This company is absolutely amazing. They did a fantastic job wiring my shed. I would definitely recommend. Staff are very professional and great communication.

We hired Abe's to install an EV charger near our driveway, connecting to a 200A service panel inside the house. Johnny and Hernando did an excellent job re-locating some breakers, running new 70A service to a new sub-panel, and installing the new outside sub-panel, breakers, and EV charger. Everything is very neat and I know the job was done right!

Got a quote to rewire my house and garge they said 10k. I went to move on it and than they said it was only the house in the quote it will be another 5k for the garge I asked why and they started yelling at me and told me we are no longer doing your request.

Terable. The supervisor named Jody is not only rude to his employees but to the customers as well. I find this highly disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour for somebody who is representing a company.

When came home to no electricity while visiting my mom's this holiday. We called Terry's electric and Rabert showed up in under an hour and was extremely helpful!

Great service but a little more expensive than others.

Called Terry's Electric in Kissimmee on Wednesday June 24, to repair electric meter that KUA said needed service (before they hooked up new service). They came out on Thursday, June 25 about 11 am and the technician said I needed the meter replaced. He said he was going to pick up more supplies and he needed to pull permit. I asked if I would have electric that day ad he said yes. I didn't hear anything more so I called Terry's elec later on in the day to ask when they were coming back so I could get the electric on. The service technician, Karen, said they were not coming back that day (Thursday), they needed a permit from Osceola County but they didn't notify me of this. Friday morning I called at 8:05 am and Karen said they couldn't fix elec. until Tuesday. Why? Because KUA has to shut off (de energize) elec and they don't do that on Friday's and Monday's. I immediately called KUA and they do de-energize on Fridays. I called Terry's Elec back and told Karen that KUA could do it today (Friday) and then she said there were no material and it was ordered before my meter could be installed. Material was to be delivered on Tuesday. I asked to escalate to owner and she said the owner retired...who is in charge? Manager but he was in meeting until after lunch. It was evident that our elec would not be worked on until the following Tu. I asked to speak to mgr and then she finally called me back and said she got parts to fix our meter. First KUA had to come out to de-energize. They came out today and then called Terry's to come out to inistall meter (2 PM), but no call back. I called back at 3 pm but Karen again said Terry's can't come out. They have me scheduled for Monday morning when Osceola County scheduled the inspection.
This company is not truthful and unless you pay for emergency service, you get put behind all the other customers.
Stay tuned because I doubt my electric will be turned on Monday. Probably Tuesday which will be 5 days since I called to ask for service

After an unpleasant experience with another area Electrician, I called Terry's.

They were courteous and responsive and fixed the issues with my GFI outlet in about 15 minutes and charged a reasonable amount.

I will use them for any electrical need that I have.

Josh came out and gave us a detailed explanation of the plumbing project we need.
If we do it we'll do it with Terry Electric !

I had Eric come out to install an Nema 14_50,and three extra outlets. He was attentive, on time and courteous. This is.our 2nd time to use Terry's and their rates are competitive.

Don't use this company!!!! They work slow. They leave equipment an materials all over in an unsafe manor. They've come out several times to the apartment I live in. They blast music early in the morning. They give a scheduled time as to when the electric will be off so you can do what you need to but then turn it off an hour earlier. They take everything apart quickly leaving pieces in walk ways in front of your apartment steps but work very slowly putting together. They have more than enough staffing but majority standing aroumd

After the hurricane I called becouse I had a down pole and mangled box the guys that came were so nice! Polite, did a awesome job! They showed up when said they would and had me up and going in a few hours!! Thank you so much! For a job well done! It's awfully hot in Florida to be out of power. My family thanks you!

My power went out and the outside breaker almost caught fire. I called them at 10pm, someone came out and check pretty fast and charge $110 for checking for 5 minutes. They gave me a total bill of 1,000 to fix the next day. The next day i called early in the Morning, they had no idea who i was and didn't know a time they would send someone out to me. Long story short Very unprofessional company. Dont waste. Your time calling them !

I saw the bad reviews and switched contractors asap and im glad i did ive been waiting two weeks for a signed paper from them... everyday i call and im told they will send it out that day or call me, no one calls, but me asking for the signed paper!!! Customer service is non existent since Rodriguez in service lies so well, she tells you what you want to hear then does nothing, this is the kind of review you get when you try to lie yourself out of a situation stop blaming other employees in your own company and do your job. Look at the negative reviews and move on to a company thats responsible and treats customers as priorities.

I described the job on the phone twice before they came, but when they showed up they told me the job couldn’t be done?! It was to install lighted house numbers on a typical Florida cinder block house. Finally they said they could do it “but it will cost ya!”
they warned. That was Friday. They said they had to order a transformer. Monday came and went no call no show. Tuesday I called, still waiting on part. No call no show. A week went by I was told I would be called regarding updates. No one ever called. They basically just lie to you. I don’t mind waiting, but tell me the truth, have some respect. Have you heard of Amazon? I could have a low voltage transformer, in pink, delivered to my door overnight?! Job still not done and I’m extremely disappointed. I have used Terry’s for so many jobs for more than 20 years, on different projects at my home and they always did a stellar job. Really sad.

Went in office to see about hiring them. The woman at switchboard never acknowledged my presence so I left. Not wasting my time for employee to help take my money. Especially if they are in middle of video games.

I had to have my main breaker panel replaced in my historic home, and both Bob and Erin hooked me up with amazing service. Dealing with Karen in the service center was also a pleasure. Highly recommend using Terry’s Electric for any issues; I know I will. Thank you!
