Our heater was not working on the first cold day of the year, which happened to be 42 degrees. We called Double M, and they sent a tech out the same day. He worked on both of our units and before he left we had a warm toasty house. They were very friendly and professional, explained everything in detail. And most importantly had lots of knowledge and fixed our units. I would totally recommend them.

I absolutely would recommend this company to anybody that needs an honest air-conditioning company
Very professional every single time he (Micah) came to my house
He never tried to sell me anything that I didn’t need
Then, when it was time, I didn’t have any choice to replace my air conditioner. He helped me figure out the best way.
And then he didn’t give up until he knew for sure. My air-conditioning was working the way it was supposed to.
He’s very particular about how he does things and that’s how you know he cares about his job and about his clients
If you want a reputable company, Double M is definitely it

Company is ran by miserable and stubborn people, the owner is very rude and so are her fleet employees. I would never do business with these people, EVER.

Had what I needed in stock, and they were super pleasant to deal with.

Excellent customer service. Technicians are prompt, professional, knowdgeable, and friendly.

A.C. went out on one of the hottest days of the year and they came out in less than 36 hours. Way to go Cox's.

Great and prompt service, highly recommend Cox Air, called them for emergency house call several times and they have come through.

They are TERRIBLE. Buy a unit and no service. They don't call back, follow up or do anything but make excuses. Very poorly run business. STAY AWAY.

My apartment complex was basically pushing me off and my son was continuing to slip and fall in a poudle of water due to them not calling someone sooner to fix the AC. Joel and John came out, made me feel like they cared and came back to knock the job out. Amazing guys, Joel was great with my Mother and son. Thanks, wish I could have thanked you in person!

I called this company for work on my RV furnace. They responded quickly to my concern. They came out the next day. They were very polite and respectful. They explained what my concern was. The charges for their time was very reasonable. I would recommend calling them for any AC/Heat concerns.

Had new install Goodman Unit. had a 9:00 a.m. point of contact but Cox Air had reset later in day to fit into there re timing of meeting.
Requested thermostat to be wired from
T- stat to Evaporator located 27" apart. and was looking to used company for future services but after 6 week, wired incorrectly and 3 Hour for 2 men service call at $ $ $ $ $ plus tax. 100.00 per hour per person.
I Then Needing at my cost to replace Capacitor @ $85.00 and 2 pole contactor 24 volt coil @ $125.00 And Rewire T-Stat correctly on New Unit. Due to Cox Air. WOW
** Note same parts @ ( $32.00 with tax ) TOTAL.

The most professional and polite group of people I have met in a long long time, very efficient, excellent on time , and really cared about our concerns. I had a new Ac unit, new duct work, and new air handler moved , and nothing but smiles and politeness from each and every one of them. Many Many Thanks to an awesome group of people, from the workers to the office staff.
