Excellent experience with promaster restoration! Punctual, diligent hardworking individuals, specifically Joshua, that communicated exactly what I needed to expect from the work i wanted done to my home as far as carpet cleaning, painting and mold removal from water damage and got it done im a timely manner. Had so many issues in the past with past projects done incorrectly, this was NOT an issue with Promasters. Easily will call them in the future.

Rarely do you have a construction company that keeps to budget and delivers the project on time. Promaster was that company for us. From the quotation to the documentation to the construction, this company is most professional. Josh coordinated all aspects of the project and communicated with us constantly. Promaster came to us highly recommended, but we were out of state and could not personally verify everything we heard. But, they followed up the quotation with all the documentation and contacts with the insurance company to make the process smooth and efficient. We were losing rentals and Promaster was quite sensitive to our schedule and need to complete the project quickly and on time. We developed complete confidence in Josh and Promaster to make design choices we wanted and we just came in from out of state to discover what a beautiful job they did. I recommend Promaster to anyone desiring a quality finished product on time
