We ONLY use Robert's Tree Service for our property. They are prompt, efficient, courteous and go above and beyond to fully complete the jobs. Joe and Jason were fantastic and really helped us in making decisions that best fit our landscaping needs. A+++!! Our job was not easy but they tackled it head on!

These guys are the real deal. From the quote to cleaning up after the job was done, they were excellent. I got 3 quotes before Robert's and they beat the others by almost $1000. And it's easy to understand why. They own all of their equipment they need to do the big jobs and get it done RIGHT! I would highly recommend Robert5tree service to anyone and they will be my first and only call for future needs.

A large company with many, well trained, friendly, professional employees. They love what they do and it shows in their work and labor. They should take pride in their work a d business. It's owned and operated by such a wonderful group of people. They offer many, well priced services and have all of the equipment needed to handle any job- big or small. I am amazed at how many employees they employ and how much equipment they have on hand for their everyday jobs/work. They can handle any situation you might have and they serve a large area. Jacksonville is blessed to have this company working in our area, employing many of our young men and women. Good morals and standards, honest, hard working people. Can't complain.

Robert's Tree Service has provided excellent service for us for three years in a row. Their front office is so efficient, their estimator, Jason, is so knowledgeable and never tries to "over-sell." He only recommends the work that is absolutely necessary. He gives a written estimate very promptly and he never charges more than is agreed upon - even if his crew does more work than is contracted. The crew employed by Robert's Tree Service is professional, experienced, highly trained and skilled, and they never take unnecessary chances with our trees or property. Robert's Tree service has a fleet of the latest equipment and their employees use the utmost care in handling the equipment. My husband commented that Joe (the foreman on our job) handled the "grabber" as if he were picking up asparagus from a plate rather than a huge tree limb from the ground. Additionally, the crew cleans up as if they were never here.

Robert's Tree Service provided exceptional service for my mom's house! Every single person from the crew to the office staff was friendly and professional. The job was done expertly and quickly. What impressed me just as much was the effort they put into cleaning up the area they worked in. They didn't leave a scrap behind and even left the entire area cleaner than they found it! I contacted Robert's Tree Service based on research of surrounding companies and customer satisfaction reviews. We had a large Maple tree in our backyard. Jason came out, was friendly and professional and quoted me a fair price to cut down the tree, remove it and grind the stump. His team came out as scheduled and arrived early in the morning. I must say they did a completely professional job. They worked well together and removed all of the debris from the tree. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done.

Robert's Tree Service was recommended to us by neighbor who had used them. Jason is very friendly, professional and knows what he is doing. His workers did a very good job. They removed what they estimated to be a 125ft pine tree from our backyard, along with 4-5 other trees. Pruned all other trees. Excellent job, highly recommend

All I can is WOW!!! Jason came out two weeks previous and gave us an estimate to remove trees and grind the stump and haul which I thought was incredibly fair and we scheduled the work. Due to storm season, they were a little backed up, but we were fine with the time.

I had contacted him last week about getting a few trees trimmed up and he said we could price it when they showed up. Jason showed up with the crew, looked at the additional work (great price again), and he went over work with the crew.

The crew was extremely efficient with the portable lifts they use. The problem tree at the corner of our house was pretty much dead and we had been losing branches over the last few weeks. They made quick work of it and I was thankful they allowed us to watch them work. They dropped two other trees for us as well as cleaning up some oaks over our driveway.

I would highly recommend Robert's Tree Service, Inc for any tree removal you need. They are very affordable, very professional, extremely efficient and leave your property like they were never there.

Jason and his team are what we simply call “the pros.” They were the most reasonably priced out of the quotes we got. They were extremely knowledgeable and careful!! Not one single pool deck tile was damaged when they took out a huge laurel oak with their crane over a brick wall, over our pool and pool deck! This job took immense skill and Roberts TS brought that to the table! They cleaned up after and communicated professionally all throughout the experience. My neighbors are all hiring Jason and his team because they saw the expertise and careful execution they used to complete the job. Speaking with the owner Jason and the crane operator who has been doing this business i believe 20 plus years it is clear that this is a business with integrity and care for their customers and property!! We will hire them again and I will recommend them to all my real estate clients that need trim or removal work! A++++

My husband and I were both so pleased at the work done by Robert’s Tree Service. They did such a great job cutting down a large rain tree and trimming two live oak trees in our yard. They were professional, courteous and really worked as a team. The cleanup was fantastic also. Great job for a fair price.

