Recently installed a water heater for me. Did an excellent job on this and other work in the past. I will definitely use them again.

These guys came out on a holiday weekend and even came out of their service area to fix a stopped main drain and bathroom leak. THANK YOU Jupiter Plumbing Services! THE BEST!!!

Monica and Brianna were very helpful when I called/emailed to schedule a backflow testing. Responded very quickly! Will be calling them in the future for their services.

Front office (Monica) is rude and not willing to help, much less provide any basic information on a routine service. You’ll know within 5 minutes that you don’t want to do business with them. If front office is this rude, imagine how entire process will be.

Danielle and Crystal were so friendly and helpful when we called for an emergency. Would definitely use them in the future!

Jupiter Plumbing did all of the plumbing for our house remodeling project. Their plumbers were always polite, completely professional, and did very high quality work.

I cannot believe these folks. What happened? I have used them over over a year with no problems but the last two times they have been rude and have failed to show up for emergencies after they committed to the appointment. Never again will I call them. Once I get but twice is unexceptable!

Needed a plumber to install a new bathroom vanity and fix a leak we had around the house. New to the Jupiter, FL area we didn't know who would be the best but thankfully we stumbled on Jupiter Plumbing. They did everything first class and we could not be happier with their service.

Tyler and the crew are very efficient from start to finish . They showed up on time did a clean professional job for a great price . We will recommend Jupiter Plumbing to everyone !

Leaving 5 stars because I know the receptionist does not represent quality of service, but you could definitely use a new receptionist. Was supposed to send me an authorization form to get me on the schedule but I guess she spelled my email wrong so I just called another company that wasn’t so short with me on the phone about simple questions I had.

I’ve seen so many other company’s that don’t protect the area where the work is being done . Jupiter Plumbing always protects the floors. Sometimes emergency calls come in and they have to move the job , but so worth the wait . Matt at Jupiter Plumbing the Stocky guy is the man . He cleared my tub stoppage and explained everything in detail.

Called office to discuss multiple bills that i received, spoke to Breana disputing the high cost when problem was never resolved. she literally hung up on me. worst customer service ever - and rude. clearly they don't care about any future business as they certainly won't be getting any from me.

DO NOT CALL THIS PLUMBER!!! I was told they would call At 8:30 for a morning garbage disposal install. I called at 10 to inquire about the time. The woman stated the plumber had an issue. She called all his appointments to tell them but didn’t call me as I was “last on the list”. I’m glad I took the morning off work for nothing! DO CALL THIS PLUMBER!! You reply to my post 7 months later, About the time you’d get around to fixing my problem. You office had NO intention of calling me. She stated the plumber had a problem and might be at work later, ‘might’. As I previously stated, don’t calll this plumber.

We have been customers of Jupiter Plumbing for close to 30 years. We loved Jeff the former owner Tyler’s Dad. He was an excellent plumber and ran the business with great integrity. We have not found this with his son Tyler who now owns it. Several weeks ago he sent a plumber with the use of only one arm due to a car accident complete with pins and surgery to fix a drippy tub faucet. I should have passed when he arrived but he had an assistant and I thought he must have to work. The faucet he fixed dripped worse after his work. He did inform me he was afraid of breaking the pipe. Listening to the dripping that was now worse for months I reached out to Jupiter Plumbing. Briana “ Tyler’s “girl as he refers to the women who answer his phones is icy cold professional but knowledgable about plumbing. She acted as though I was bothering her and made me feel like I had to convince her that we were almost 30 year customers. She told me she would discuss the situation with TYLER and call me back. A week later she gave me an appointment with him. Unfortunately, our daughter who’s bathroom the work was done in had a postop complication from brain surgery and we emergently had to return to Cleveland. I called and canceled with Briana. After returning home I called and spoke with Monica and asked for Briana who was at lunch at 2 pm. I explained I wanted to schedule with her but Monica was almost forceful she could do the scheduling. I explained I didn’t want to tell the entire story again. This is where it gets bizarre. Two hours later TYLER calls me with a sick laugh saying I can’t have you cussing at my girls. I actually thought he was kidding with his mannerisms. Never in any of my phone calls with his employees or in our home did I ever use profanities or speak in a rude way. I spoke in the same manner I was spoken to. I have had both drippy faucet and toilet they also repaired poorly fixed by another plumber. I would not recommend Jupiter Plumbing ever.

I live on Jupiter Island and used these guys for a shower that was stripped and kept running.and the experience was not good at all. I was out of town for a month after the repair and when I returned the shower had the same issue on first use. The owner had some weird nervous laugh when he called back but ultimately refused to resolve the issue and did not want to be held responsible for what he called ‘cheap plastic parts provided by the manufacturer’ I would say try someone else if you need a plumber.

They are the best around hands down! Family owned business for 50 plus years! I have been using Jupiter Plumbing for over 25 years! These guys do it right the fist time and they are committed to their work. They may cost a bit more but their work is above all!

$1,000 later, the problem still has not been solved. Always cancelling at the last minute & rescheduling their appointments. 4 different technicians, 4 unresolved opinions as to what is wrong, yet 4 different bills! For a professional, licensed plumbing company, I would wonder where they were trained? Their answer is trial & error - all of which you pay for with zero results. I would never have them come near my house again

We hired Jupiter Plumbing Services Inc to install the whole house water filtration system for us. The two plumbers worked together to complete the installation. They came out to our house on time and finished the job on schedule. The system is working as expected.They attended to our emails and phone calls either right away or within minutes. We strongly recommend this business to everyone.

Had a water heater go bad, husband tried to fix but still no hot water so ready to replace the tank - expensive. Jupiter Plumbing came out, checked his work and discovered one of the new parts he had put in was defective. Replaced it and got it up and running for a reasonable price. Very impressed with their honesty as would have been an easy WH sale for them at a much greater profit. Would recommend.
