Constraction reviews in Jensen Beach, Florida

Gutter Guy exceeded all expectations with their exceptional service and professionalism. From start to finish, their team demonstrated a dedication to quality and customer satisfaction that is truly commendable.

One standout moment was when the installer noticed a wasp nest near one of the gutter installation points. Rather than ignoring the issue, he proactively addressed it by asking if I had wasp repellent. After securing the necessary spray, he handled the nest carefully and ensured it was safe to proceed with the installation. This level of attentiveness and care for both the job and the customer’s well-being is a rarity in today’s service industry.

The installers worked efficiently and skillfully, leaving no detail overlooked. The gutters were installed flawlessly, with a perfect fit and finish that speaks to their expertise. The team also maintained a clean work environment and took the time to explain the work being done, which added to the overall positive experience.

I wholeheartedly recommend Gutter Guy to anyone seeking top-tier gutter installation services. Their professionalism, dedication, and commitment to going above and beyond make them a standout choice.

We had a super experience with Gutter Guy. They are courteous and very fairly priced (it was a pleasure working with Paula in the office), and the workmanship of the installers is first-class.

John and Johan installed new gutters around the whole house. They arrived on time and did a beautiful, professional custom job. All the debris was cleaned up. From getting an estimate to scheduling and installation, everyone was very professional and courteous! We are extremely pleased!

When I step outside and look at the installed gutters, I think to myself, "They did a nice job". The gutters are seamless (of course), tight, and tapered correctly. Just nothing to complain about. Thank you.

Gutter Guys showed up on time and verified the job. They went right to work and did a very professional job. The black gutters look great with our White House. The pictures will look better once we have the driveway and lawn but very happy with their work.

I 100% recommend Gutter Guys. From the booking to the job completion all was seamless and easy.
Stephen and Marco did the installation and did a beautiful job. Very nice and courteous.
Fabiana also made it easy and was a delight to work with.
We chose black to match our trim and roof. They cleaned each piece prior to installing. Really great work.
AAA+

Gutter Guy is more than just Gutters! Although they did an amazing job on our gutters, it’s our screen enclosures we are thrilled about! Dave and Steve are amazing! (The ladies in the office too!) They helped us make our vision happen and we couldn’t be happier!!! They enclosed our pool and patio which is like 1100 sq Ft and our front entryway. Can’t wait to open all the doors and let the breezes flow through the whole house! We call the pool area the “Ballroom” now! Almost don’t want to move all the patio furniture back in, it looks so nice and open! Can’t recommend them enough!!!

I DO NOT recommend this company. They installed the gutters on our home not long before we bought it, and one part was installed incorrectly. They pitched the gutter down towards the corner of the house, NOT towards the downspout. All the water floods into that corner and then into the front bed, causing a major flooding issue. They want to charge us to fix it! They say "the warranty doesn't transfer." That should tell you everything! They do not care that they put out poor work and would rather stick it to the new homeowner on a technicality than stand behind their work and fix it—awful business practice.

No sirven para nada...

Didn’t answer. Never called back. 24/7 emergency services? Doesn’t seem like it.

Had a toilet overflow, seeped under the bathroom walls, soaked the carpet in the adjacent bedroom. I called, they said they would want insurance or $1,500 deposit, seemed fair enough. But when it came down to getting them here, the story changed to no tricks available and to call another company. I believe this was because they heard my upset son in the background and didn't want to come because of that. Then, I was told they had ALL their trucks out on a large loss and wouldn't even be able to tell me when they might be able to come, and told me to Google another remediation company. I am not happy at all the way i was given the run around after they heard upset family members in the background. Of course everybody is upset, it's all in a brand-new, newly-renovated bathroom, wall newly repaired and painted, and newly carpeted bedroom. Thanks for nothing ServPro for leaving us in this terrible situation based on what I believe to be fabricated information. I will never call you again and I will warn others not to call either.

Juan,Eduardo, Dean, Sergio were really excellent with us good manners they arrived so quickly and help us with our water damage i really appreciate them and how they took good care of our situation I definitely recommend them to other people
