Excellent experience with promaster restoration! Punctual, diligent hardworking individuals, specifically Joshua, that communicated exactly what I needed to expect from the work i wanted done to my home as far as carpet cleaning, painting and mold removal from water damage and got it done im a timely manner. Had so many issues in the past with past projects done incorrectly, this was NOT an issue with Promasters. Easily will call them in the future.

This company was very helpful from the moment our bedroom and living room flooded due to a pipe leak. Josh was very helpful and had great communication with us and our insurance.

They are the best! My only source for storm, flood, water and damage restoration cleanup. Joshua has always taken care of any problems that arise.

The team was very responsive and came out on time to do estimate. Didn’t end up using their service due to e-mail mistake, but I think they would have done a great job given their responsiveness and attention to detail during our appointment!

Rarely do you have a construction company that keeps to budget and delivers the project on time. Promaster was that company for us. From the quotation to the documentation to the construction, this company is most professional. Josh coordinated all aspects of the project and communicated with us constantly.

Promaster came to us highly recommended, but we were out of state and could not personally verify everything we heard. But, they followed up the quotation with all the documentation and contacts with the insurance company to make the process smooth and efficient.

We were losing rentals and Promaster was quite sensitive to our schedule and need to complete the project quickly and on time. We developed complete confidence in Josh and Promaster to make design choices we wanted and we just came in from out of state to discover what a beautiful job they did. I recommend Promaster to anyone desiring a quality finished product on time

They arrived on time and exceeded my expectations. I had a lot of stress on my hands and my house was flooded with water. They were very friendly and very aware of what they were doing. I would be more than happy to call and recommend this company for any upcoming services.

Beware of this company and review all documents before you let them into your house. We had water damage in one of our rental properties and had a nightmare experience.

CONS
- Used high-pressure tactics to get me to sign an AOB contract. This is Assignments of Benefits contract which signs all my insurance rights over to them. DO NOT SIGN AN AOB. Call your insurance company.
- Discouraged me from contacting my insurance company.
- Entered my rental property when I was not present (tenant let them in) and started tearing up several walls to the bathroom and bedrooms BEFORE I reviewed the final contract or approved the scope of work. This is highly unethical and possibly illegal too.
- Made the home UNINHABITABLE. When our tenants arrived at the house after work the house was a complete DISASTER.
- We had to scramble to place our tenants in a hotel which was extremely STRESSFUL and expensive for entire duration of restoration which was several weeks.
- One of company owners Rafael can barely speak English, and he was project leader so communication was a big challenge. If he spoke better English, we could have come up with a plan that would not have disrupted our tenants.
- Over-billed our insurance company, and now we are having trouble getting our home insured because of the large claim in our history.

But to be fair, our experience was not all bad which is why I gave a 2-star rating. PROS:
- Arrived promptly with professional equipment and were ready to get started immediately.
- Prompt, responsive, always answered phone. Josh had good customer service skills.
- High standards of quality.

If I had to do it again, I would call our insurance company and go through one of their approved vendors. This would have kept costs down, caused less disruption to our tenants, and been MUCH less stressful. If you have water damage in your house CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY first. Avoid contracting with a water damage restoration company immediately because they prey on fear, use high-pressure tactics, have contracts that are completely in their favor, and get you entangled in situations that you may regret.

I'm absolutely delighted with my services from Pro Master Cleaning. I just move into a new apartment and the carpet had a horrible smell. I didn't know who to call and my friend recommended Pro Master Cleaning. I called and they were very professional and a very good price. My carpet looks amazing and completely restore, it smells great. I will completely recommended.

Extremely professional, courteous, and responsive. Joshua was a pleasure to work with. We used them for mold inspection. Scheduling was easy, and we received constant updates until the work was completed. The detailed report was created and shared pretty quickly as well.

I really enjoyed the service and level of interaction with Pro Master Cleaning Restoration. The service was excellent , when I did the call they got me all the information I looked for and if I had any questions about the products they were available with critical information. Not only will I be calling them again for the service I will be making sure that friends looking for similar services call them as well. Very poor service. Spoke to josh and was schedule for 2 hour service time for 7 rooms and quoted one price. Then was called to change my date and time because they had a cancellation. They arrived an hour and half late for my appointment and didn’t even call me to inform me. I had to call them and ask where they were and they informed me that they were stuck on a job that got complicated due to a leak plus extra services needed to be done. Once finally arriving to my home they couldn’t get the machine to work at first and told me they might have to reschedule. When the machine started working they quoted me a higher price and said two of my rooms counted as double because of their size. We brought up the fact that he was late and he said he can’t control the weather and it was raining. But earlier he told me it was because of the last job. I still had them complete the services because I needed it done. They rushed and did ALL 9 rooms in an hour. But I was originally quoted 2 hours for 7 rooms so I don’t even have faith in the service they did complete now. He was more worried about getting caught in the rain then doing a thorough job. Would not recommend this to anyone. Clearly things have changed since their last good reviews 1 year ago.

I had a fire in my kitchen which affected majority of the first floor of my house. I searched for a local company and found Pro Master. Their reviews instantly caught my attention and I wasted no time in calling. They sent out a crew to evaluate the extent of the damages and guided me throughout the entire process. If you experience anything similar to what I have I highly recommend that you get in contact with these highly educated, kindhearted, resourceful and responsible individuals!!

Had a massive flood in my home and called these guys. They were on site within the hour and their look definitely played the role of true professionals. Excellent work! I met Josh, one of the owners and he was there to help me out through my situation with water damage. He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to how he and his team tackle drying out a contained area. The process was about a week long since it was a smaller claim and after that I was ready to get back to normal

This company is amazing and their professionalism, work ethic, integrity, and promptness speak for itself. Pro Masters was incredible. I had water damage from a broken ac unit that flooding the 2nd floor of my house. The damage was extensive and flooded my 1st floor. I called Pro Master and they came out that same day. They took care of the water damage and restored the house by redoing some carpeting, drywall and painting. They did it all!! I highly recommend them because instead of doing just the cleanup they helped through the whole process including working with my insurance. Raphael and Joshua are the best and I hope you use them form your time of need. I'm sure glad I called.
