Absolutely terrible.
I called this company to schedule a time for when a plumber could come out to my home.I was informed by Danielle the receptionist that the only time they had available was four days from the date that I called. Mind you my toilet will not flush, and it’s backing up, but I have a second bathroom so I was OK with waiting.
Monday morning comes around and they called to inform me that they had an emergency and can’t make it until the following Friday. I told them that was unacceptable but I can wait one more day as I understand things do happen and emergencies pop-up.
They assured me they can have someone come out on Tuesday ( the following day).Both my husband and I both took off from work both days Monday and Tuesday - using our PTO!
They called Tuesday to inform us that they had another emergency and cannot come out. Do not use this company and do not give them your business!!
They are utterly terrible with their time management! Now I’m scrambling and having to pay emergency service fees to find another plumber. Look elsewhere!!! -
