Daniel assisted me on his day off and helped me find a high quality air conditioning system. He took his time and I did not feel rushed to make a decision. I would like to reiterate it was his day off. He explained every detail of the installation process and how each system worked. He was here early morning the next day to save my life from the Florida heat. He came in with his team and they worked diligently throughout the day leaving a clean work space and an amazing new ac system. On top of it all it was all at a great price!!! Thank you Daniel!

Best service ever! My water heater went out today, the day before Thanksgiving. Excellent communication on arrival times, what was needed and costs. All fixed, back up and running in just a few short hours. Highly recommend.

Air conditioning unit not cooling on the Friday-Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. We called them for help, and they came to the house not long afterward. They discussed in some detail the potential issues with the unit and they provided potential solutions. There were two workers that came to address our issue, which I believe made finding a resolution quicker. They seemed knowledgable, and very competent. Ultimately they pointed me in the right direction and were fair with their fees for services. They have been among the better, if not the best, AC company we've used thus far. And the fact they came out on Memorial Day weekend means, to me, that they are committed to keeping customers cool. Five stars, two thumbs up for Discount Air LLC.

My mother is elderly and was very upset that her air conditioner went out on a really hot day. She called Daniel and he was very prompt came over within the hour to service her unit. He was very professional and knew exactly what was going on and what it needed. His price was very reasonable. We will use him again if needed. Thank you!

Our 14 year old Rheem A/C system broke finally down. I called a couple of vendors but Daniel from Discount Air LLC responded right away to make an appointment for the next day early morning. He offered a new Rheem system, latest technology and was able to install it a day later, because he had all items in stock !!!
The next morning at 7.00am he came in with his great team of 5 and his well tool and equipment organized trucks and - believe it or not - the new Rheem A/C system was installed and working at 11.15am. Wow!!! Fantastic job.
The best thing is that we got now a WiFi-Thermostate, so that we can control our new A/C from everywhere over the phone.
They left our home shortly after and took the old equipment with them. They cleaned everything up as it was before.
By the way Discount Air did not only do an awesome job, but they also had the best price. We can only recommend this company. Thank you so much.

D Medina came out and helped me with a mainline water leak from a underground pipe outside my house on 5.20.24. He was on time, kind and found the issue really quickly and fixed it in no time. Price was very reasonable and the work was very professional. Definitely recommend this company for plumbing issues and will be calling them back in the future.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! My A/C stopped working after the rain last night and i called to see if they were even open on a Sunday (I’ve called other ac companies on Sunday and they’re usually closed) He said he will come right away!!! Showed up in the next 20 minutes and just honestly the most genuine, informative and honest service i have ever ever received in my life. We arrived at our property to find the air was not working. Temperatures rose well into the 90’s. Discount Air LLC was referred by a family friend that lives in the area. Daniel was excellent. He arrived promptly as promised, professionally diagnosed the problem and explained every step to us as he worked. He went to get the necessary parts and kept in touch with us while he was finding what he needed. He gave us an ETA for his return and he was able to fix the air conditioner the same day, and gave us his contact info if we had any further problems. We highly recommend this company. We found them to be reasonable, professional and ethical.

Excellent service! We woke up to a backed up septic tank and called several companies that were not able to accommodate our needs very quickly until we found Discount Air! Not only were they able to service our septic tank the same day, they showed up hours before they promised! We will keep their number on hand for all future needs! They most definitely deserve 5 stars, I would give them more if I could!

What a fanatic experience working with Daniel and his team. He was super knowledgeable and kept me informed the entire time he was at my home. We were in over our head and he put us at ease, even when we weren't getting the best news of our septic system failing us, we knew it was coming, he kept me in the loop about pricing and steps. This is my second time using this company and I had to write a review for their outstanding service. I originally contacted them because the AC was not working due to it being locked. Because it was late in the day and they were finishing up on a prior service, they called and walked me through the steps over the phone so that we didn't have to wait till the next day to get the AC back on. Thats what I call going above and beyond. Called today because AC wall unit wasn't working/displaying information. They came right away and was in constant communication with me. AC was back working in no time. I definitely recommend this company for any plumbing or AC needs. They will not disappoint.

Long story...

I have an American Home Shield (AHS) warranty on my house. My AC went out on Thanksgiving (Nov 2022). AHS sent Beeches AC out the next day and said I needed a compressor. For the approval process, getting the part and replacing it took a month!!! Beeches AC NEVER answered the phone or returned voicemails. AHS couldnt even reach them. When they changed the compressor they told me my heat didn't work. Took another month for the approval, part and replacement. The tech then said the compressor was bad again?!?! I called to complain to AHS that I think Beeches AC is creating tickets and making money but not fixing my AC/Heat. Then Beeches AC called and said they would come out again. 2 days in a row they didnt call or show up when i had appts. 3 days later the tech comes out "to check his work" and spent all day working on the outside unit. Comes in and says everything is working. It was 60 degrees that day so I didnt need my AC. The next day was 85 degrees and the AC did not work. I called Beeches AC back and they setup for someone to come back the next morning (A thursday). The next morning Beeches AC called me at 7am to tell me they couldn't come till monday. Two months of them not fixing my AC and Heat and they were gonna make me wait another 4-5 days. After complaining AHS sent United Air & Temp for a 2nd opinion. They found 2 leaks on the condensor coils. Said refrigerent was leaking. The coils are completely rusted but said AHS will only allow them to repair the leak. They said it should be replaced though. Then United Air got there manager on the phone to sell me a whole new AC unit. Said he could install it in 2-3 days. I said I would have AHS pay for the repairs vs paying them out of pocket for a new unit. He told me it would take them 2 weeks to fix it. These scam artists were trying to pressure me into buying a new unit because it was HOT and threatening it would take 2 weeks to fix two pin hole leaks. And there price was crazy high!

I decided to call Daniel at Discount Air LLC because my landlord used him in a place I used to rent. Daniel came out and I asked him to quote me a whole unit just to see the price. I ended up having him replace it since it was over 10 years old and he beat everybody elses price and did more. He changed the inside/outside unit, my computer board and installed a uv light i purchased. Not only that he came the next morning at 7am and completed the job that day!!! And this guy always answers the phone!
