Ryan was great again. Very efficient and neat. He came within 1 hour after I called with an emergency to fix my Rinnai tankless hot water heater that was not working. He had to get a part from his local supplier and returned the next morning to put the part in. Everything works fine now. Thanks again Ryan.

I’ve used Home Choice for years now. Most recently Ryan came out and replaced a leaking water heater for me. Showed up on time. Explained what needed to be changed and why. Price was fair and the whole experience was excellent. His installation is 10x better than the original, very clean and neat. Would definitely recommend his services!

Service was promp and all my questions were adequately answered prior to start of service.
The fee was reasonable and felt ensured any complications would be covered under agreed estimate. Iwould trust Paul with open heart surgery if he said he could do it.

Absolutely terrible.
I called this company to schedule a time for when a plumber could come out to my home.

I was informed by Danielle the receptionist that the only time they had available was four days from the date that I called. Mind you my toilet will not flush, and it’s backing up, but I have a second bathroom so I was OK with waiting.
Monday morning comes around and they called to inform me that they had an emergency and can’t make it until the following Friday. I told them that was unacceptable but I can wait one more day as I understand things do happen and emergencies pop-up.
They assured me they can have someone come out on Tuesday ( the following day).

Both my husband and I both took off from work both days Monday and Tuesday - using our PTO!
They called Tuesday to inform us that they had another emergency and cannot come out. Do not use this company and do not give them your business!!
They are utterly terrible with their time management! Now I’m scrambling and having to pay emergency service fees to find another plumber. Look elsewhere!!!
