The technician has no knowledge at all he come to give me an estimate for a new AC replacement he went to the attic he make some whole on the duck and take the cap out of the wall for the unit to check the pressure. I did not put it back and it caused a freon leak when I call them they deny it but I do have a picture I sent it to the manager. The manager was very rude and he said I can do nothing about it. You have to call somebody else to put the frame on for you. It’s very bad company. I don’t advise anybody to call them or do any business with them..
