My cooktop wasn't heating properly, and he quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a clear explanation along with a fair price for the repair.

Darwin and Ashley were excellent! We did had to wait a little bit longer than expected for the parts to arrive but on the first visit Darwin defrosted the fridge and that helped us keep food cool until the day of repair.

Raf and his team from Appliance USA did an amazing job repairing my dryer. They were friendly, fast, and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was going on. The repair was done right the first time, and the price was fair. I went ahead and got their annual service plan so I don’t have to stress about future issues with any of my appliances. Great experience from start to finish!

Gabriel was great—humble, professional, and quick to find the problem. He even went up to the roof and attic to clean the vent. Excellent service, highly recommend!

Friendly. Booking an appointment online was quick and easy. Great communication as to when they were on their way and reminder text of the appointment day and time frame. Price was as expected. Ashley was my tech and she did great work and would use them in the future.

We called to have our dryer checked as it was producing a strong burning smell when running. Darwin and Ashley came by the same day, and saved the day (and upcoming holidays, as I'm having family stay here). The dryer and duct were in need of a deep clean, and they did phenomenal. I appreciate them so much for resolving this, and super happy to have my dryer running perfectly again. Thank you so much!

What I love most about this company is that they will be there when they say they’re gonna be there. They’re quick, efficient, courteous; great customer service, and great prices. I highly recommended them.

The technician was very nice and communicative. The ice maker was not producing any ice at all, and I needed it fixed before my daughter’s birthday party. He came, assessed the situation, and informed me that I needed a new one. Fortunately, he had it in stock on his van, and he replaced it the same day. Now we have ice, which was perfect just in time for my family reunion!

Seems nice, had some issues booking appointment but it was hard because I was at work at the time so it was more my fault. Don't like the idea of having to pay up front before anyone shows up to your. I've paid multiple service fees from other companies but never prior to some actually showing up. Decided to try different company.

Great service and excellent attention. I had a problem with my Ice machine and they fixed it quickly. Now it works perfectly . Totally recommended .
