Our home warranty company contracted this company to fix our fridge. Their receptionist was proactive in updating and informing me about the service appointment times. Vadym diagnosed the problem on the first visit, ordered the parts to fix it, and made the repair efficiently on the second visit. He was very kind and seemed quite competent. Thank you for the service!

Paid 108 for diagnostic for my dryer and range.He couldn't even tell what the exact problem was.He said it could be the dryer vent or heating element which would could 340 to fix.I was shocked.Had to call another company.

Called the ORLANDO location back in October for a dryer repair paid the service fee and the part which totaled $250 it is now April and my dryer isn't producing any heat. I called seeing what my warranty covers and because I didnt have the brand listed in their policy even though they did the repair they said it will not be covered and I would have to pay for full service again. Im highly upset that I trusted this company and received subpar service. That money could have went towards a new machine.

Wouldn’t recommend using them charge more to fix an appliance than it cost.

Don’t waste ur money. Overpriced. Might as well buy a new dryer. Ridiculous.

I made a reservation online yesterday for this morning and got an email confirmation. When I called this morning to confirm, they said, “Sorry, but we don’t service Celebration anymore. I don’t know why it even let you make a reservation.” This is a company that is called “We-Fix Appliance Repair CELEBRATION!” Beyond frustrated!!

I paid $285 to replace the censer from LG washing machine.

Vlad came out and did an amazing job.

We talked about our love for Eastern Europe, and he did a fantastic job on the washer.

The service was same day and actually they got someone out within a few hours after my call.

Would highly recommend!!!

I had my dryer fixed by Vladyn who was very nice and professional and provided us an outstanding job.

This was horrible!!! I had a service call from last week that ensured the part would fix the problem. Waited over the weekend to get the part and when he came back to install the part… all of a sudden another part was needed. I asked about my refund because I paid a down payment on a part that didn’t fix the refrigerator. I had to call 2 different numbers and finally a woman answered. She was very unsure about how the process goes to return my money. She then stated that I would also have to pay return fees for the part that the technician wrongly ordered. I am beyond angry because he reassured me that this part would fix the issue. He then said that I should call Samsung to see if the part is under warranty!!! LIKE… WHAT!!! When I spoke to the woman she told me she would need to speak with the technician and I told her that he was still here and I need to be involved in the call, she told me that she would need to speak with just him… that seemed really strange. I don’t know what type of business they are trying to run but all people want is a fix to their issue and move forward. If he didn’t know how to fix the issue I would have rather called someone else that wouldn’t have wasted my time. I lost a day of work because I really assumed that my fridge would be fix. I would not recommend this company.

They was on time that the only thing. I was in a bind before the holidays so I call them. They say$89 Diagnostic that just to tell me yes it's not working long story short almost $500 to add a sealer and tell me it's leaking somewhere. It wouldn't be bad if they Pin Point the leak I had to do that on my own. They ask me to reply to how was the service and I left my email so they can get back to me no reply so that why I writing this review even if they couldn't fix it at least do more than add sealer and charge so much money

Our Refrigerator was broken for a couple of days but Andrew was quick and thoughtful when it came to diagnosing what had broke our Fridge and what it would take to get it fixed, even going as far as to point out other things in our fridge that we can try to fix ourselves.

Andrew is reliable and very knowledgeable. He fixed our washer in no time. I highly recommend his service.
