Constraction reviews in Jensen Beach, Florida

Hired Franco to replace 3 support posts on our outside lanai that had rotted out. They also fixed some cement that had cracked. 100% professional. They came on time, did great work and were fantastic with communication. Very much appreciated.

The company made an appt with me through Home Depot to install a closet. With less than 24 hours to go they called to cancel without any reasonable explanation as to why. They wouldn’t even offer to reschedule. This was totally unprofessional. If they had an issue with Home Depot they should have dealt with it between them but don’t screw with people you made arrangements with.

Update: I'm sorry but you must be referring to someone else. I never spoke to the office manager. Your company made the appointment. I was simply told that you weren't doing it and that Home Depot would be calling back to make the appt. Nothing was explained to me by in any detail. And if you did notify the Home Depot Regional manager, he never called me. But PLEASE, by all means, give me his number. I'm more than happy to call him.

You would think that a design and construction firm would have a grasp of time management but, alas, this establishment does not. I got their info from Home Depot and called to schedule an appointment to completely redesign my master bath and bedroom from the studs up. Granted, my 15-20k job may be peanuts to the Jupiter Island jobs but it's not nothing. Fast forward to today...Not once, but twice they called mere hours before to tell me that some "emergency" had occurred and Vinnie wouldn't be able to keep his appointment. Each time they cancel it's not the same day or the next that they can reschedule, it's another week before they can get to me. Sorry, but Vinnie may be a great guy and an incredible craftsman but I'll never use him and I'll be damned if I ever send anyone his way.
Bye Felicia!

Finally found a company that is reliable and does great work. Did a fantastic job on my main bathroom,
- showed up every single day and did high quality work. Danielle in the office kept me abreast of progress with daily phone calls and kept the schedule running smoothly and quick. I definitely recommend!

Service was spot on. On time fantastic workman ship. Would definitely use again and highly recommend, they did a great job on our remodel.

Coastal Construction did a great job with my kitchen remodel, finished under estimated time. We are thrilled!

Everyone was friendly and very professional

After having a terrible experience with the original contractor it was a blessing to have Coastal Pro recommended to us. They did exactly what we agreed upon, on time, and professionally.

AMAZING

We had a fantastic experience with Costal Pro after our home was damaged by flooding. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to communicate with. They kept us informed throughout the entire remodeling process and were always quick to answer questions.

What really stood out was their design input. They didn’t just repair the damage—they helped us reimagine parts of the space and offered thoughtful suggestions that made the final result even better than we expected.

The quality of the work was excellent, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. We’re so grateful for the care they put into our home and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing remodeling or restoration work!

So professional and fabulous work. Greatly appreciated as they did all work while I was living out of the US. Came home to a beautiful home.

My wife and I completely gutted our kitchen, including the removal of walls, changing the ceiling height, new appliances, new lighting, etc. Coastal Pro did everything from designing the new kitchen on their platform to hiring and managing all of the construction. There were no surprises, no hidden fees, no issues. We couldn't be happier with the results. We would not think twice about using them again for other projects.

I have worked with Coastal Pro many times so I have the privilege of having seen many of their projects in various phases of completion. Quality is top notch. They overdeliver and keep the jobsites very clean. Very friendly employees and they ALWAYS GET THE JOB DONE!

We had a fantastic experience with Coastal Pro for our master and living spaces renovations. Communication was spot on, the estimates were always on point and I trusted their staff in my house. I was so pleased I recommended my friends use them for their major construction project and they break ground next month. Highly recommended!

Coastal pro was extremely professional. After meeting and speaking with Mike,Christian, and Nicole, we expected a great job. This was above and beyond our expectations. Our new guest bath is a beautiful part of our home. Now we will move on to our Master bath without any doubts or reservations. Thank you to the crew at Coastal Pro. Mike and Rose Frey

The best of the best! From beginning to end they stayed on track and kept me informed during the entire project. I can’t thank them enough for their professional and excellent service.

Coastal Pro did a first rate job on our first floor renovation. There was plenty of communication throughout the whole project. We were given a quote at the start of the project. Anything additional was done with change orders that gave you a true price before you decided to make the change. A clear timeline was laid out at the beginning and the project completed right on schedule. Punch list items at the end were minimal. If you've ever worked with contractors in the past, you'll know this is not always the case. We've already recommended Coastal Pro to others and will continue to do so.

We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our new kitchen!!
Thank you, Nicole, Mike, Christian and your crew for delivering a stylish, beautiful, and awesome product. We were very impressed with your professionalism, work ethic, knowledge in the design, and overall construction of our kitchen. It turned out better than expected and we are truly happy. We wish you continued success and will keep you in mind for future projects!
Bonnie and Bob Pinto (and of course Bria!)

We recently built our new home, and brought coastal pro in for finishes and upgrades. The transformation of our home blew my family and I away. Christian stayed on budget and schedule, and addressed any concerns or issues we brought to his attention. The finished product was amazing! Another family member is already using them for their home renovation.

We did a complete renovation to our Florida home and had the best experience with Mike, Nicole, and Christian.
From the start of the project with our quotes to our move in date, they were spot on and very dependable.
Their attention to detail and the quality of work done by their team surpassed all our expectations. They are highly professional and a pleasure to work with.
I would highly recommend Coastal Pro Construction for your home projects.
