All the staff Involved with the sale and installation of our new HVAC system were incredible. With a pending flight for Thanksgiving, they were able to come out and schedule us the next day. They performed an outstanding job! The only minor problem was the air filter size was not available on the same day. In order to resolve this issue later, they politely brought us a case of filters, which will last an entire year. Everyone was very courteous, responded quickly, and answered all questions very wisely. I would absolutely recommend them.

Adam, out of LaBelle, arrived on time for our biannual maintenance appointment. He was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. In addition to all the usual maintenance stuff he also gave us some useful tips and helped me order the right air filters on Amazon. We highly recommend Adam.

From the time that I called with an air conditioning problem until the new unit was installed they were nothing but professional inside and out! The office would always call and let me know they were on their way even though there was a scheduled appointment. The technician was extremely personable and and very knowledgeable on the maintenance he performed. I could be happier with the entire process of changing out the system. I will continue to recommend this company as it has been such a positive experience!

Jerry was very clean cut in a uniform. Polite and went straight to work. A No Nonsense kind of guy don't get me wrong he had his sense of humor but he was there to do a job. I tried to offer him some cash and he said he would not take it. Pretty darn good employee. I will definitely call them back when the time comes

I have good experiences with Rocket Cooling so far. I’ve had Red Casey for a service call and Emmanuel Estrada for a maintenance visit and both were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Positive experience overall.

We have required work on our mini split system several times. Each time I have been pleased with the personnel that was sent to perform the work. I am happy to report that our recent service performed by Adam has continued the streak. His appearance and work were professional, our coach house was left clean, and he took the time to answer several questions and schedule our next appointments.

I called for service and had a repairman here within the hour. He was totally professional and was explaining the issues he found. Made the necessary repairs and advised me of what should be done in the near future. No high pressure sales tactics just good information to allow me to make a decision. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them to my family and friends.

Rolly was very patient, explaining the issues with ‘positive vs negative pressure systems’ and why our home inspector was ‘dinging’ our HVAC system inappropriately… He took his time to investigate the air handler and do the needed fixes, took photos and showed them to us. Very happy with his attention and service, which has consistently been the case with service from Rocket.

Ryan, the technician who came to service our unit was professional and helpful. The team from rocket that came to install a new air conditioner was on time and neat in their work. I commend Ryan for being responsive to my texts and phone calls. He instills confidence in the customer.

Service contract regular scheduled maintenance all was well. The service providers were quick and professional and gave good feedback. Only complaints I have is that they missed the agreed upon service window about three hours without contacting me and I'm not sure they pay close attention to when they schedule your maintenance contract service.

Rocket just completed my biannual maintenance service. Jerry done a great job he was on time and professional as always.

Prompt, reliable, professional service. Tech arrived within the time specified and both the tech and the office let me know when they were on the way. Techs were courteous and knowledgeable. Replacement system is so quiet and has good value. Rocket provided a portable AC while my system was down - at no cost! I highly recommend!

Our AC went out last night and called them first thing this morning they were able to get us on the schedule same day. The lady who answers the phone was extremely friendly and was very honest about the time frame. They called me before their service tech came out which was greatly appreciated. When red came out he was very knowledgeable and thorough and they were very reasonably priced for the service they had to do for us. I highly recommend this company hands down the best experience I've ever had with an AC company

Adam did a great job on servicing our units. He took the time and explained what he was doing and installed a quick start unit that will help our A/C units run longer with less issues. Thank, and I have been with this company since 2000.

Very very pleased with service provided by Adam. He was friendly, personable, knowledgable with always having a smile on his face. Made us feel special. He told us everything he was doing and explained why. He gave us pointers on what to do when we are not here (snowbirds). We will request Adam for all future servicing. He represents your company with top notch servicing. He cares about what he does and proves it with quality work. Excellent employee.

I seriously hope the owner of this company reminds his/her drivers that they are driving a billboard 24/7. Incompetent driver cutting multiple off to get to the 75 merge lane. Would never recommend this company to anybody I know just based off their driving.

Editing my first review to my second Rocket Cooling AC cleaning experience on 9/5/25: Chris Alvarez was polite, friendly, and professional. He arrived early and he did very thorough work on our AC unit, communicating with me and the RC company throughout the process. I think the house is already much cooler. Thank you guys!

Fantastic, fast customer service. Great price for a new AC install with 10 yr warranty. Best price compared to BEST and Advantage Air. Job was done in 4 hours and free weekend install. Ryan, Johnathan, and Anthony were all great!

Called this company when our air conditioner stopped working. After sending a service tech out we were told that the compressor and coil needed replacing. Since our air conditioner is only six years old these parts were still under warranty. They quoted us $1,800 for labor. Also tried to sell us a new unit. Thankfully we decided to get a second opinion and the problem was not the compressor but the contactor which had a burnt wire. Attached are pictures. Ended up paying $295 for replacing the contactor, 1Ib of freon, coil cleaning and a floater. Air conditioner is working perfectly fine now. Very disappointed with Rocket Cooling and will never use again.
