I had a major water heater leak. Landon came in 20 minutes. He is kind, personable, and diagnosed the issue in 2 minutes, and had it fixed in another 5-10 minutes after leaving to get a few parts. He provided one of the best experiences I’ve had with someone coming by to do repairs and I will call for Landon specifically in the future if and when I have another issue with something else. Loved the convenience of scheduling an appointment online (after business hours) and someone coming out on very short notice. Landon did an incredible job clearing our kitchen drain that we tried snaking ourselves to no avail. Will definitely rebook whenever we need any other drainage issues.
