Gosh. Where do I begin? I had a water leak detection system installed the other day. Just recently heard about this from my insurance broker. Interesting? It does entitle me to a discount off my homeowners insurance but it also protects my house from being flooded in the future. Any way, Alex and Bruno showed up. Arriving on time—they were polite and a pleasure to deal with. They explained how they were going to install the unit and before I knew it, they were done. Their company is beginning to blossom up here in Palm Beach County. Keep a look out for their trucks… People’s choice plumbing, LLC. They are experienced, professional plumbers who will do the right job and their prices were reasonable.

First time using this company and it has been a great experience! Bruno came over and was super polite and professional and fixed my toilet. He was respectful of my home, did a beautiful job, and the price was competitive. I hope I don’t have any other plumbing needs but if I do, People’s Choice will be my first choice. Thank you!

Outstanding service. Have had rodent problems in our crawlspace for 4 years. Various pest control services could not figure out entryway. Brought People’s Choice in to run a camera thru our sewer lines to see if any holes existed. Sewer lines were intact but Dylan, on further inspection of the crawlspace area, found a possible entryway near the foundation, was able to run the camera into a small gap, and found a nesting spot likely alongside a small water line thru the back of the house. Dylan was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Peoples Choice.

Used Peoples Choice to replace a Hot Water Heater. Alexis at their office was super responsive , friendly and professional. They delivered a superior Brand, Bradford White. Our tech Bruno was very friendly and communicative. Old unit removed , new installed, in a prompt professional manner. Very happy with their service . Will definitely call them again !

Outstanding Service From Start to Finish!

After receiving a recommendation from an acquaintance, I called People’s Choice Plumbingand what a wonderful experience from beginning to end! From speaking with Alexis on the phone to set up the appointment, all the way to having Alex fix my plumbing, everything was smooth and professional.

Alexis was so patient and friendly on the phone, explaining everything I needed to know up front. Alex came out to install two new faucets in my home and repair a pipe leak. He was extremely knowledgeable, outgoing, down-to-earth, and did an excellent job!

The pricing was very reasonable for the amount of time and work required, and I appreciated how upfront and transparent everything was. Overall, it was a fantastic first experience with this company. I highly recommend them to anyone and will absolutely use them again for my future plumbing needs!

Had a nightmare of a morning where my toilet backed up into my shower! Called several companies and couldn’t get someone to come out asap. It is my only bathroom. Called People’s Choice at 8 am and Bruno was here before 11 am! Gave me a quote upfront, got to work, and we were back in business by noon! Great communication, fast scheduling, fair prices, explained everything and friendly. I wasn’t happy it happened by I’m grateful to have a reliable source for service when the next emergency arises. We had such a great experience with People’s Choice Plumbing today! We’ve had issues with the hot water in our house and had 3x different companies out to look at it since moving in. Dylan came promptly to us, diagnosed the issue, and was able to fix it on site. We are thrilled! He was really knowledgeable about plumbing, always professional, and very courteous (shoe covers in the house is so considerate!). Highly recommend.

I called People’s Choice Plumbing due to a slow leak with my water heater and I needed a second opinion. When I called, I spoke with Alex and he came out to my home in under an hour. He diagnosed the issue and was able to do the repair on the spot and gave me an excellent price. I am so glad I made the decision to call People’s Choice. Thankful, Lord, that this man Ryan knows how to fix things. We got a whole new unit. Hopefully this will continue to work. It is absolutely fantastic. It is better than the previous one. It heats up faster so there must've definitely been something wrong with the previous unit, so I'm so happy that he pushed the company to take and replace it and he got it replaced even though it was not under warranty. Talk about a man who is really taking good care of his customer that's Ryan Guthrie and what a great company he has. I am so very happy that I chose him to do the work in my home. That's why I'm putting in a whole new water system cause I trust this man that it'll be done right not half a like so many things are done right now. God bless all of you and please keep the spirit. Once again 2.5.2025 Ryan is just the very best. Pointing out the quality problems of the specific unit that we purchased. This is from when the house was built three years ago. The company has provided replacement parts for every internal item except for the heaters, and it still doesn't work show me who really tried and tried to even jury rigged until I could totally replace the unit which is under warranty. It is really the quality of the individual that is trying to fix it that really makes you want to stay with such a fantastic company.
I am really just so happy that I am with this company to meet my total plumbing needs. I'm even gonna put in the new whole house water system purification from halo which will be another area that Ryan was so kind to explain in detail why it is perfect for what I need in my home. There's nobody like this man, but I've dealt with down here and he is just absolutely outstanding. Ryan Guthrie is the owner of the company.!!!!!!

This is another time on Thursday Jan.23.2025. Once again, this company is just truly excellent. It's not their fault that the quality of the steam unit that I have is given so many problems but thank the Lord for Ryan who responded immediately to try to help when I sent him the picture of the problem with the new components he had put in the steamer. He understood immediately and went right to work. Call them and they're sending out another part so that I will have it next week as quick response save me a lot of time and this company is just absolutely excellent to figure out what is wrong immediately with something because they're so knowledgeable and I never have any specific problems with they're not responding. They are so responsible, responsive, and just outstanding work. I personally can't thank Ryan enough for his outstanding work that he is doing for us. What a great company!!!!!! JIM PAXTON

Ryan (and company) is a delight to work with!
The job was bigger than we hoped it would be, but Ryan got right on ordering the specialty Kohler part needed. He also set aside time in his already busy schedule on the day the parts were expected to arrive.
Then he let us know the time window and came promptly at the near top of that window. I LOVE the text message letting us know he’s on his way.

He’s polite, efficient, kind, knowledgeable and very respectful of our home.
