fast work of 3 large trees and all the clean up that goes with it! Our yard is in excellent condition. You would not even know they had been here, except the trees they removed are gone!! Highly recommend, cannot say enough good about them. They cut and removed trees with precision. I cannot say enough good about them!!!
