Tree reviews in Jacksonville, Florida

John and his crew did a great job removing an old Oak tree from my front yard. John gave me a good price. My ground was ready for sod when they left. I couldn't have asked for a better clean up.

John and his crew removed moss and trimmed a large old oak in our front yard. They did an excellent job. They arrived with all the right equipment to do the job safely and efficiently. The crew was professional and skilled. I highly recommend this company.

Crew came out next day and removed 6 trees and trimmed one. Also did stump removal. Cleaned up after and removed tree debris. I got three estimates and they were the best. Very satisfied with work that was done.
Very professional. Came out to do work the day I called to schedule appointment. Highly recommend.

I needed a tree cut down along with some other trees trimmed due to insurance company requesting. I called several companies and John was very open wit his evaluation and provided the most reasonable quote. He and his crew were very prompt, friendly and efficient. I am very pleased with the result and would hire them again if needed!

Excellent work and service from the initial call to end clean up.The Hamilton team is prompt, clean and professional. This was our first time using their amazing service and will not be our last.

Professional service with a professional owner. Mr John Hamilton was on site everyday at the time he promised and if poor weather affected the job he would call immediately to reschedule. He provided the exact service he promised for a reasonable price and it clearly showed that he takes pride in his job. Will absolutely recommend him to neighbors and friends and hire his services again.

Hamilton Tree service recently worked extensively to help clean up an expansive array of exceedingly large, decaying laurel oaks surrounding my home and yard.

John and His team were consistently prompt, attentive, professional and most importantly (when removing sprawling oaks over one's home) skilled! Trees were removed, additional work was done to clean up limbs, remove vines from surround canopy, stumps ground and yard and driveway cleaned up EVERY day before they wrapped up.

Recommend without an ounce of hesitation.

I was very impressed with the service I received. Mr. Hamilton was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I was impressed with the affordable price and the care he and his crew took during the limb removal and clean up. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of tree service and will be using their services again in the future.

I had several trees trimmed and this crew took care of everything beautifully (including clean up) at a great price and without wait. I had a lot to work around in my yard and they worked without damage or incident. I recommend them to everyone in need of tree service.

These guys were phenomenal. The crew was very professional, prompt, courteous and friendly. I've never seen a better clean up job either. I couldn't have done it better myself. I called for an estimate and received it next day, and my very large live oak tree was gone and stump ground within less than a week (of my original phone call) on a non rush job. Price was extremely fair, if not great. Definitely recommend.

Fast estimates and did a great job in two parts because of the rain. Even dealt with my unreasonable neighbor while we weren't home. We were very pleased. Mr. Hamilton was knowledgeable about trees and able to guide us in our choices about shaping the trees, rather than just removing them. We would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.

Updating a prior review: We're now repeat customers here in Riverside; John Hamilton's team did excellent work (again). This time they took down a tree that was dying. They did it safely, efficiently and with skill. This particular tree's main-trunk extended beyond our roofline, but also came within about 15" of the roofline -- so they really had to know what they were doing. They protected our driveways. Everything was cleaned-up properly. Prices are fair for the work.

John was referred by a friend and he met with me on time for an estimate. I had previously met with a Florida State extension agent about my old live oaks and what they need to maintain health. John’s recommendations matched what the extension agent had told me and what I felt was good for the longevity of my trees. His bid price was comparatively inline with others. Once I committed he got me scheduled pretty quickly and again showed up on time alongside his crew of courteous guys and high quality trucks and machinery. They finished the job doing exactly what I had asked and a little extra. John made sure everything was right and the grounds were clean. Great company, great leadership and a for sure referral.

John Hamilton and his crew were great to work with; friendly, fast, and thorough. John made some great suggestions that made our tree removal exceed our expectations. Pricing is competitive, but service is superior. We had 5 trees and 6 stumps removed, and one large tree trimmed. It’s like they were never there. I highly recommend this company.

I was very impressed.
Mr. Hamilton was very professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and pleasant to work with. I was impressed with the service, safety, price and the care he and his crew displayed during the removal of palm trees and clean up. The crew performed their job with utmost care and safety. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needed tree service and absolutely will be using their service again in the future.

John Hamilton and his crew are top notch! They went above and beyond with our tree trimming. My wife and I are completely satisfied and recommend them to everyone.

I knew I liked John Hamilton the first time I met him. He was very professional and on time for our appointment. His quote was very reasonable and went into details what his quote included. He even told us a date for cutting. We accepted and date set for removal. His crew arrived on time and just as professional as John. They explained how they would cut and remove. Melvin climbed the tree, Bobby, an Gary (Whistling Man) helped with navigation and removal of debris.
The process was true teamwork. Clean up was excellent. They did not damage any property.Even took time to blow off porch and driveway. Job was done in a timely manner.. Will definitely use Hamilton Tree Service again.

Mr. Hamilton returned my call for an estimate the same day and went out of his way to accomodate my schedule. He clearly knows and values trees. Rather than make money from cutting several oaks, he said that nothing needed to be done except a light trimming. I was impressed by his promptness, knowledge and integrity.

I highly recommend Hamilton Tree Service! John came out the same day I called for an estimate. He gave me a competitive quote for tree removal, stump grinding, haul away and was able to schedule our job in a matter of days. The Hamilton crew arrived on time and completed the job swiftly and safely. They even spent the time to clean up the job site, which I really appreciated. John and the Hamilton crew were great to work with! I would highly recommend Hamilton Tree Service to anyone in the area who needs tree work.

I am so impressed with the job Hamilton Tree Service just finished for me. I have several large oak trees that needed pruning. There were also two very large limbs that needed cutting back due to being ragged from old breaks. John Hamilton was amazing with trimming my oaks. I also had about 15 large volunteer trees removed. I love trees but they were just taking over. Now with my oaks trimmed and the others removed you can really appreciate the beauty of the oaks. I had them leave my palm that was little when I moved here in 1980. Needless to say it's quite large now. Mr. Hamilton cleaned up the palm and it looks great. I'd gotten several estimates because of the amount of work to be done. They did a tremendous job and were competitively priced. I'm so happy I chose Hamilton Tree Service for this job. Thank you!

Hamilton Tree Services just completed a HUGE job at our house and it looks absolutely amazing! We had several large trees that needed to be taken out and they were able to complete the job quickly and it looks great. Highly recommend them!
