5 Stars – Expert Tree Removal Done Right

I hired Robert's Tree Service Inc to remove three Gum Trees: two average-sized and one massive one that was dying and dangerously positioned between two houses. The largest tree had enormous limbs hanging over my neighbor’s roof, making this a very challenging and high-risk job.

The entire crew was professional, skilled, and safety-focused from start to finish. The crane operator was one of the best I’ve ever seen, and the chainsaw operator in the high-reach bucket lift worked with incredible precision and confidence. They were efficient, communicated clearly, and handled everything with care.

Most importantly, there was no damage and no one was injured. The job was priced very competitively, especially considering the complexity. If you need a tree service that truly knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend Robert's Tree Service Inc. They exceeded expectations.

Thank you!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but they were at my house yesterday. these guys were amazing from start to finish. When we got an estimate from cutting our big maple tree down over a house I figured it’d be about $5000 and Jason sent the estimate it was 2700, there wasn’t any point in shopping anybody else and I made the great decision to do that. Those guys got top-of-the-line equipment. Everything‘s done right they’re careful they’re just amazing. Fantastic service. They’re all good. Well mannered young men if you need something done prices were good, but the service was even better and it’s worth it even if they’re a little higher. I wish I had more trees to cut down lol but I appreciate it guys. Y’all did an amazing job. Thank you.

Timely and courteous.made sure multiple times that everything discussed was done to my satisfaction. Well done. 👍

The lawn service of this company is great. Very reliable and with a detail of your lawn and scrubs.

John and his team did a great job removing a large laurel oak from my property!

Great locally owned and operated tree service. John is a great guy, very professional and trustworthy.

Hands down the best tree service in Jacksonville. Very honest and reliable. Stop looking at reviews and call them.

John and his crew are very efficient. Prices are fair. We have used them for over ten years for all our tree needs.

John and his entire crew are professional, friendly, meticulous, and SAFE. I will definitely use Hamilton again highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this business.
The owner was honest and very helpful. Best price out of three estimates which was zero. He checked out my trees and said they looked solid, no need to remove. I appreciate his professional opinion having been in the business over 30 years.

Helped me decide what I needed then performed the services to my satisfaction. John has the right equipment and know how to do the job right. He even had the stump grinding equipment instead of subbing that out to someone else. Everything was done in the same day. Highly recommended.

Mr. Hamilton is knowledgeable, fair, and very thorough. He knows his trees...which ones are invasive, which ones should go, and those that can wait awhile. I'm happy with the results and will use his services again.

Thank you John for your help today in taking care of my trees. I highly recommend Hamilton Tree Service. They did a great job in trimming trees and clean up! Reasonable priced as well.

KNOWLEDGEABLE
Pricing was appropriate for the task.
I Believe the Owner is very much in touch with the needs of the Consumer.
It is important to be in tune with your land and Hamilton Tree Service wants to help you do that. Hamilton Tree Service not only knows the type of trees you have but how to appropriately take care of the ones you like.

Great guys and excellent work. Very professional and would highly recommend. They cut down a dying 40 foot pecan tree and several cedar trees along my fence.

I have used Hamilton Tree Service for years and my recent experience verified that they are a very professional service and are more interested in the trees on my property than the money in my wallet. Every few years I have the boss come out and we take a walk around my property. We talk about the health of each tree and if any trimming needs to be done so they can make it through any hurricane that may come our way. Most of the time the trees do not need anything done to them. This time I had my huge ornamental pear trimmed back so more light would reach the back of my yard and two very tall palm trees tidied up. I also had a camphor tree removed from a rental property next door (with the owner's approval of course). All the work was done in half a day and my yard was tidier when they left than when they arrived. The two guys doing the work were very interested in making sure I was happy with every step of each job. We even stood together under the pear tree and decided on exactly which branches would be cut. I will definitely continue to use Hamilton Tree Service to make sure my trees stay healthy and my yard and home safe.

John came and gave a competitive quote. Initially I was shocked he could even do the work as the access to the trees was extremely difficult to navigate. But he did it, and did it quickly and (more importantly) SAFELY!

My neighbors hired Hamilton to trim a branch on my tree that overhung their yard. After not showing up on the originally scheduled day, the workers and Mr. Hamilton showed up unannounced yesterday morning. They had been repeatedly told by both my neighbor and me that I needed to be home if they came on my property, and that I did not want the over 20' limb to be taken all the way back to the trunk, they proceeded to enter my property without my being there and unnecessarily cut a huge, perfectly healthy branch that was over 2' in diameter back to the trunk of my tree. Then Mr. Hamilton had the audacity to tell me I was lucky he saved me from any liability issues. They obviously don't care that they trespassed on my property, disregarded my instructions, and have destroyed the shaded seating area in my yard. A horrible, arrogant man with no regard for the beauty of my tree, my property, or my instructions to him.

John and his team provide First Class service! Prompt, professional, and courteous!! John is knowledgeable and skilled in all things to do with trees. And when the work was completed on our property, they cleaned up everything so well, we couldn’t even tell they had been here. This is the second time we’ve used this company and we are customers for life!
