Had 5 outlets in corner of house stop working. Terry's electrician diagnosed as line break between main electrical panel and GFI outlet. He did not inspect wiring in attic because he said he could not get past Air-conditioning return in attic. He said fix will require to cut a channel from GFI outlet up wall and some distance into ceiling so new wiring could be installed. That would be a big expense to repair that level of wall and ceiling cutting and likely would never look the same again. I had concerns and called a different electrician for 2nd opinion and they came next day. Issue was missed diagnosed by Terry's and repair did not require unsightly channel cutting in wall or ceiling. The other company was very thorough checking all aoulets and confirming how they were powered. They fixed it on their first visit and no unsightly damage to walls or ceiling. Thank goodness I made the effort to get 2nd opinion. The 2nd opinion electrician said he had no problem navigating in the attic and inspecting the wires.

NO star definitely The worse company ever, , the electrician was friendly and responsible, but to do a few stuff at home they take 4 hours, because they charged for hour. Them, went you call the customer service is the worse ever, the lady in purchasing department Karen she take you message and she said she will call you, but that never happen, next day I call three times and she never respond, somebody else help me out. The supervisor Charlie supposed to do my estimated but they said he have a emergency, so they told me to keep waiting for the amount that I suppose to paid, which is a lot of money because they write on the report more stuff that they did. So, this message is for let people know that this company is not secure to trust and I don’t want that nobody going thru this very bad experience, ask for price before any job, no sign any document with a right amount. BECAREFUL don’t trust them

We have had electricians from Terry's several times and all of their people are first-rate. Today, the technician was Aaron. He was very professional and knowledgeable--an excellent representative of his company.

Great company. I have had Luis from Terry's Electric over twice for work on my town home. I am from out of state, and they value my limited time. Very professional, friendly, fast and clean (and a great value). They know customer service... and they are great at it. I wish they were in my home state as well.

Avoid at all costs. This company charges $160.00 to just show up then when you ask for an estimate are told it could take up to a week to get, not acceptable. The person who showed up tried to charge me $200.00 but then the person on the phone stated they would only charge me $160.00, just for showing up, very unprofessional. There are much better and more professional companies out there.

Robert did an amazing job! We requested an electrical upgrade to our pool panel, to add a pool heater. He was friendly and very professional. The area he worked on was very clean and organized when he finished the job. We couldn't have asked for better service!

Terry’s was the contractor my builder used on my custom home project. It took a year and over a dozen service calls for them to fix all the mistakes they made. They have some good electricians, but overall they did a really poor job.

Very satisfied with the work on a house panel very professional, Very cleaned job ,Very friendly will highly recommend it .

Do Not use Terry's Electric
They will not honor the work when the receptacle is not working and it's the connection to the refrigerator
My refrigerator cannot work because of the failure and they will Not schedule a immediate appointment
I am to wait a week for the earliest appointment
I am not looking for free service
Just service!! With a schedule same day at least
They would Not help
They would not listen to my request for immediate assistance

Bad customer service and incompetent to handle basic jobs. Our builder had them complete a simple task and they ended up trying to hide the fact that they did nothing. It wasn’t until I called another company that I found out they did nothing to connect simple wiring, which was the job they were hired for. Sneaky! Untrustworthy! Would not recommend.

William was amazing! He saved us from a really bad issue with our electricity. Thank you sir! On this Good Friday I am so thankful for you being able to come and you knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. God bless you always.

Don't use this company if you finally get them.to the house they are not experienced enough to diagnose a simple.gfci. charged my mom saying a cut wire and had to rewire circuits. Called another company they reset the gfci in the laundry. These guys should loose their license. Definately aren't electricians. Bunch of learning kids charging triple.
