Tree reviews in Jacksonville, Florida

904Tree did an amazing job. They showed up on time. They worked quickly and safely and took down 5 large trees and grinder the stumps with no issues. The crew was friendly and professional. Pricing was fair and the whole process was stress free. I’d definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree work done.

clean and fast removal of our 30ft tall palm tree, 20 inch diameter.

The job is done within 1 hour, and the whole area is spotless, would use again.

Update: another great job done to remove a tall tree that hangs over our roof, same consistent speed and quality. The crew works together really well, these guys know what they’re doing.

Dave and the whole 904tree Team did a great job and it was actually pretty cool to watch how these Pros do it! I definitely recommend them, very easy to make a deal with. We appreciate you Dave and Team!

Awesome, fast, and courteous service! I highly recommend this company. These guys really take you and your needs seriously and they have the best pricing in town! We will definitely use them again.

904 Tree Update. Don't use them. They cut a tree down that was perfectly healthy. I did not give permission. After it was dropped, they left it. It was over on my neighbors property and visible from my back patio and her property. I asked it to be cut up and at least cleared out of sight. Their estimator refused to even come and look at the mess. Very rude man. They wanted an additional $800 to clean up their mess...without a timeline. I was not confident in their work or their availability.
I hired a reliable company O Campo Landscaping, and have recommended them to my neighbors.

Very responsive and available to get service done quick. 904Tree did an amazing job removing a tree in front of my house that caused a major leak in the water main. Thanks Cassidy.

I had Cassidy and his crew out at my house on March 29 to take out a HUGE dead pine tree on my property (property line with the neighbor behind me). The tree was in such a sticky place we had to use another neighbor’s driveway to gain access to it. With his permission, the guys took out a small tree in front of the garage apartment so they could go over it, to get to the tree in my backyard.
Cassidy and his crew work so well together, everybody knows what their job is on the job site and they constantly communicate the entire time they’re working.
I was amazed at the speed & skill of the fella that scurried up the tree, chain saw and other tools swinging at his side. Reminded me of a squirrel in a park playing. Just kidding - he was truly a professional enjoying his work. He was very specific selecting and making his cuts to rope off for the crane operator.
Speaking of the crane operator, wow! This guy was meticulous the way he was able to move those large pieces of tree trunk between the garage apartment and our carport, then place them exactly where he wanted them in front of my house to the ground.
As soon as he did, the ground crew immediately went to work trimming those tree trunks of all branches then cutting them into smaller more manageable pieces.Once they were cut down to smaller chunks, another truck with another crane operator came in to pick them up and take them away. The ground crew finished up their cleaning of the yard area and the job was completed!
From start to finish, three and a half hours and you would never know they had been there!

I’m happy, hubby’s happy, neighbors are happy and more importantly everyone is SAFE! Exceptional, job well done!!!
Thank guys

When you’re looking at the photos, don’t forget to check out the fella at the top of the pine tree…

Cassidy and crew were great! Gave a reasonable/fair estimate, returned same day and brought down a huge tree beautifully. They also cut hedges, that were in bad condition. They are professional and courteous. I highly recommend, this company.

Cassidy and his team were impressive and well prepared to execute removing a large tree in a difficult location on my property. Would highly recommend using them for any of your tree related needs. Enjoying dealing with good local people.

Fair price, courteous, prompt no hassle reply when asked about liability insurance. They did not forget the details of our verbal agreement when they returned to do the work. Straightforward execution of the work and done. I would use them again.

Had an opportunity to use 904 Tree again in 2025. 904 Tree exceeds my expectations every time they work for me. Our agreement was no clean up, yet 1/2 the crew is in near constant motion sawing and cleaning up things while the other 1/2 of the crew is setting up for the next tree. This is an impressive work ethic especially at their "end of the day" visit to my residence. Cassidy Boyd is a business owner that boldly practices the golden rule. 110% continue to recommend this business

I’m so happy I went with 904Tree! They happened to be in my area the next day and my tree was removed and another trimmed. Area was cleaned and I didn’t have to be home! If you’re looking for an affordable and efficient service, you must give them a call!

Best tree service experience I’ve ever had! Easy to work with, from quote to removal took 8 days! They cleaned up so well it is like the trees were never there!

Great job!! True professionals and outstanding crew!!!. I had three large trees removed at a reasonable price. They cleaned up and made it look like they weren't even there. Highly recommended. I would definitely hire them again!! Five stars!!!

I recently hired 904 Tree to do some tree clearing and bushes in my backyard, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the start, their customer service was top-notch “Shoutout to JR”! They were responsive, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions and explain the process clearly.

When it came to the actual job, they did a phenomenal job. The crew was punctual, professional, and worked efficiently, leaving my yard spotless when they finished. They handled the trees with care and precision, and the results exceeded my expectations. It’s clear they take pride in their work and prioritize customer satisfaction. “C Dub” you have an amazing company and team!

I highly recommend 904 Tree to anyone in need of tree services—you won’t be disappointed!

Great work. Cassidy was fast and his crew trimmed the oak tree in a very esthetic way. I would recommend his company for any tree needs. Consider paying for the service using a check or cash to avoid a 3% credit card charge.

I was very impressed by Dave during our consult appointment I needed to trim several branches from two large oak trees in my yard and remove a crape myrtle. He was very professional and kind. Their price point was competitive. I decided to go another direction after being offered same-day service, but I will definitely contract 904Tree again in the future.

86 year old widow with no family alive had a 40 year old tree 2 feet from the main water box. She is on SS only and I got 4 quotes and Cassidy and 904 tree was the only one to give a great price on the tree removal and grinding the stump and fixing the plumbing also. That saved a lot of money. He did all this in a timely manner. Hauled off the tree and covered the pipes and cleaned up afterwards.. I strongly recommend him

904 Tree trimmed a few trees on our property and did an amazing job. The crew was awesome the whole time and even cleaned up all the leftovers. We worked with Dave through the whole process and he was great. We will definitely use 904 Tree again and I recommend you use them for your next project.

Great company to work with. They swiftly responded to my inquiry about removing a tree in my backyard and were able to cut it down & haul it away the same afternoon. They even cleaned up afterwards. Fair pricing and pleasant employees. I'll 100% use them in the future for a larger job.

They did a fantastic job today! Came out last minute! Super fast and great service! 10/10 highly recommend them! They are very easy to deal with! Thank you so much for you help today!!!

Highly recommend this Company!!! The price was absolutely amazing, especially because of the amount of work they had to do. About a week ago we had 904 Tree come and do our whole backyard!! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner of 904Tree (Cassidy Boyd) and his whole crew. Mr. Boyd was very closely monitering as they were cutting down the trees. I also really want to shout out to the people that risked their life to accomplish this very dangerous job and they are: the Crane Owner/operater of Builder Diversified Services and the other is the Mastermind behind of cutting the Trees and risked his life swinging on the crane to get to the highest parts of the trees to be able to cut them. Unfortunately i did not get his name. The whole team was fabulous! Very nice, very knowledgeable and and did everything pricise and safely. We had over 20 trees that we had them cut down and now me and my partners backyard is free from all the trees, leaves and limbs falling all over. I truly appreciate the hard work from everyone apart of the hard dangerous job!! I will always promote this company as they had a phenomenal price, worked extremely hard, and gave us a manageable backyard. Thanks again!!!!!!
