Reviews of local pros in Jensen Beach, Florida

This has been the best experience I've had with a service industry company. Servpro of Martin County, owned and operated by Marcos Vallejos, responded immediately to our need.. The crew worked quickly, and efficiently. A very special thank you to Zachary Bowen the crew leader, who was so professional, and explained everything that would happen, always had time to address my questions and concerns, and was so compassionate and reassuring in a situation that is traumatic for any homeowner. Dean, the manager expertly coordinated the services we needed and took the time to make sure we understood everything and addressed any concerns. The whole crew was very pleasant throughout this experience, and I appreciate how they cleaned up afterwards and moved some furniture and possessions in order to make us as comfortable as possible. Thank you also to Edoardo who helped me make sure that my cat did not escape the house.I would recommend this very professional and efficient company to everyone who needs their services.

I worked with ServPro due to unfortunate circumstances (my father passed away). We discovered mold in his condo that required removal. Jessica, my main contact kept me updated through the entire process and was very understanding of our situation. I am impressed with their professionalism. They were up front with their pricing, assessment, and progress. I would highly recommend ServPro.

Dean, Jessica and the entire staff that we worked with were top notch. We used their services to clean my father’s condo after he passed away in his home. This was truly the most emotionally trying situation for our family and the team at Servpro were so wonderfully professional, kind, compassionate and thorough.
They took care of the job completely and efficiently. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
In addition, we had contacted another company for an estimate and Servpro was by far more economical.
5 solid stars and then some! Thank you to everyone at Servpro of Martin County.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Servpro. We had a water issue in our condo and were out of town I made a phone call to Servpro and they were out quickly to help dry out the affected areas and were diligent in continuing until it was taken care of. Maria was always helpful in keeping me updated on the progress and was there to answer any questions that came up. I would recommend this office and would call them again if I needed there services.

Tad and his crew were extremely helpful and professional. They were on time as promised. Recommend highly!

I recently had a mold issue at my condo; I was worried, and Servpro of Martin County explained the process and cleaned it up. I highly recommend them if you have any issue.

Great service, they helped with a difficult situation, They were kind and compassionate. All the guys went above and beyond. I usually don't leave reviews but they really deserve it.

October 21 I received a text from Servpro stating that they would get back with me on the mold results next day 😬🤦‍♀️Would you believe that I am still waiting!!!!! It sure is difficult these days to find a reliable source 🙏✝️

This is for service rendered to a friend in palm city. Quail Meadow trail who suffered a water damage loss and entire mold and restoration was handled by serv-pro in the most professional manner. They took immediate control and i was extremely satisfied. Pricing and communication was great, Thanks to Dean and Maria, OUTSTANDING!

Big thank you to Dean, Maria, Sergio, Santos, Emilio and the rest of the highly skilled crew that worked on our home! These folks made a crappy situation, well, no longer crappy. Everyone involved in this project was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. This ServPro team not only restored our home, they made it better than before. Highly recommend 10/10

Love this team of professionals!! Maria made things happen last min on a busy Friday - and I was well taken care of by the team of Dean, Tad and Juan! Thank you for being so responsive and supportive - that air scrubber was a lifesaver (literally)!

A small mold problem was detected around our a/c unit that required immediate attention. We were away. We called them and they responded immediately, they removed some dry wall, dried out the area with fans and replaced the drywall and taped and primed it as part of the remediation process. They were trustworthy and excellent to deal with, Maria kept us up to date almost every day and Dean was excellent to work with. The job was done quickly and very well with courtesy and professionalism. I recommend them, hopefully we won’t need them again, but if needed I would call them again!…… Hobe Sound, Martin County Fl.

I had an issue in my home with my sewer system and ServPro came out and got my family and I back together again! Dean and his crew were very empathetic about the care needed to make us whole again. Everyone cared and moved at my beat. Thank You ServPro! You're AWESOME!

Attempted to call 3 times, no answer. Approx 940am, weekday. Both numbers. ????

What a phenomenal job Jason performed on my carpets.. They looked better than the day I purchased my home.. I was toying with putting tile in, but he did such an awesome job, I've decided to keep it.. He was on time, courteous, and extremely conscientious about my pets.. I would highly recommend this company for your service needs.. Thank you so much..

Just a heads up they charge $100 for each room. Prices are ridiculously high. To each their own i guess.

Does great work at a great price!!!! Excellent service very professional