It's nice to find a company 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction! Had a dead water oak removed from my backyard and the crew was efficient and professional. The were great on clean-up and it looked like nothing had happened...except the tree was gone. I would recommend Robert's Tree Service to get the job done right for a great price.

We had several trees cut down and removed and several additional trees trimmed and branches removed. They also cut back brush that was endangering our fence. Had several quotes and Roberts was not the cheapest but they had come highly recommend so we went with them. Great choice. Roberts' crew did a bang up job taking down our 80 year old Laurel Oak. Thorough, professional, responsive, and fast! We had a large dead tree overhanging our garage that made for a tricky tree removal--they were done in 28 minutes! One of the workers explained that their team is "spoiled" because of all the equipment they're able to bring to a job. All debris was hauled away and our driveway and street are spotless. Really impressed with Robert's Tree Service.

The guys and girls at Robert's Tree Service, are the best of the best! Within 2 weeks of the time I spoke with Jason about clearing my property which was heavily wooded, with a home in danger of being destroyed by any one of dozens of trees, Jason had his crew of nine people and many pieces of equipment on my property at 8:30 in the morning to start work. I have done a lot of things in my 68 years including being a warehouse manager over many employees myself, I have never seen a team work so well together. Every person on site man and woman alike, had a specific job, they knew their job, and they did their job with such precision and expertise I found myself just being amazed by each and every one of them. I am a people person, so I was able to talk with several of the workers when they had a few minutes to spare. Within the first three hours This Crew probably had 50 to 75% of the work that I had requested finished. They went so far above and beyond to help me get my new property cleaned up and cleared up and my home out of danger, I can give nothing but praise and thanks to each and every one of you on that crew. Tim, Joe, Landon, Lindsey as well as the rest of the entire crew, I felt the very least I could do was offer to buy each of you lunch, or at least give you the money to buy lunch I know that you all didn't stop to eat, but I do hope you were able to get something when you were finished here. This Crew did not leave my property until everything was cleaned up. I am now ready to go out and prepare to get grass going, I have plans on putting a swimming pool in behind my house, Tim and the crew made sure that my land was leveled out and prepared for a 33 ft long 18 wide swimming pool. Guys and girls I think I made some friends when you were here, I hope you did as well. And any one of you are welcome to come out and visit at any time. Chris and his crew are top notch !! They took down 5 large pine trees and cleaned up and the only way you could tell they were there is by the 5 trees gone. The crew worked so well together and were just awesome and each one knew what to do and they were all very friendly and polite. The only thing I can say is make Roberts Tree service your first call if you need tree work done as you will not be disappointed. Jason came out very quickly to give us an estimate and it was very fair and reasonable and the communication with them was excellent. Thanks again to the whole team at Roberts !! We will not hesitate to call you again in the future !!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better service, head and shoulders above the competition with regards to pricing, communication and professionalism from the entire team. We had 7 trees removed (for the price of 4!) and the entire process was painless and a spectacle to watch them work.

Robert’s Tree Service took down a large tree and stump grinding in our backyard. They had to use our neighbor’s driveway to get crane in best position for the job. The men positioned plywood and mat to protect the driveway.
They did a great job, great cleanup of neighbor’ and our yard, removed all mulch from grinding took all tree limbs and stump away and sweep all leftover in their truck.

Robert’s gave us the best price and, more importantly, our neighbor highly recommended them. Our typical summer weather pushed our appointment with Robert’s back a day, but they communicated as such and had our job completed within an hour and a half. The crew were polite, courteous, and respectful of our property to the point that it’s hard to tell they were here. We have a few more trees in our yard that may need attention in the future and we’ll definitely be calling Robert’s again.
