Thankful, Lord, that this man Ryan knows how to fix things. We got a whole new unit. Hopefully this will continue to work. It is absolutely fantastic. It is better than the previous one. It heats up faster so there must've definitely been something wrong with the previous unit, so I'm so happy that he pushed the company to take and replace it and he got it replaced even though it was not under warranty. Talk about a man who is really taking good care of his customer that's Ryan Guthrie and what a great company he has. I am so very happy that I chose him to do the work in my home. That's why I'm putting in a whole new water system cause I trust this man that it'll be done right not half a like so many things are done right now. God bless all of you and please keep the spirit. Once again 2.5.2025 Ryan is just the very best. Pointing out the quality problems of the specific unit that we purchased. This is from when the house was built three years ago. The company has provided replacement parts for every internal item except for the heaters, and it still doesn't work show me who really tried and tried to even jury rigged until I could totally replace the unit which is under warranty. It is really the quality of the individual that is trying to fix it that really makes you want to stay with such a fantastic company.
I am really just so happy that I am with this company to meet my total plumbing needs. I'm even gonna put in the new whole house water system purification from halo which will be another area that Ryan was so kind to explain in detail why it is perfect for what I need in my home. There's nobody like this man, but I've dealt with down here and he is just absolutely outstanding. Ryan Guthrie is the owner of the company.!!!!!!

This is another time on Thursday Jan.23.2025. Once again, this company is just truly excellent. It's not their fault that the quality of the steam unit that I have is given so many problems but thank the Lord for Ryan who responded immediately to try to help when I sent him the picture of the problem with the new components he had put in the steamer. He understood immediately and went right to work. Call them and they're sending out another part so that I will have it next week as quick response save me a lot of time and this company is just absolutely excellent to figure out what is wrong immediately with something because they're so knowledgeable and I never have any specific problems with they're not responding. They are so responsible, responsive, and just outstanding work. I personally can't thank Ryan enough for his outstanding work that he is doing for us. What a great company!!!!!! JIM PAXTON
