Martin performed a general maintenance on our AC unit, we weren’t experiencing any issues but just wanted to get it checked out and tuned up. He was on time, incredibly kind, and finished the job efficiently. He also gave us some great information regarding our AC unit and how best to keep up on it. As first time home buyers, we can obviously look on the internet and get 10 different answers to questions, so his advice was incredibly helpful. Price was fair and clear when making the appointment. I have used Above and Beyond for our AC maintenance and repair for several years and have always had great service. Our home is in a gated community and the AC units were at their expected lifespan so our HOA Assn reached out to Chris for a quote to provide owners in case they wanted to replace their AC units. Chris was timely with the quote, guaranteed the price during COVID when prices were increasing monthly and all and all, was great to work with. Several people opted to buy new units and all were happy with the work done. Highly recommend!

Called the office over the weekend as we were having issues with our ac cooling. They offered to come take a look on Saturday but we felt we’d be good til the weekdays. Melissa scheduled Christopher for Monday morning and he was here right on time. Figured out quickly what the issue was with the unit. They’ve ordered the parts and will be back Wednesday to fix everything. He made sure before he left that it was blowing as cool as he could make it so we are comfortable. Very happy with the service. I had one company come out and tell me I needed a new A/C system costing thousands $. Chris came out diagnosed my faulty A/C in no time. They ordered the part and had my A/C unit up and running in no time at all and at a fraction of the cost the other guy wanted. I can't recommend highly enough.

I am having an issue with my air conditioning. Called Above and Beyond and Chris came out the very next day. We discussed the issue with my AC and The different options that I have. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel that he is a person that I could trust. Friendly service and I can see needing a new unit in my future. I will not hesitate to allow Above and Beyond to do the work.
