after moving into a new appartment , at the Reaerve at beachline in orlando my parkimg spot is next to a sprinkler, that sprinkler has been spraying a column of water straight up in the air and landing on my car for months. they used relcalimed water so its hard water and has left permant marks in the paint of my new car. when i went to the office to get it resolved , my issue wss relayed over the phone to the rep. they use for US lawns and the response was quote tell him thats a ridiclious complaint, that water cant hurt a car finish. they did turn off the water that niight but since US lawns came out yesterday they turned it back on and nothing was fixed shoots water in a column straight up in the air right down on my car . i paid a detailer to try a paint corection treatment and it didnt work the spots are too deep and the car needs a paint job to avoid the depeciantion thst marked paint would cause. I washed and waxed that car every week for 3 years and even that wasnt enough to protect it from the hard water
this isnt my only issue with US lawns though at this property , ive lived here for 12 years and evedy time they are here they mow wirh the outlet facing the car , they then use a leafblower to remove debris from tbe grass ....right on to the hood , sides and roof of my car. littery as a child learning to do lawn work you know not to spray debris at cars. I AM OWED for DAMAGES!

These people cut the grass where I work and scratched my truck.

Plenty of work, but does not offer any benefits, for a national company no benefits is outrageous. The ownership of this franchise is questionable. The quality level is not what they promote.

The owners are very passionate and knowledgeable in their field of practice and by far the best customer service I have come across. The employees are very hard workers and the quality shows, and I can't leave out the office manager who is polite and makes your concerns hers which makes me feel at ease

Erik, Hannah, and Daniel are always professional and easy to work with. I manage a very large community with a lawn crew 5 days a week 8 hours a day, these guys go above and beyond and our curb appeal is all thanks to them! Couldn't do it without them.
